La playa es muy bonita, la alberca es adecuada pues no se reúne tanta gente y las comidas son por lo general deliciosas. Algunas comidas bajan su calidad por tener ingredientes que se sienten como refrigerados de mucho tiempo (ejemplo tiras o pechuga de pollo) y las bebidas como los cocteles tienen sabores muy artificiales.

- Silvi (7/5): Weit weg von Gaststätten und Shops oder anderen Orten, aber am Strand - Das Hotel ist gut geeignet ein paar Tage direkt am Strand zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben einen Kühlschrank und eine LEERE Küche. Aber leider ist das Hotel weit weg von Gaststätten und Shops oder anderen Orten. Das Hotel-eigene Restaurant hat einen neuen Betreber; für uns wurde es damit schlechter (im Vergleich zu den Jahre zuvor) und viel teurer. Es war deshalb fast immer leer. Schlecht waren die All-Inclusive-Tages-Gäste. Dann wurde es laut und das Hotel-Personal kümmerte sich nur noch um diese Gäste. Leider wurde dann auch viel Müll hinterlassen. Ruhiger wurde es wieder um ca. 17:00.

The hotel itself is pretty lacking. The exterior of the hotel and the grounds look amazing, but the rooms are lacking the basics. The kitchen faucet was broken, there were no accessories to utilize the kitchen and the door lock was a simple knob with no deadbolt or extra lock. Its nice to have a resurant on site, but the food was very bland and overpriced.

I didn't like that although there was a mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave in the room, there weren't any plates and cutleries at all. I think that they should have at least some basic stuff. Also, hand and face towels should be provided. We had none of these. The rooms are old but in good condition and clean

Nos encantó. Volveriamos en general todo bien solo sugeriría fumigar mas seguido ya que nos topamos unas cucarachitas en el baño y cuarto. pero todo lo demás genial

For example they used to give you a simple entree as a courtesy, and now you have to pay for it. Also the menu is constrained and not as good as it used to be.

- Jorge (5/5): - That it is in front of the street, the attention and kindness from the Front desk and the staff. To be close to the beach is a plus. The pools need to be maintained daily, a lot of sand in the same The restaurant used to be better, it had more variety of dishes and used to offer courtesy entrees (like totopos or bread and butter at least). The breakfast is limited to the same as the menu for dinner. In previous visits we used to prefer it than going outside, but now it was the opposite. The servers were kind and attentive. The bathroom at the rooms are slippery and dangerous, at least a rubber tapestry should be offered . The beach was like forgotten, a lot of seaweed that had days on the shore. The rooms were expensive considered the value offered.
- cora (7/5): yummy food, very few people at the shore, sterile rooms - we ate one of the best pieces of fish i've ever had--and i'm a cook. the hotel is right on the shore, which is super peaceful. the location is super remote, so love the ones you're with! the water is a lot more churny and sandy than the classic carribbean image of the ocean. the rooms are more worn and utilitarian than we would have wanted for more than a night.

Los cuartos podrían estar mejor habilitados, al menos una cafetera, pues el restaurant abre tarde y no se puede tomar café desde temprano. Hay mucho ruido (música alta) en las piscinas y en la playa. No le veo razón de poner música y tan alto el volumen.

- Wendyl (6/5): Nice place but overpriced given the drawbacks... - Something of a mixed bag - the hotel is in a nice, peaceful spot right by the sea but difficult to find if they forget to turn on their sign - turn in when you see a sign for Costa Fiore, the onsite restaurant, which overall is very good - great guacamole & corn ribs though the tacos lack a bit of zip... The rooms are big and airy, with insect screens so you can let the breeze blow through - beds are very comfortable but they don't have big enough sheets. There is also a mini kitchen space with microwave & fridge but no utensils or anything to wash plates or clean with...that said, sadly the rooms are not as clean as you'd like either and one morning I was 'treated' to someone drilling in the room above, at 8am! But all in all, still a nice place, lovely staff, just a bit overpriced given the negatives...

- Anna (7/5): Spacious room and beach access - The junior suite was quite spacious, it offered a kitchenette which came useful as apart from the hotel restaurant, there’s no other options. We had a pool view which was nice enough. Hotel offers its own beach with access to the sea. We stayed in the hotel in low season when only one or two other rooms were used. I felt really pushed to using hotel’s restaurant. We booked a suite with kitchenette. At the check in, I had to negotiate having cutlery in the room: forks and spoons for two. One of the staff was friendly enough to offer help in obtaining those, but the kitchen staff was not happy to provide it. It was just awkward. We did get the cutlery at the end. We also received a phone call from the restaurant past sun set politely asking us to come for dinner which we also politely refused. And since we were one of a few rooms occupied, it just made me feel being watched. Not a pleasant experience. I would use the restaurant if the reviews of the hotel or the smells were attractive enough, but expecting me to eat in a place just because I have booked a room (with a kitchenette which I said I am going to use) in the same hotel is a bit too much. Also, while the space is great, the rooms are a bit dated, which was not a big issue, but we did notice it.

There is a small kitchen but not equipped at all as they want you to eat at the restaurant. It would be more appealing to swim if the beach in front of hotel was clean from plastic and algae. - Donald (8/5): - This property was discounted and well worth the money. The private beach with chairs and service throughout were great. The restaurant was good and cheaper than USA prices. I would suggest stopping at a grocery store in Progresso before going to the hotel as it is a 40 minute drive to Progresso and Uber is limited. The hotel arranged a last minute taxi to the airport(Gracias Daniel) after the Uber cancelled. The rooms are a bit outdated but the super price and friendly staff made up for that. I will definitely stay again.

- Autakak (10/5): Excelente opción por tu dinero. - Amplias instalaciones, bastante solo mientras estuve y muy agradable el lugar. El personal muy amable, y la comida del restaurante no era barata, pero sí rica. Podrían mejorar su limpieza tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes y albercas.
