- Jay (10/5): - Location, we liked the breakfast option, beer and wine available, the layout of the room. The whole retro feel to it
- Trinity (10/5): -
- Kristen (7/5): Excellent stay, great value, great vibe - Breakfast, it was clean Room was small
- Sarah (9/5): Family friendly, good location, great staff - Wonderful staff that was interested in making sure we were settling in. Great location that is walkable to a Whole Foods, plenty of coffee shops, and easy freeway access.
The room was a decent size but had a lot of furniture. The window unit for hot or cold air was really loud and close to the bed and it was challenging to keep the temperature consistent.
- Isabella (10/5): - The facility and room was immaculate. Nice location with grocery stores, shops, and restaurants quick walks away if you didn’t have reliable transportation. The cutest place and would stay again! Nothing! Everything was clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
- Kelly (9/5): Wonderful Inn with Retro vibes - We loved the retro vibe, the location and the wonderful breakfast. It would be great if each room had a full length mirror and a nightlight in the bathroom.
- Nicole (9/5): Our stay was great! - The breakfast, wood paneled ceiling, comfortable beds
- Korban (10/5): -

- Vicki (8/5): Convenient. - Location downtown Eugene easy to hook into area. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Parking right out door. The Vintage feel was well done. breakfast looked very good---but meeting friends elsewhere. Had stayed there decades ago....the upgrading remodel was well done. Grounds, flowers were nice. wi-fi was good. Nice big shower, but no bathrub. No clock bedside.

- Joseph (9/5): - The location in downtown Eugene is killer, the rooms and general look of the motel are extremely charming, the price is very good The room was excessively cold in the morning
- Meg0114 (10/5): - Nice place, good location, friendly staff
- Claudia (10/5): Perfect. - Fabulous breakfast and spotless room.
- Dan (10/5): Excellent! - Great renovation on a classic old motel. Great family running ht place, too. It was ll good
- Kay (10/5): -
- Jennifer Chandler (10/5): - Everything this is a great place I will be staying there again. It was a great location even though it was downtown but quite didn't know that right outside was a busy street. The room was big and bed was comfy and warm. Two thumbs up. Not one thing
- Wendy (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): - Everything My partner loved the bed. It was a little hard for me.
- Andrew (8/5): Good motel just need to sharpen up little things - Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable Tv didn’t have a guide. No charging ports and you we heard every step of upstairs room when they woke up at 5:30
- Jennifer (8/5): -
- Dawn (10/5): Lovely place to stay. Will definitely book again when in Eugene Oregon - Wonderful breakfast was included.
Location was perfect for my needs. I tried to add a day before arrival, they had vacancies but were not willing to offer same daily rate I was paying for my four previously booked days. No problem. I stayed elsewhere.
- BJ (8/5): We look forward to staying here again when we come to visit family in the area. - I loved the decor--retro, Scandinavian meets PNW vibe, really cool light fixtures in the lobby which was beautiful, friendly staff, hearty breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean. Gorgeous flowers and plants all over. The beds were comfortable and I loved the furnishings. Coffee maker was simple to use and the mini fridge had plenty of room for our things. Walkable to lots of cool places. No soap by the sink to wash your hands in our room, and the soap in the shower was attached. Minor inconvenience, but weird in an otherwise well appointed room. Pillows were oddly lumpy but didn't bother me much. The lighting in our friend's room was too low for a visually impaired person--it would be good to note which rooms are more brightly lit. Also, the price for one night was quite high, IMO, but I realize it was the UO/OSU game that weekend, so rates were crazy high all over town. Perhaps it is more reasonable at other times.
- Devin (9/5): - Just what we were looking for. Price was right, and tastefully decorated. Cool motel vibe, but with upgrades.
- Esmeralda (9/5): -
- Danny (10/5): -
- Tami (10/5): Loved the recliner. Comfortable bed. - Clean room. Comfortable bed Small TV
- Cheryl (10/5): -
- Greg (10/5): - Loved the remodel. Kept the charm of the original design but added modern upgrades. Great location. Walkable. The fireplace was awesome.
- Samantha (8/5): -
- Christie (10/5): - Comfortable beds, good heating system, easy to view tv, nice microwave and fridge, nice hot complete breakfast. For being just 2 stars, it was much nicer than many 3 stars. Walls might be a little thin if fully packed and crazy. Vacuuming or floor cleaning nearby was loud, but early in the evening.
- nelson (9/5): - The front staff is the best- always accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not know how to turn on the heater and they were quick to reset it for us. We love the location and try to stay here while in town. We had to change rooms due to a minor issue. They were quick to solve the problem by giving us another room. We appreciate the staff's willingness to do this right away.

- John (8/5): very good and conveniant -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Absolutely recommend! - Very clean. Very good breakfast, even the eggs were real-- not instant. Constantly replenished by friendly staff. Super comfy beds. Good location for walking around downtown Eugene, also a 25 minute walk to Matthew Knight Arena, it was nice weather so we did that one way and Ubered back. all was good.
- MaryLou (9/5): - Located close to suit our needs. The grounds were carefully kept.
- Monica (9/5): Great staff and small comfortable rooms. - Quaint motel that was very clean and updated. Great complementary breakfast that was delicious. Walkable to restaurants.

- Nat (9/5): - Nice surprise, a hot breakfast was included. Mainly, staff was so friendly! It is a family-run, nicely renovated motel. Because of the convenient location downtown, you will hear some traffic noise at night.
- Geneverie (10/5): - Was great! 😊
- John (10/5): - Overall, an excellent experience: very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, super breakfasts, perfect downtown location.

- Theresa (10/5): - Such a great place and the owner what a great guy gave us all kinds of information on tourist stuff❤️
- Rebecca (10/5): - Breakfast was excellent. Employees were quite friendly. Only complaint was that there was no soap with which to wash your hands without stepping into the shower.
- Danielle (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and the property was quiet. We would stay there again.
- Mark (10/5): - Clean and convenient
- Sara (10/5): - Great little inn right in the heart of Eugene! Walkable to everything downtown!
- Michelle (10/5): - Kind staff and great breakfast
- Lori (8/5): - Nice inn. The remodel is beautiful. Our room was very clean and in great shape. The price was perfect! Buffet breakfast was awesome! The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was a little small, but it didn’t cost as much as most other places. We had a great stay.
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Marcia (10/5): - They serve beer and wine in the lobby. The room was clean. Breakfast is good. Front desk personnel are friendly. The shower is awesome, lots of water pressure, nice adjustable shower head. The bed is comfortable. It is a nice renovated older Motel, the kind where you can park right outside your door if you are on the main floor.
- Lorri (6/5): This property looked adorable online and I so wanted to love it considering my son is a student and lives at the Standar - The staff was amazing. I was traveling alone and wasn’t comfortable in a room in the back corner so asked to move upstairs and they accommodated immediately. Breakfast was good and all staff was very welcoming and friendly. There was a random smell on day one. Either it got better or I got used to it by day two. The pillows are tiny and only three on a queen bed. The toilet ran 24/7 and some sort of small bugs were flying around.
- Kate (10/5): Definitely would stay here again! - was there overnight. Noisette was great recommendation for pastries. Had fruit at breakfast, nothing else. Very quiet on a Monday night. Room clean, loved rainfall showerhead. Towels were soft, fridge & microwave were cute blue!
- Carolyn (10/5): - Super close to U of O
- Judith (10/5): - We travel to Eugene frequently and this is our favorite place to stay. Breakfast is also a bonus.
- Kanani (10/5): - Joseph from check in was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean, and breakfast was great.
Would definitely stay here again. Stayed at multiple locations near UofO and this place hands down was the best thus far. Mahalo to Joesph and the staff
- Jean (10/5): - The breakfast was quite good. We were told our bed would be a queen, but it sure felt like a double.
- AARON (10/5): - Great location reasonable prices. Staff is excellent highly recommend
- Samantha (10/5): - Freshly prepared breakfast!! The Polaris are sooo good! Would stay here again.
- Runqiu (10/5): - This is the most cozy and comfy room I have ever been, the stuffs are very friendly. It’s price is very good for this quality and this will me my first pick if I ever get to spend the night here again!
- Christine (8/5): - The location and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic. Free parking is a huge plus. The grounds are lovely. I love that care has been taken to bring an original motel to life. That being said, the building is still noisy and you can hear water pipes, etc. I thought the bed was really uncomfortable, but I understand that is subjective.
- Christopher (10/5): - Great
- Shanaz (6/5): Good hotel for the price - Friendly, accommodating staff. Thought we had a room with hardwood but there was carpet instead. Furnishings dated. No bedskirt so the boxspring was exposed - feel that a simple cover would lend to better aesthetics overall. Bathroom in the suite was lovely - well equipped. Good breakfast, good location. Free parking is a bonus.
- T. Joel (10/5): - Absolutely awesome place! Retro style rooms, perfect location for walking to restaurants. Staff was great. Didnt expect a hot breakfast during the weekdays but they rolled out a full spread! I don't know if ill ever be back to Eugene, but if I do come back this is where ill be staying!
- Constance (10/5): - Excellent breakfast. The property is well maintained; old school with a modern flair!
- madison (10/5): - We had an extended stay and it was so lovely having a clean, comforting room, easy access to dowtown and we could walk most places. The real highlight was the amazing family eho owns the inn and all the staff members. Inviting, friendly, and ready to help. And the morning breakfast was delicious!
- Ronald (8/5): eugene timber - Fairly quiet considering its basically set up like a motel with cars parked in front of rooms. We had a room with 2 queen beds. The frames of the beds wern't very good. They are sturdy but we both hit our toes on the metal parts. They need to change to a wood base frame. We had a couple smsll crickets in the bathroom. Rooms were clean though. The buffet breakfast was good and the front desk folks were very friendky. The restaurants nearby were easy to walk to. I would of liked a map of what was nearby, it woukdnif been helpful.
- Wesley (10/5): - Shahahah
- Beth (10/5): - So well done on the remodel. Everything very clean and staff very friendly.
- Thomas (10/5): - Great place to stay!
- Boo (8/5): -
- Kim (9/5): -
- Elenie (10/5): Again, a great stay. - Welcoming with a great location and a wonderful breakfast. Stayed before and will stay again.
- Ellen (10/5): Nice place to stay - Cute, retro, well-maintained place. Beautiful flowers planted outside. Friendly service. Room was very clean. Located within walking distance to many dining options and parks. Highly recommend.
- Erik (10/5): - Clean and quiet. Near downtown and helpful staff.
- Lyndsey (10/5): Great little find! - Cute find! Great location to shops, dining, and coffee shops! Quick check-in! Highly recommend!
- NINA (10/5): - Breakfast was great stuff was very nice
- William (10/5): - First time staying at Timbers, but would most definitely return in Eugene. Good location and maybe the best complimentary breakfast anywhere.
- Skye (10/5): - Perfect one night getaway for a music show. The room was sweetly redecorated and small but clean. Loved the special tile work in the bathroom area and the overall feel of the hotel theme. Great breakfast and friendly staff. We were able to walk to a dinner earlier in the evening and then only a few blocks away from the show venue, which was great when we got back late and didn't have to worry about parking or driving. Easy to get to off the highway and close to lots of stuff on our way out of town. Would stay again!
- David (8/5): - The room was sufficient for my needs. I just needed a place to stay for a quick overnight before heading back on the road. I didn't fully appreciate how close it was to downtown, so that's my fault. It was a tad noisy, but realistically, what I should have expected for a downtown motel. The individual that checked me in was friendly though didn't know the surrounding area for restaurants and bars. She did provide me with a list of establishments, but no contact information or location. It was 'good,' not 'great.'
- Marissa (10/5): Simple and lovely. - Darling place, nice rooms, great service.
- Andrea (8/5): - Very roomy. Wood ceiling. Nice staff.
