- Lim (2/5): Bad experience - The reception and the corridor of the 6 floor are cleaner than the rooms, which is irony. Overall, I had a bad experience. Cracked toilet bowl, every piece of metal in the room is rusty. The floor is sticky, noisy bed, and the paint is peeling off the wall. The hotel is under maintenance. The staff even lied to me, telling me there was only one non-smoking floor, but there was another. Not until I demanded a refund due to the smell of cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room, which happened in the middle of the night, they wouldn't show me the other non-smoking floor and rooms. Pure laziness, no integrity, and poor services.

I chose the most expensive room with a window, but the window was smaller than the one in my bathroom at home. I occasionally drool in my sleep, and upon checkout, I was charged a RM20 cleaning fee! What is wrong with your hotel? The bathroom door lock was broken, and the floor was damaged. Do you refund money for these defects?
