Guest Reviews
- Rob (10/5): - Awsum staff really heloful beautiful breakfast stunning location lovw the rooftop pool
- david (8/5): - Good location in the heart of kuta, across from beach, comfortable beds, good ircon
- Jozef (8/5): - Very good location
- Halle (4/5): - My room wasn’t very nice was gross
- Paul Velandia (6/5): - Busy location but central in Kuta. First gave room in basement (LG) with no window. We didn’t notice as it was 2am. I saw front desk in morning and they switched us to better room with a proper window. We paid for Deluxe room too. Ensure you don’t get LG room when check in. Fair hotel. Mercury seems much nicer next door for not much more. Good spa below.
- Carlos (4/5): - The rooms are very sad
- april (6/5): Noise but good location. - When we checked in she tried to give us the one bed instead of the 2 twin beds that I booked. Not cool. eventually she gave us the 2 twin beds that I booked. You can hear all the talking/ snoring beside your room and all the noise outside your door. also It will be nice if they can clean under the bed, because they are dirty when we checked in. But the hotel is in the good location. friendly staffs.
- Hunter (10/5): - I loved the service and, a nice view from the rooftop
- Verified traveler (8/5): cation - Comfortable and centrally located
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - Horrible asked for extra towels that wasn't allowed asked for a small hand towel or washer no they dont have them no milk for the tea and coffee that was supplied the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in on us and the air con wasnt the best
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No window!! Bed dirty, bathroom dirty, no soap provided. Anyome could open the safe. Door didnt lock on room
- DEAN (6/5): - THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, LOVED THE ROOF TOP POOL. I DID NOT LIKE NOT HAVING A WINDOW IN THE ROOM, I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THE BATHROOM IN THE ROOM
- Karma (6/5): - Check in was smooth and had early check in too.
Service is average but they don’t provide extra towels if you are staying for a night only. You have to pay extra for that(this is very strange)
- Dwane (2/5): - old nasty the rooms was nasty and it was not clean!
- Maak (4/5): - So firstly, when I first booked this place, I booked it under the pretense that there was a balcony and/or window in the rooms, as stated on the website and booking. But when I arrive, there is no window or balcony because the floors above were bought out by another company. Why state that there is an option for balcony and window? And I hope people are not being charged extra for a balcony and/or window price when there isn’t one. What they had was a fake window and no ventilation other than the AC. It smelled like a wet shower and mildew. With no natural airflow in these rooms, mold can grow and it smelled exactly like that. On top of the pounds of cleaning chemicals they use to try to cover up the smell. I also could not sleep in the bed for too long because it felt like I was itching the whole time. Perhaps bed bugs? I was so distraught about the room, I didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool and restaurant. Which is the only feature of this hotel. Although the breakfast was great. I will not deny that the staff were friendly and welcoming, but we are not paying to see the staff, we are paying to sleep. For the condition of this hotel, even though $47 per night is reasonable, it is still not worth $47 per night. $35 and under is a much better price for what you get here. I am sorry for the low rating, but I will never book this place again and I will not refer anyone to this hotel. So sorry. Again the staff are really nice people. And the food is great!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - We have stayed at Kutabex hotel once before and it was good. This time the first day no TV, 2nd day TV was back on in the evening, but the Air Conditioning did not work, 3rd night Air Conditioning: could not change temperature and would not turn off, it was freezing. Buffet breakfast had very little for the Westerner. This time the only good thing was the view from the rooftop bar.
- Stephany (4/5): Moldy - The hotel looks way better in pictures than in person, but for Bali it’s an okay hotel. My main issue is that the AC was leaking really bad and they sent a repair guy to fix it and he had to come back 3 times in the course of 2 days and it was never actually fixed. The water stayed on the ground and our room smelled musty.. there was definitely mold growing. They should’ve changed our rooms but didn’t.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not exactly beach front is it and the damp gloomy rooms are all in the basement
- Verified traveler (2/5): - this hotel is nothing close to what is advertised while it is located in a central location the place is filled with mold and has a funky smell all thorough out the lobby and rooms. There is no ventilation and the rooms are dirty.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked that it was central to everything in Kuta so you could walk to where you need to go. Circle k right next door and beach is literally right across the street. A little run down, just over age i assume. Breakfast was amazing one day & so so the next. I did like that they ate connected to another roof top hotel and you could enjoy their pool for a minimum beverage fee.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The location of the hotel is perfect. But it’s noisy you hear the cleaners and tenants talking in the corridor also the loads of live music it’s not comfortable because of the sounds you cannot sleep well
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No hot water in showers during our 8 night stay (2 rooms both with same issue). Pool area overlooked beach but not particularly inviting otherwise. Very basic rooms.
- Penny (8/5): - Liked the location.
No hot water or hair dryer was annoying
- M28 (6/5): - Staffs at Front Desk were helpful, Room Service staff was really nice and kind, only room amenities were a bit disappointed but as 3 stars hotel and good location so that point I could accept. The main thing disappointed me is some staffs at the restaurant (Seven Bar) made me felt like they weren’t treated Asian and Western customers equally, I was the only one Asian girl there and other two tables around me weren’t Asian but the staffs were so friendly to them but not me, this point should be fixed as long as all customers paid for the hotel. At some point they were only inside of the restaurant, no one standby at the terrace, so it was a bit difficult to call staff asking for something.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The pool on the roof with the view of Kuta beach and the sunsets to die for was great. Breakfast was always good except the tea and coffee. Staff was always helpful and kind, will miss them for sure.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The location of this Hotel was great. Staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. There were no windows to the outside world so you never knew what time of the day it was. The window that was there had a mirror and a fake plant there. The bathroom was a nightmare, dirty, no hand towels, facecloths in the 7days, the shower was only ever lukewarm. The breakfast was always good but the tea & coffee yek. pool area was clean and tidy and the staff up there was great. Lovely sunsets & a great view. We were up there when the earthquake hit and no staff seemed to know what to do. We tried to contact the hotel via 4 emails to confirm that a car was going to be sent to pick us up from the airport and never got a reply, still waiting for one and confirmed on check in after having to catch a taxi that the e-mail address was correct (it was) We had 3 rooms booked for the 7 of us and we all felt the same.So over all the location and beds were great other stuff needs attention, We would not go back there to stay I am sorry to say. Bali was great and will be going back just not to Kutabex Beach Front Hotel
- Mauricio (2/5): - Awful hotel. Stinky, bad service, was like a cave.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Front view facing beach is so amazing, dinning hall is quite big.
- NakanishiGeorge (10/5): - Very nice hotel just across from the Kuta beach. Our room was with no window (just a fake one) but we had a huge comfortable bed for a great rest. The pool is a bit too small but with a great view especially at the sunset . And the staff was really polite and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning for our tour so we couldn't have our breakfast but they prepared a breakfast box instead.. really great service !
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Lobby AC out of order
Lobby ATM out of order
Lobby escalators to lower floor toilets out of order
Room had no external windows, just a fake internal garden with no natural light
Nice beach view from roof top dining
- Firz (6/5): - Nothing unique ... only have mosquitoes :(
And we are given room with no view ..
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I found the staff were very friendly, the location was awesome, food was amazing, great too watch the sunsets on the rooftop bar, and they even gave me a gree ugrade of room after the first 4 nights, i would definately reccomend Kutabex hotel.
Aaron grom Australia, cheers guys, I'll be back!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We checked out without staying and after a week still have had no response from Expedia, mouldy, run down horrible,
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Our room was down a damp hallway. Our room was falling apart and there was a leak over our bed. We told them about it twice and they said they would send someone. Noone was sent until the night we were leaving. Then we were asked to move rooms but at that point it was too late we we're leaving at 3am.
We pre booked a taxi to the airport (again twice) when asked was it booked they said no. So we re booked it.
Then when we woke up to pay and leave, we were charged for an ice bucket we got to stop the leak, TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE TOO, and our airport shuffle wasn't organised so we had to wait a half hour for them to find someone and they never came so we got a taxi.
The website promotes a beachfront pool and bar, it was a rooftop.i could live with this if it wasn't for the staff pestering you to order food or you can't sit by the pool.
I have honestly never been so frustrated at a hotel in my life.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location location location close to the beach the rooftop bar and pool is great
- Diyana (8/5): - The bed so nice😂
- Runa Laila (2/5): Disapointing - There all room r underground, but thay never disclosed it in any way.
- Gary (8/5): Oversold and underdelivered - The garden view room was a real letdown as it was underground!☹️
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel location in central Kuta with Kuta beach view. Do not take hotel transport to/fro airport which is three times expensive than Grab taxi. Grab taxi is the best transport option. For amenities, Kuta square is located in walking distance where you can get plenty of options to shop/eat. A good massage parlour (Kutakita Spa) is located at hotel ground floor. Room is considered good but you may see baby cockroaches inside. We called in to reception lobby when we saw one, they gave us another room but I could still see one cockroach inside. Buffet is great with variety of dishes. Loved the swimming pool with good sunset view.. My kid loved the swimming in the pool.Staffs's are friendly and helping minded. I would definitely consider Kutabex hotel if I visit Bali again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good place at Kuta
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice hotel at a good price close to the beach, nice roof top for for sunsets and good staff
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not like pictures showed. No windows and dirtyroom - NO windows at all. The pictures are misleading and it feels like in a jail. The room is dirty and very dry which is wired in Bali. Rooms are in the basement and loud at night. Bad bad experience. Do not stay here. There are many good places in Bali with good prices. The only ok part is that stuff members are friendly.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Amazing location & amazing view from the rooftop pool, but condition & cleanliness of room ok... also missed not having a balcony
- Cas (6/5): - Nice hotel close to the beach.
But the rooms are on Lower Ground floor without any sun light.
- Craig (6/5): Kutabex Beachfront Hotel - The breakfast was awesome. The room was ok with the shower barely having any hot water.
- Hafiza (10/5): - Love the friendly staffs and making this solo female feel safe! ❤️
- AYMAN (8/5): I like it - Its Good time for vacation
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent spot - Very welcoming and the people were awesome! Very clean and presentable. Pool has an amazing view!
- Fion (8/5): - Friendly staff. Nice environment and the beach just in front of hotel.
- Richard (6/5): Perfect location but poor room - The hotel is in the famous Kuta Beach. The surroundings was fantastic as you can find food attraction easily. The bed is also fine. However the bathroom is terrible. It is smelly, small, and the hot water doesnt work properly. I also cant find hanger in the bathroom
- Roza (8/5): Great location even for Basement suite - We stayed here for 3 nights and chose it for the location and price. We expected a basement room as we’ve seen from previous reviews and we got one. It was a good sized room with 2 beds, desk, night stands, closet and open sink area with the bathroom behind frosted glass door. There was a safe, kettle, water, coffee/tea in the room. The AC worked well. The shower/toilet area was very spacious and had good lighting. Also has an actual working exhaust fan so the room doesn’t feel damp. There was a soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. There were plenty of lights so it didn’t even feel like a basement suite.
The escalators to this lower floor were not functioning but the elevators worked.
The breakfast buffet is on the 4th floor which is where the pool area is as well. Breakfast contained about 5-6 local dishes, a salad bar, cereal bar, fresh fruit area, fresh egg station, fresh pancake/waffle station, coffee/tea (being served so you don’t have a choice on flavors) and juice/fresh milk station. It was a busy place so the food constantly got restocked.
The pool area has an infinity pool and loungers. They were comfortable for sun tanning. The pool is not deep at all and has a sitting bench along it to sit in. Not really made for swimming but watching the ocean, surfers and sunset is ideal.
The location is great- cross the road to get to the beach. Always taxis available. The walk to the mall is 5mins. There are numerous restaurants and attached minimart that’s 24hrs
- Kelley (6/5): Average - The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right across from the beach but there were no windows in our hotel room. The room was nice and clean but constantly had problems with the hot water system Breakfast was disappointing, didn’t cater to foreign visitors which is something we probably would have liked to know beforehand.
The pool and service was good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Online picks were deceiving - The staff at Kutabex were amazing. They were very helpful and sweet. They helped us with finding things to do in the area. Only thing I didn’t like was our room. The pictures were very deceiving. The room looked nothing like the pictures. I felt like I was staying in a box with no windows. The room smelt a little bit like mold every time we entered the room. We ended up getting a different hotel for our last night in Kuta.
- Hamdani (6/5): Good Hotel, very close to the beach - Easy to find the food, Hard Rock cafe just 5 min a walk..
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel - The Room has no window so no sea view unless you go up to their rooftop restaurant. The staff is friendly but not very helpful as some cannot understand English.
- Tez (8/5): - It was easy to communicate with the friendly staff who are always smiling.
- Beth (4/5): Very disappointed - The location is the only good thing about it. The staff were alright. But everything else about it was very disappointing. Room was dirty. Walls had dirt marks all over them. Bed sheets had stains and holes in them. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. Would not recommend. Pay a little extra to stay at a cleaner hotel on the beach.
- Tanya (6/5): - Over all experience: BAD. Would not recommend Kutabex for anyone else. The stay is not suitable for families considering night clubs in and around the hotel.
Negatives: The corridors smell really bad - could be the smell of plenty of Ant or insecticides. But that was unbearable. The room stinks so bad provided there are no windows for any room in the hotel. ( sincere recommendation: dont ever go by the pictures shown in travel sites.) . The bed sheet, mattress pad and pillows were full of stains ( unwashed probably) including the blood stains on mattress pad and mattress. So ,my suggestion is clearly watchout for sheets' cleanliness. We had to ask for a change of sheets and mattress pad almost every night once we are bak to the room.
Positives: clean beach that is accessible ( dont expect for a view from hotel as there are no windows), normal to good breakfast, kind staff who are supportive.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Basic hotel; clean and net basic needs.
Not really a family hotel.
Friendly staff
- Govinda (8/5): Great location - Everything was excellent except the huge pillar in the middle of the room. It didn't bother us that much as we didn't spend much time in the room but it was a stupid idea to have such a big pillar right in the middle of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful n polite, The location was also great - very close to the beach.
- Abang Kamaruddin Bin (6/5): A plus for location - check in was a little messed up, room service was late. Despite that, the bed was comfy and breakfast was good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff were friendly and eager to assist, though rooms had seen better days. Everything was clean and tidy.
- apple59 (4/5): Kutbex - Hotel was hard to find.
The room was really to small.
If you needed to go to toilet when someone was having a shower you get wet.
You entered the shower before the toilet.
No view or balcony.
Was like a rabbit warren going to your room.
Swimming was small.
We had one night there and that was enough for us...
Individual choice but I would not stay again..
- Mohammad zaki (4/5): - Room is not as expected.located at lower ground..!!!?.pay £200 (5 nights) for rooms with no view..####!!!!.like holiday in a prison..??!!##
- giuseppe (2/5): No waste your money!! - We were 2 guests (127 room number).
The first night after we booked an superior room online for 7 night, we have discovered that the hotel was full and then they gave to us a standard room downstairs just for a night.
The day after we moved finally in the superior room after 2 pm. Crazy thing!
Buffet very very poor and not as mentioned on Internet and on the website.
I have been unable to do breakfast for all 7 days.
We are really disappointed for that.
Nothing incontinental.
Never again
- sara (4/5): Bad room make up service - I try telling the hotel crew 4 to 5 times that I need someone to make up the room.. Noone of them came to do it..
- Elizabeth (8/5): Clean, great service. Plenty to do in hotel - Large comfy bed, cold air/con, good restaurant/bars, great pool area. Entertainment in building. Cheap, very good value. Don't have to step far from the front door to find shopping, fast food, across road from beach. Only downside, constant running water could be heard through the night from our room, and room didn't have a window. Would stay again purely for for location and entertainment
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Unusual smell off putting. Elevator dirty. Bathroom smelly
- Verified traveler (4/5): Let down - Both time rooms were not ready had to wait till 4.30pm. Was confronted by group of regulars who sit outside kutabex trying to sell drugs after saying no to multiple offers of drugs taxi or everything else group started yelling, swearing and surounded our group. Security from kutabex did absolutely nothing. No help to calm the situation literally just stood. Way to treat paying guests. Will never return
- Verified traveler (4/5): No Windows in the rooms. - Location is Outstanding.
Roof Top Deck is fabulous.
Actual rooms are in the basement with no windows. The pictures on the website are deceptive. None of the rooms have windows and they are all located in the basement. The hotel is actually two different hotels in one building.
A/C in room doesn't get cold.
- Sanath (2/5): - Please donot book this hotel by seeing the photos. Very poor customer service with expensive charges. I had the following issues during my stay here for 5 days.
1. No hot water, when I check with the hotel staff they say its a instant geyser and I will get hot water only for 30 secs. What kind of answer is this.
2. rooms are like caves, no sunlight or bright light at all.
3. Very noisy rooms, I feel there is no wall in between the rooms. Only plaster of paris in between the rooms. You can listen to what's happening in the next rooms
4. No fresh towels or no basic stuffs in the room. Evrytime you need to call them and request for it
5. Worst customer service
6. Rooms are not clean, very bad situations.
- Bobby (10/5): Great price for a hotel near the beach. - Hotel is in a perfect location near the beach and many restaurants, my first room was not as good as I had hoped but I was able to get an upgrade and was very happy with the second room I received for the rest of my stay, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something cheap in Kuta near the beach. Almost all rooms don't have real windows so if that's a problem for you I would look elsewhere but for the price and location I believe it's a good trade off.
P. S. The breakfast is OK at best, but the actual restaurants are very good.
- klaudia (6/5): Not worth it - Clean rooms, good choice of food for breakfast. However no windows in the room and very loud party that seems to be going on every day (we stayed 4 nights) made sleeping impossible
- sachin (8/5): - Whether was amazing.but wifi was not working properly.location is better
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This hotel have no window, but the locations is very convenient and very close to Kuta beach.
- nimisha (6/5): Just close to beach.. bathroom bad - Had cockroach and spider in my room. Bathroom fittings rusted. Room was spacious. The main strength is location . Just opposite beach and very close to market
- Michelle (10/5): Great location and pool! - Excellent location right across from the beach. Close to many shops and stalls. Roof top is amazing, unfortunately cloudy at sunset but would be a great spot on a clear evening.
- Md Mehedi (8/5): Great location and service - Its was wonderful...
- HNIN MIN LATT (6/5): medium standard - normal
- Shazal (6/5): Top location in the middle of everything - Small room with no windows. Guests mostly Asian. Buffet breakfast all Asian only fault for me.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - The pictures are way too good. They share the building with many other businesses so very busy. Many rooms are on the lower ground floor with no window. The shower and sink area was too dirty. The sink was bloceked. We wondered if they clean regularly.
Bed seemed clean, location is right off to the beach, service was ok.
- Angela (10/5): The best budget beachfront hotel - Hotel staff are very accomodating and always ready to help with a smile
- rachel (6/5): Good location but not a great room - Budget room in a great location. Close to beach, shopping & restaurants. Staff were very friendly & helpful but the room was less than desirable. Very basic & unclean. Stains in strange places & the hot water barely worked. We were leaving early so had a breakfast pack we picked up before going to bed & it was stale & inedible. The safe was not even bolted to the shelf so could pick it up & walk away. Incredibly noisy & didn't get much sleep. Thankfully we purchased this room half price as it was not worth it's full price!
- Craig (8/5): The view from the pool is amazing - Very good hotel for the price.
Staff were very friendly.
Only thing that let down the hotel.... There was a bit of a mouldy smell in the bathroom.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Noisy neighbours - Looking for a hotel close to beach and airport good location noisy neighbours made for a bad experience
- Abhishek (8/5): Nice place to stay and enjoy nightlife. - Comfortable stay but no view from room hotel since rooms located at lower ground floor.
- Stephanie J (8/5): Great for a one night dtsy - Close to shops and beach family friendly
- Frances (8/5): Good hotel with great views - After reading mixed reviews for this hotel we were pleasantly surprised, although not a 5 star hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The Buffet breakfast was served in the rooftop bar and had a great view and the breakfast had a good variety each morning. The rooms were cleaned daily, We were in rooms 127 and 128 and had windows and were on the ground floor. I would reccomend this hotel.
- ararat (4/5): not a beach front at all - It is not beach front at all! All the rooms are in the basement for some reason and there is no view to anywhere! We were excited about the beach view but only thing we could see through the window was ourselves on the mirror! who puts mirror behind the window!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice location & Great staff - That was a pleasant stay, and the staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is perfect near the kuta beach.
- Desiree (8/5): Good convenient hotel - Was great that the hotel was across the beach!!
- Nattaporn (8/5): Superb Location - We love to stay here. Good price with good breakfast and location.
- Zar (8/5): Good hotel in Bali - I like hotel a lot but it doesn't have fridge and hair dryer though!!
- Brett (8/5): Not bad - Stayed by myself , was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. Bed was comfy, room was of a great size, and amenities were nothing I would complain about(especially considering the price). Il be back. Thanks kutabex
- Susan (6/5): Holiday - Staff very friendly ..good budget price hotel
- Andy (6/5): Bali Experience - We were pleased with the overall conditions of the Kutabex Hotel, our room was satisfactory on the Lower Ground Floor but a bathtub & window would have been good. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Guest Relation receptionist.
Food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was good with large selection of foods.
As a front beach hotel walks along the sand of the beach were so pleasant during the day and amazing sunsets at night could be viewed from the top restaurant floor.
Good shopping close by. Many bargains are available from small stall holders.
- Ashlan (10/5): Perfect location on Kuta beach and excellent staff - This hotel was a great experience for my husband and I. Our first time to Bali and our first stop was this hotel! You can't beat the location, it's literally right on Kuta beach! Our room was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable!
Above all though, the customer service was great! They were so nice. I had a little accident our first day there on the beach where I was bleeding quite a bit from my foot and kind of having a panic attack ha and my husband ran right to the hotel (since it's right there) and asked for help. Immediately a woman named Fenty from the customer service desk came running out with all the first aid stuff and was there to help me. She ran me over to the doctors clinic on her motorbike and stayed with me the whole time the doctor had to give me shots and rip my toenail off! (Ouch!) but she didn't have to go out of her way to help me but she did and I am so grateful for her! After that, she and the rest of the hotel staff helped us get rides, hotels and everything else for the rest of our trip!
We enjoyed our stay there a lot, the ONLY negative I have is that the walls there are very thin there and we could hear everything all the time outside of our door which was frustrating sometimes. But didn't take away from our great stay and excellent customer service! Thank you Kutabex and Fenty for everything!!
- Yiya (4/5): Photos are deceiving - While the hotel is shown to be this tall building in front of Kuta Beach, the actual hotel is on ground and below ground level and at the back of the house. You are quickly told the rest of the building is another hotel.
Hotel staff are very nice but their awareness of service probably needs to be improved at the restaurant. Restaurant didn't rate very highly. Most of the dishes are not labelled so if you have an allergy or condition that prevents you from having a particular dish, you can't really assess what to eat from he selection so your choices become very limited. Staff also have very limited English.
The bathrooms in the rooms are the worst part. They are not a separate room but rather toilet and shower together separated from the room by a screen, so the room gets wet when you showered. Hand basin is within the room floor. We were traveling with a young adult so this made it very difficult to shower and have any privacy. The pluming also doesn't work well so the shower floods and then goes to the room. The beds are very comfortable.
- Eddy (4/5): don t even try - the way i was welcomed is horrible.. room very noisy i didnt sleep at all, I asked for a taxi because I didn t want to negotiate the rate at 4am, and she told me to manage it myself !!! so never and ever for me !
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good economical Hotel - Value for money hotel. Clean rooms with hygienic bathroom. Very well located right opposite to the Kuta Beach. Close to many shopping attractions. Overall good for a peaceful night sleep.
