• Len (1/5): The room smells like worst than a grooming salon or vet clinic. - Close to my work Disgusting and the smell of the previous dog is lingering everywhere. The main reason they charge a pet fee is for thorough cleaning. But it seems like it is nor religiously done.

• Nilefar (1/5): - They charge the guest for parking and make them sign a waiver any vandalism, breaking, theft etc....you park at your own risk!! The hallways and rooms are significantly outdated and need major renovations. The shower is old and smells moldy I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Forgot my key a couple times and had to take the stairs, luggage carts were unavailable most of the time. OUR BATHROOM DOOR DIDN’T WORK! As a mother with two boys I require a working door.

• David (7/5): More than acceptable, but less than recommendable. - Given comparable properties in the area, this hotel was well-priced. This hotel is rapidly approaching the time for a refesh. I observed frayed wall paper seams, thead bare carpets, and grimmy finger prints on door frames. The main reception desk had a back counter surface that was full to overflowing with clutter (parcels, plastic bags, etc.). That gave me the impression that this wasn't an organized or well-managed property. I also not that there's no real indication where the entrance is.

Front desk offerred us bottles of water so we could brush our teeth. We were not offerred any compensation for this considerable inconvenience.

• CHEUK PAN (7/5): Comfy stay at reasonable price - Nice breakfast with good food variety and great quality, the staff are nice and willing to help. The room is big with numerous useful equipment. There were utensils with stains which could not be removed even after using the dishwasher. Besides, I was informed that the housekeeping service would not be provided if the "do not disturb" sign is on my door past 3 pm. However, I am sure that I had left my room with no sign on the door at around 2:45 pm on the 3rd day, but housekeeping was not serviced, which was disappointing. Additionally, all power switches must be pressed individually, as there is no main power button, which can be somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, on the last day of residence, a staff member knocked on my door asking if housekeeping service was needed. I was shocked that they did not have the record of guests' checkout dates, as I thought it was well known that no housekeeping service would be provided on the checkout date.
