• Angeliqueschrama (9/5): Uitstekend modern appartement met hotel services - Modern appartement met prima keuken. De ontvangst in het naastgelegen hotel ging erg vlot. Daar kan je ook met al je vragen terecht. Dicht bij het strand en de boulevard. Supermarkt om de hoek. Goede bedden en goede douche. Handdoeken worden vaak verschoont en het appartement schoongemaakt tussendoor Heel weinig, behalve dat de keukendoek en vaatdoek niet verwisseld werden. Dus na een week erg vies. De ruimte tussen wc en wasbak is erg krap ontworpen. Haal het plastic van het bed of je zweet weg.

• Evelyn (8/5): Lovely stay - Exactly like the pictures, clean and fresh. Requested a double bed and this was facilitated. Staff were really helpful, particularly with calling us local taxis. The housekeeping staff were so friendly too. Right near a Lidl which is perfect to cook your own things. Shower was great and water was always hot when we wanted it. No complaints Only possibly improvement would be some cleaning spray in the kitchen and a couple more tea towels but really that’s the only thing

• James (10/5): 10/10 - great facilities, great PR, greatest BED!!! - I cannot recommend this property enough, from arriving at the reception desk to be greeted by a lovely receptionist to the worlds COMFIEST bed it was nothing short of a 5 star stay in my opinion. They even allow you to leave your luggage if you arrive early/depart late and have a shower room to shower if you need. The apartment is spacious, clean and has the swimming pool facility and is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. For the price we paid, Martinez apartments exceeded my expectations. N/A - cannot fault the experience.

• Juana (8/5): Siempre quedan ganas de volver - La comodidad, la tranquilidad y la luz que tiene es lo más destacable. También la limpieza es notable. La ubicación es ideal y se adapta completamente a lo que necesitamos. El baño es muy pequeño y le falta algún estante para poder colocar las cosas de uso cotidiano. En cuánto al menaje de cocina creemos que faltarían 2 ensaladeras de uso individual.

• Marion (8/5): Zu empfehlen für Paare, allerdings nix für etwas korpulentere Personen, da man nicht zum WC kommt - Sehr nah am Strand gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck und Parken ging auch in den Straßen direkt am Appartmemt. Großzügiger wohn- Essberrich und Schlafzimmer Mir gefällt das eine kleine Unterkunft ist mit wenig Apartments und sehr sauber Teilweise Geräte beschädigt (Wasserkocher) Sehr kleines Bad Außenrum viel Baustellenlärm zu unserer Zeit. Leider keine direkten Ansprechpartner oder Personal gesehen, außer den Putztrupp. Kommunikation lief aber gut über die booking App
• Adrian Florin (6/5): Eine saubere und an sich gute Unterkunft, die jedoch durch unprofessionellen und wenig kundenfreundl - Die Wohnung selbst war völlig in Ordnung – sauber, gut gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit der Unterkunft und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht darüber, wie an der Rezeption mit Gästen umgegangen wird. Wir sind früh am Morgen (gegen 8:00 Uhr) angekommen, aber da der Check-in erst um 14:00 Uhr möglich war, wurde uns keinerlei Unterstützung oder Alternative angeboten. Das größte Problem trat beim Check-out auf. Unser Flug ging erst am Abend, daher mussten wir unser Gepäck bis etwa 18:00 Uhr irgendwo unterbringen. Als wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, wurde uns anstelle einer einfachen Lösung ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel für 80 € angeboten. Das war besonders unverständlich, da im Gebäude selbst ein Gepäckraum vorhanden ist.

• Delarosa84 (8/5): Comfortable stay! - We stayed here off-season during March, so the price was super. The pool is lovely, sadly it was too cold to dip in :) The apartment is small, but sufficient for a family with 1 baby. There is no king sized bed, but 2 separate single beds next to each other. The gap in the middle is not good if the baby sleeps in the bed with parents. The property kindly prepared the sofa-bed for us, which was OK to sleep in with our baby. There is no baby chair.

• peter (5/5): Avoid room 102 until noise problem is resolved - Clean room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom with good maid service Close to shops bars restaurants and the beach My bedroom in room 102 was directly above the pool house for the swimming pool so the motor/pump was constantly in use switching on and off 24 hours of the day which was ok during the day but during the night the motor/pump switching on and off and making a droning noise whilst trying to sleep It took me several nights to locate where the noise was coming from and after having reported the problem late at night the miter/ pump was switched off but by the time this was done I had moved my bed into the living room /kitchen to enable me to get some sleep but by the following day the noise was back on 24 hours and I slept in the living room for the rest of my holiday because I was told there were no other rooms to move me to The problem needs resolving by the management and owners of the complex and room 102 should not be used by holidaymakers until the problem is resolved By either fitting a new motor/pump and sound proofing the pool room below It is a shame because the apartment was nice and this ongoing noise problem should have been rectified before me and any other guests had arrived

• Abi (10/5): Great apartment, great location, March 2026 - The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A small issue on the first day was sorted promptly by the staff. Great location, only 5 min walk to the beach and a shop, and a Lidl and Aldi across the road. Will definitely recommend and will book again if we find ourselves in Mallorca in the future. Thank you very much.
• Brigitte (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Schönes helles Apartement. Fast jeden Tag gesäubert und neue Handtücher. Der Wasserkocher war defekt, der wurde ausgetauscht. Nah am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Frühstück 3 Minuten entfernt. Busse direkt um die Ecke. Daumen hoch. Bett etwas ausgelegen. Leider hatten wir nicht die Sonnenseite, Balkon zum Pool wie auf den Bildern. Sondern Sicht auf eine Wand und somit Schatten. Schule um die Ecke.

• Shinigami79 (8/5): - Appartamenti fedeli alle immagini sul sito, tenuta bene e pulita, con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Finestre giganti e appartamento super illuminato. Zona comodissima, sia per uscire a piedi la sera, sia come punto di partenza per girare l'isola in macchina. Vicino a tutte le comodità: supermercati, ristoranti, spiaggia, noleggio biciclette, ciclabile... Noi siamo andati a metà marzo quindi abbiamo sempre trovato da parcheggiare l'auto o per strada sotto la struttura, oppure nel parcheggio gratuito a 100mt... ma dicono che con l'alta stagione sia molto difficile parcheggiare, anche se è un problema l'email di tutta l'isola. Forse il bagno un pò piccolo ma per 2 persone era comodo.

• Julia (9/5): Amazing! - The apartment style reminded me a bit of my home so I felt really comfortable. The balconies were the biggest highlight, and the coffee machine and Italian espresso maker! The bed was extremely comfy and the view from the bedroom was amazing. I already miss having coffees on the balcony and watching the stars at night :) the TV was very well equipped also with all the apps so if you have subscription to Netflix, Movistar etc you have access to all entertainment in 1 click. I watched a lot of tennis in the evenings. Cleaning was very efficient and frequent. Great location and 5 min walking distance to my 2 favourite spots - the beach and tennis courts. Just a minor observation. Sometimes I could hear bathroom noise from the neighbouring apartment either upstairs or downstairs, but it wasn’t disturbing. An oven would have been a great addition to the apartment, but the microwave does the trick too.

Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen. Die Küchenausstattung war funktional, aber minimal. In einigen Ecken (unterm Bett und hinter Nachtschränkchen) war es teilweise staubig. Unterm Bett fanden wir große und riechende Stockflecken, die nach unserer Anmerkung entfernt wurden.

• Betty (3/5): Nicht noch einmal - Als wir (im Januar) ankamen war das Apartment super kalt. Geheizt wurde über ein Klima-Gerät im Wohnzimmer. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer hatten keine Heizung und blieben eiskalt. Auch nachdem die Heizung über Nacht lief, blieb die Wohnung unangenehm kalt. Die Möbel und Oberflächen waren stark abgenutzt/ hatten abgebrochene Stellen. Das Klimagerät war ursprünglich mal weiß - jetzt vergilbt. Das Warmwasser wurde über einen Boiler aufbereitet, der auf Kopfhöhe im Schlafzimmer-Schrank ist. Die Geräusche haben einen entspannten Schlaf verhindert. Im Badezimmer war zusätzlich die Handtuchhalterung gebrochen. Hätte man gerne vorab reparieren können. Der Platz zwischen Waschbecken und Toilette ist so gering, das ich als schlanker Mensch Probleme hatte.

• DIANA (6/5): No volvería a alojarme en este apartamento - Tener aparcamiento gratuito cerca del alojamiento. Poder hacer uso de la tostadora. La televisión era de buen tamaño. Excelente ubicación, cerca de comercios y supermercados. Los muebles eran básicos y la cocina sólo tenía lo esencial . Faltaban tijeras, las sartenes de teflón estaban desgastadas y una de ellas completamente rallada. Hay cafetera de cápsulas, pero ni siquiera te dejan un par. Habría estado bien tener algunos ganchos para ropa y toallas, así como un estante en el baño. En el salón hubieran venido bien unos ganchos para colgar el abrigo. En el dormitorio y en el baño hacía frío. La bomba de calor estaba detrás de un mueble, no calentaba todo el apartamento. Las camas se hundían por el medio, los colchones están desgastados. Relación calidad-precio Caro.

• Andrea (10/5): - Czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu. Wnętrze bardzo ładnie zaaranżowane i czyste. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, jak w domu -bez problemu mogliśmy gotować. Przystanek autobusowy do Palmy oraz na lotnisko dosłownie obok. Dojazd do centrum zajmuje maksymalnie 30 minut. Plaża oraz centrum Palmanovy ze sklepami (m.in. TEDi i Lidl) znajdują się w odległości około 5 minut spacerem. Polecam rodakom z Polski -przybywajcie do Martinez Apartments! Nic!!!

• Nadia (7/5): Sehr basic aber sauber und neu. - Sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Mobiliar recht neu. Einen Parkplatz konnte man immer an der Straße finden (Winter). Die Ausstattung war sehr basic und die Küche verfügte nur über das Allernotwenigste. Ein paar Haken für Garderobe und Handtücher wären schön gewesen sowie eine Ablage im Bad. Eine Schere und weiteres Küchen Equipment fehlten, Teflonpfannen abgenutzt. Den Wasserkocher konnte man wegen des nicht passenden Steckers nicht benutzen. Man hätte außerdem erwähnen können, dass die Frühstücksoption in der Nebensaison nicht zur Verfügung steht (wäre im anderen Hotel). Für wen es wichtig ist: die Matratzen sind eher weich als hart.

• Nela (10/5): - Ubytování mohu určitě doporučit. Psali jsme speciální požadavky na druh apartmánu a postel a bylo nám vyhověno, což nás maximálně potěšilo již od začátku. S ubytováním se dá pěkně domluvit, komunikace byla přes booking zprávy a všechno fajn. Apartmán je krásný, vše pohodlné (i postele a gauč) a výhled z balkonu je parádní. Dokonce nám byly po 2-3 dnech vyměněny ručníky a vyneseny koše, což je také super. Do 5 min pěšky k moři. I obchody jsou blízko, 10-15 min pěšky, 2 min autem. V blízkosti jsou i restaurace. Určitě bychom přijeli znovu! Jediné mínus je, že se v apartmánu (hlavně v kuchyni) nacházejí mravenci, je tedy potřeba dávat pozor při skladování jídla.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung ! - Eine sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete 1- Schlafzimmer Wohnung, mit Küche, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer. Vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen separaten Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist direkt im Zentrum von Palmanova und zum Strand. Preisleistung ist unschlagbar. • Marta (9/5): - L'apartament està reformat recentment i molt net, situat en un lloc molt tranquil, amb facilitat per aparcar al carrer ( al menys a aquesta època de l'any). Ideal per passar-hi uns dies El bany és una mica petit. Estaria bé que hi hagués un petit kit amb oli, sal, sucre....
• Manfred (8/5): Nette Ferienwohnung in guter Lage - Lage zum Strand in Fußentfernung. Gute Ausstattung. Relativ ruhig, je nachdem welches Apartment man bekommt und niemand über einem wohnt, der Nachts feiern muss. Pool im Eingangsbereich. Nettes Personal im Hotel eine Straße weiter, das für diese Apartments zuständig ist. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußentfernung. Leider sind feierfreudige junge Herren über uns eingezogen, die um 2 Uhr Nachts noch laut Musik hören mussten. Mallorca halt... Hauptstraße bei den seitlichen Apartments relativ laut. Badezimmer etwas klein.

• Gaby (9/5): Freundliche, zuvorkommende Unterkunft - Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels und der Appartements sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird sich wirklich umgehend und zuverlässig um alles gekümmert- auch wenn man Sonderwünsche/ Wechselwünsche hat. Die Balkons sind morgens besonders herrlich- auf der obersten Etage, mehrseitig hat man dann auch etwas Meerblick. Mit etwas „Rücken“ waren die Betten für uns nicht ganz optimal. Wir haben uns aber sonst sehr wohl gefühlt. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass Dinge die vorher mal bemängelt worden waren alle behoben wurden: es gab Wein- und Wassergläser, scharfe Messer und auch einen Topper auf dem Bett. Vielleicht gibt es eines Tages andere Betten?

• Maria Begoña (9/5): Estancia tranquila en un espacio muy agradable - Apartamento acogedor con terraza enorme con piscina en zona muy tranquila y a un paseo de la playa Pasamos calor en la noche porque el aparato de aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y no podía dejarse encendido porque arrancaba a cada minuto generando mucho ruido
