Tom (10/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient, with friendly owners. - The room (room 4) was amazingly, spotlessly clean, and smelled so fresh. The king size bed was very comfortlable, and having the smart TV and free WiFi was very handy. I've stayed in more expensive hotels which do not have the standards of this place. The owners of the motel were very friendly. We could hear the people in the room not to us chat and laugh for most of the evening which didn't help us get to sleep. But this is not the motel's fault, just guests being inconsiderate.

Karen (9/5): Such a great little gem of a place! - Pretty much everything! Staff were so helpful and friendly, I had a really lovely chat about dinner places. The room was modern, clean and so comfortable. We loved it so much that we were sad to leave after just one night. We will absolutely be back! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing, the water pressure was perfect! The fridge was a generous size. Perfect location across from the lake and to find food and entertainment options. The walls between rooms are on the thin side, we could hear everything both sets of neighbours were doing, every tap running every time they dropped something, even the fight one set were having! But that's probably the only thing we didn't love.

The cottage furnishings and outdoor area are well maintained and have a nice charm. It's a shame that the shower is above the bath tub. It's not suitable for older adults and people with mobility issues.

We could hear the water running early on the Sunday morning for almost an hour from somewhere around us. When we went to have a shower, there was no hot water. I left it for a bit but still no hot water. Very disappointing.
Susan (10/5): Perfect stay for work or recreation - I was pleasantly surprised to be given accommodation in the Magnolia House suite. I usually stay in the double room apartment. The Magnolia House suite was luxurious, welcoming, and quite lovely, with sunny and spacious room that were beautifully decorated the hosts were as always helpful and friendly Lakeside Hamilton is my choice when staying in Hamilton, but this weekend it felt extra special.

Only thing that was little bit annoying, even tho having two rooms just so I could have my toddler sleep in the second room with out disturbance and we had our own space when he went to bed is that still had to go thru his room to get to the bathroom.
