• Bilal (9/5): Excellent stay with great hospitality and location - The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Baščaršija and other major tourist attractions. It is also very convenient for transportation, being only a 2-3 minute walk from the tram station and about 15-20 minutes from the airport by taxi. The surrounding area is packed with various restaurants, markets, and shopping centers, which was very convenient. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware for cooking. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very strong throughout the hotel, which is a crucial detail for international travelers. One detail that particularly pleased us was the 24-hour free coffee machine in the lobby, offering a variety of drinks like cappuccino, latte, macchiato, and different types of tea. The breakfast was also outstanding—very rich in terms of variety and taste, featuring everything from fresh fruits and juices to sweet and savory pastries, as well as hot and cold local specialties. Highly recommended! The only minor downsides were the lack of a balcony in our room and the breakfast area being relatively small. However, these didn't significantly affect our overall positive experience.

However, there is private parking just on the other side of the hotel where you can park your car. It is safe and the parking is undee surveillance. Closed from 00.00-07.00

• Andrey (5/5): Still a nice place but in utter need of technical renovation - Staff friendly and helpful as always. All the issues were most likely beyond their reach of capability. Surroundings and parking facilities have not changed. Breakfast is still good. Flexibility is nice. Hotel is getting old, physically and technically. Electricity failed twice in our room in the morning when using the kettle. Took 30 minutes and 3 visits of staff to fix it - and that was first thing in the morning. AC did not work in the room we were assigned to and we had to change to another one. Overall AC and electrical issues are evident in the building. The sauna was out of order too for the same reasons I think (and that was one of the things I liked the most about this hotel - being able to use sauna after long drive). Even the guest printer in the 'office' was not working, despite having paper on it ready to use

Personel yenisini biz talep edince getiriyordu ama çok yavaşlardı. Muhtemelen personel sayısı azdı ama tabi kendilerinin yönetim politikasını bilemem. İlk gün beyaz peynir vardı ama son iki gün nedense beyaz peynirleri yoktu. Temiz tabaklar bölümündeki tabakları mutlaka kontrol ederek seçmek gerekiyor çünkü maalesef bazılarında nutella gibi kalıntılar vardı. Hatta bir seferinde temiz tabak bölümünden tabağı alırken elime nutella artığı bulaştı. Demleme çayları çok çabuk bitiyordu. Bence talebi karşılamak için bir adet daha çay ünitesi olmalı. Otopark sıkıntısı var ve söz vermelerine rağmen yardımcı olmadılar. Çevredeki özel otoparka park ettik arabamızı. 419 numaralı odanın banyo ve tuvaletinde ciddi sorunlar vardı. Duş bölümünün giderinde sorun vardı. Gider bölümünde sorun olduğu için maalesef ayaklarımız suların içinde kaldı. Tuvaletin taharet muslukları arızalıydı. Sorunların giderilmesi için defalarca talep ettik ama çözemediler. Marriott markasına çok yakıştıramadım açıkçası.

Non ritengo assolutamente adeguato farsi pagare 50 Euro a notte per una cagnetta da 6 chili. Mai, in tutto il mondo, mi è stata chiesta una cifra simile al massimo 20 Euro in strutture a 5 stelle. Puo' un piccolo cane pagare più di una persona? Non so se in futuro prenderò ancora in considerazione il Marriot.

• Nina (10/5): - Very clean hotel, super friendly staff, and the breakfast included vegan options. The location is very close to the Old Town which makes it great for exploring. Really everyone working there was so polite and warm, something that's not usual in most hotels. Next time I go to Sarajevo, for sure I will choose the same hotel. The only things that could be improved were to restock things like dishwashing detergent, salt and tea. I also think there was an issue with the sound of the tv, but who wants to watch tv when they're in a beautiful city like Sarajevo. Oh, and the hairdryer isn't very powerful. But these were all small things that didn't influence the quality of my stay.

Vi tyckte mycket om de stora rummet med ett litet kök med kaffeapparat och vattenkokare, diskmaskin m.m. Vi använde inte köket men det var väldigt fräscht och rent och inte slitet alls. Likaså var toaletten och duschen med stort utrymme. All faciliteter topp. Vi tränade och fitness var mycket nytt och bra tillbehör. Finns även bastu och tvättmaskiner. Frukost var jättebra med mycket att välja på. Kaffe och te under hela vistelsen. Trevlig personal. Rekommenderar verkligen detta mysiga lägenhetshotell. Kommer bo där igen vid nästa tillfälle. Parkering var full i garaget. Kostnad 25 euro per dag. Fick betala 50 BAM (25 euro) per dag mittemot hos privat parkering. Finns inte parkeringsplatser runt om på gatorna i området. Ett överdrivet pris. Hotellet borde ha någon överenskommelse med parkeringen mittemot för sina gäster. Hyrbil kostade mindre än parkeringen. Vi fick till lägre pris 15 euro per dag för en parkeringsplats i 2 dagar där arbetarna kan parkera. Trevligt bemötande av personalen men fortfarande väldigt dyrt med tanke på priser och gratis parkering som erbjuds av andra hotell. Blev mycket dyr vistelse.

• The Real Special One (6/5): Bom hotel. - Localização. Simpatia e disponibilidade do staff. Quarto grande. Os lençóis cheiravam a fumo. A recepção foi alertada e trocaram-os para a 2a noite. Não tivemos água no quarto até às 00.00 da primeira noite. Não foi da responsabilidade do hotel mas é sempre um desconforto. O pequeno almoço é básico. O frigorífico do quarto fazia arranques de noite. Parecia um carro a trabalhar dentro do quarto. Disse na recepção e não resolveram. Coloquei no zero e pronto. Assunto arrumado. Os cortinados deixam entrar claridade.

• Derek (10/5): Great hotel in the city centre with excellent staff - Excellent location in the city centre close to all the main attractions and public transport. The customer service was superb. All the staff were friendly, professional and informative. A special mention needs to be made to Dzenanda at reception and Ajla, the General Manager. They were so helpful in getting a room ready for us to check in to when we had arrived early. They went out of their way to provide a great service and we really appreciated it. The breakfast area is a little small and sometimes difficult to find a table during busy periods. This was a small inconvenience in an otherwise excellent hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Отель не вызывал желания чего то попросить или добавить, все было хорошо. Не сильно комфортно в постоянно переполненном крошечном зале для завтраков. В таком большом сан.узле было бы лучше поставить ванную.

• Sarah (9/5): - The suite was large, with lots of room for our family of 4. Location was excellent, easy walk to everything and onsite parking very much appreciated. Rooms were quiet at night. Staff friendly and helpful. A few negatives, but overall the positives outweigh these and mean we would choose to stay here again. The sofa bed was fairly uncomfortable, we couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room (panels seemed to be malfunctioning) and breakfast was average.
