Guest Reviews
- LEE EFRAIM (7/5): -
- Gualba (4/5): Sorry for my Review - The Location of the Hotel CORKAGE FEE FOR OUTSIDE, ITS NOT REASONABLE SPECIALLY WHEN THE GUEST ORDERS FROM THE MENU IS NOT AVAILABLE, NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! STAFF MUST HAVE THIER OWN SERVICE ELEVATOR. SOME OF THE STAFF'S DON'T HAVE GUESTS RELATION KNOWLEDGE!!!
- FRANCES DANE (9/5): Fairly comfortable stay with very welcoming and helpful hotel staff. - The staff were very approachable and accommodating. The location itself was optimal in terms of proximity to a variety of establishments (e.g., pharmacy, mall, convenience store). The free breakfast buffet was also quite fulfilling. The bathroom lock is broken. The bed had a slightly uncomfortable dip in the middle (which was understandable considering it was basically two single beds put together). The asymmetrical table was also quite bothersome since it made the glass tabletop keep on shifting off to the (intentional) rectangle-shaped hole of the corner of the table. One time the elevator glitched and didn't move; it just kept on beeping.

- Contact (4/5): a ne pas recommander - personnel très attentionné Très bruyant, climatisation d'un autre age peu fonctionnelle, chambre à renover
- Candilado (10/5): - The breakfast. The air-con. I think we book a much larger space and yet the air-con is not really working well, and the room is hot
- Patrick (4/5): - Staff were friendly The room light is dim. Not enjoyable to stay.
- Hazel (8/5): - Affordable The tiles and lights

- Velasquez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kitty (2/5): - The mattress was old and broken, the bedsheets were old, thin with holes. The toilet seat was broken. Cheap hotel! I thought the description online were true but they're not! The rooms look like a motel, with workers painting the hallways.
I took this hotel bec the pictures and name were nice, and a stone's throw away from my appointments...but not just sub par but very cheap. This is 0 star.
- Deborah (1/5): Bad - The location near SM North The AC of our room was full of ice, we have to change room. The room we transferred, AC was not working. Will not recommend to anybody.. worst stay
- Florvil (2/5): - A/C not cold tv not working safety box wire not connected I will recommend this hotel very poor
- Manny (5/5): Passable -
- Bernardo (10/5): Excellent -
- Deborah (4/5): Very frustrating stay - We stayed for 3nights..First day, no water at all, after few mins flood water came, very very unhygienic...I booked a suite room with aircon not working on the 2nd day, as they said that the AC was full of ice. We have to transfer room, very inconvenient..Overall, not a good hotel, I rate as 0 star.
- dean (10/5): - Good
- Liza (5/5): Passable -
- Earl (2/5): Very poor - The breakfast buffet The hallways are dingy and smelly
My original room (903) was very hot and the WIFI was not working
The toilet smelled bad and the wooden floors require upkeep
- Paolo Antonio (10/5): - It's just fine.
- David Michael (2/5): - The bathroom was crawling with roaches and the AC can't even cool up the room. Definitely something I would NOT recommend especially for foreigners.
- Maybelle (8/5): - It’s ok
- nanette (4/5): - The bed was not good!
- Enrico (4/5): - Organisation: 2 out of 5 . Different service/staff ask me 4 times what is my room nr. Before breakfast. The condition of Building has already molds specially in Bathroom area. Im Sorry i need to write this for the benifits of future guest.
- Alexander (8/5): Need Improvement. - Dream World hotel need major renovation/ facelift. Staff are friendly and courteous. I enjoy staying here because of the staff although the rooms need major improvement, to include AC units.
- Rencel (10/5): - Staff take forever I room move 4 times leaking in a room door not locking so bad
- ann (8/5): - No comment
- Albert M (2/5): - Poor service
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Friendly, helpful, and staff provides great customer service. My issues are cockroaches. It's not acceptable ☹️
- Oscar (10/5): - Close to Resorts world and airport
- Ken Cedrick (10/5): - Yesterday was my restday to work, so i decided to unwind, relax and book a staycation in Hotel Dreamworld at North Edsa via Expedia App.
I've got Suite 2 room on its very lowest and very affordable price. The room was very nice. Clean, classy, and elegant because of their royal blue theme. They have bathtub, fast and reliable wifi connection, they offer us a free breakfast, free parking when you have reservation. Plus, staffs are so accomodating, friendly, and kind.
If you're looking for affordable hotel to stay, i suggest you to book at Hotel Dreamworld. Very accessible. It's near SM North and Trinoma, so you can stroll and go around.
- Deborah (2/5): - Very dirty room. Staff not too helpful. Bathroom dirty and smelly. Sink is very dirty. Breakfast sometimes too late..9:45am. Will not come back. Will not recommend for anybody.
- ALEXANDER (8/5): Great Staff - I stayed in the Suite 2- supposed to be the best room but the rooms were “run-down” and need renovation and upgrade. All staff were friendly and courteous and that is important to me.
- mark (4/5): - dirty,bed was not good,no hot water no bedding
- Jennifer (8/5): - Very convenient in terms of location. Close to shopping Malls. Air conditioning in some rooms needs to be checked. Some Staffs are friendly and nice. Mitch was the best one for us. She’s so accommodating and very helpful. She knows her job well and know how to deal with various situations that will make the guest feel satisfied and happy.
- Wenifredo (4/5): - Staff are friendly
- Joelito (2/5): - Close to where i need to go. Moldy, not maintained.
- Manjeet (2/5): - Nothing to like there. Dirty rooms and not as shown in picture. No breakfast but they said breakfast included.
Very bad experience ok
- Alfred (10/5): - Great location. Near everything.
- Agnes (8/5): Stress Free Overnight Stay for the Examinees. - Our stay in hotel was a nice experience. Easy check-in procedure you just need show a valid id. The staff are courteous, It's a nice place for an overnight stay , we had it Dreamworld hotel near the exam venue of the LET of my niece and her friend. We are from Dasmarinas Cavite and it saved me from stress driving early morning to beat the 5:30am time for the examinees.
- Robosa (2/5): - Customet service is bad
- James (6/5): OK for 1 Night stay - Average hotel. Lacking amenities location was convenient. Room service food was decent
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean and comfortable, staff was very nice and courteous. Free amenities like breakfast, water, towels were always replaced with new ones. The wi-fi needs improvement however.
- Rosauro (2/5): - We were given time allowance of 15 minutes for our visitors, where in the world would impose time limits for you to accept visitors in a room you paid? And that was on a Christmas Eve , sooooo disappointing!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Will be back soon
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall performance
- Verified traveler (2/5): Highly Not Recommended - Early check-in is charged as I was told after paying and getting in my room. Queen bed was actually two single beds covered with queensized bedsheets. Bathroom sink and floor as well as floor in the room were dirty. I was not explained any utilities available nor breakfast times upon arrival. No windows in the room. Aircon was smelly and noisy. Waiting time for elevator was too long each time. Objectively expensive for what you get.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very close to Edsa mall, just off of the overhead walkway by 20 yards
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nothing good about this hotel. Everything was bad. Rooms smell. Beds are like sleeping on the floor. Not blanket. There's isn't anything good to say about this hotel at all.
- Dayahn (4/5): Food disgusting - The place were ok but the food they served already cannot be eat even the leche flan
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The problem is there is no camera and u will see them as display.
- Jenica (6/5): - the staff are nice but the hotel room smells terrible and if its raining. it leaks to my room and even when i took shower. it leaks too.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They don't respond through online message provided by them.
- unknown (8/5): - lack of supplies, plus they are not in good condition
- Jackeline (4/5): So-so. - Hotel is so-so. Smell not good in the lobby. Elevators not air-conditioned. It's so hot in the corridors. Bed not soft. No shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast was a disaster.. there is shortage of food and they let us wait only to be left with no food.
- Jon (8/5): - Very near commercial areas where to do business
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a nice environment! Nice people, enjoyed our stay!!! Would come back for sure 😊👍!
- KOJI (8/5): - Taking time for serving of food at restaurant.
Spaghetti waiting 45minute.
Hotel self is ok lah.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Easy to access.location is convenient.staff were all accomodating.breakfast being served were delicious
- Alan (4/5): Needs a Facelift - The Hotel seems to be run by very young people and service is probably not at the top of their agenda. When I got to my room I decided to take a shower. It was only after I finished that I realised there was no towels. Soaking wet I phoned reception to ask for towels and also toilet tissue. After about 15 minutes standing in the bathroom I decided to dry myself with a shirt. I phoned again and after another 20 minutes the towels finally arrived. Breakfast was nothing exciting although they did manage to make my poached eggs. I think they rely on Filipinos using the Hotel and if they are hoping to encourage "Foreigners" they need to up their game a bit. The room incidentally was ok although the AC cover did fall off one night while I was sleeping and it was very noisy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Liked - Location, a few minutes walk to two big shopping malls with great selection of food for dining. Also, the reception staff were helpful. Room size. Room air conditioning. Breakfast buffet is very filling.
Disliked - Hallways and elevators were not air conditioned. Room walls, floor and ceiling are concrete so sound insulation is poor. Shower and tub have no adequate curtains so when you shower you’ll gonna end up flooding the floor. Almost everything in the room are quite dated, although functional, they need some replacement or updating.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Worth the price
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The rm i got in1212 bathroom smells very bad
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very accommodating staff and good service keep it up... Blanket not comfty
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The design itself as it is comfortable for the customers.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - bathrooms are so dirty full of molds, requested another room, same thing the bathrooms are so filthy, grouts between tiles full of black molds, never been cleaned, towels and bed sheets are so dingy and old, they look so gray/dirty not white anymore, need to be replaced, rooms are so old and outdated needs to be repainted and repaired,
- Virgilio (8/5): - Very good
- JayR (2/5): - This a prime location, from transportations , malls and restaurants
- John (6/5): - The first room they put me in was badly in need of a refurbishment it was dirty and old, but fortunately after complaining they upgraded me to a much better room with the help of the Porter who from memory name was Jacko who proved very helpful for the rest of my stay.
.This Hotel is very centrally located with 2 shopping malls across the road..
However it is very noisy from the heavy traffic below and is badly in need of sound proof windows.
Nice friendly staff.
Overall good value for the price.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - its good but my room is not 100 percent good
- Carolina (10/5): - Nice and clean room, clean linens, excellent customer service. Good breakfast buffett.
- California (10/5): - Icon Hotel North Edsa is clean and friendly place to be
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Near commercial center.
- cecilia (4/5): Never come back in this hotel - I arrived past midnight from the airport and front desk is not friendly and accommodating the room assigned to me is like storage no windows and untidy even the small bathroom no choice i need to rest after 22 hours flight. Upon check out i request for luggage assistance to help me bring it down took along time no body coming i decided to bring down all my stuff alone. I thought they we’re better from eurotel well they worse.
- EJ (6/5): - Airconditioning in our room is a little bit noisy and not so cool
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The remote on TV is not functioning; no slippers available; slippery tiles in CR.
- Victoria (6/5): - Icon hotel staff are courteous and helpful. I did not like that the elevator and hallways have no air conditioner. I am especially scared that if we get stuck in the elevator that we will get suffocated. Icon management should correct the air conditioning issues in the elevator and hallways
- Lee (8/5): Icon is the best - Icon hotel is the best location to stay everything so close
- Rodrigo (10/5): - Excellent staff
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I like the ambiance
- Verified traveler (8/5): The Stopover - The stay is good to refresh & dress up to attend a social event inside the city minus your car. It’s a good stop over in going to & from the MM’s CBU.
- Guy (10/5): Best in the world - Just everything was amazing
Staff are the best hotel staff in the whole world
- Aproval8 (8/5): - The truth the service is great only thing is the elavtor is like a sauna and also the interior design inside the room is off..but overall good stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Cleanliness
