Для удобства можно было б добавить некоторую утварь на кухню, например доску, так как не начем было резать. Но это мелочь) В целом нам всё понравилось.

• Patrycja (10/5): - Doskonały apartament na parterze z możliwością wyjścia na patio. Mieszkanie posiadało wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, z dobrym wyposażeniem kuchni i wygodnym łóżkiem. Bardzo miły personel. Apartament bardzo blisko plaży, promenady, knajp i restauracji oraz przystanku autobusowego ale w bardzo cichym miejscu. Mieszkanie posiadało opcje sprzątania.

• Oksana (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, cerca del mar y de las tiendas. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para relajarse. Me gustó todo. Te levantas, preparas el desayuno y pasas el día en la playa. Unas vacaciones maravillosas.

• Ligyta (8/5): A central yet quiet lokation - The apartment’s location is simply wonderful—close to shops, a bus stop, the beach, and restaurants. We had a large, sunny terrace with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Although the place is very central, it is also very quiet and peaceful. The apartment has everything you need; however, we really missed having an oven.

• Rocio (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - La localización, muy buena ubicación y tranquila zona. Zona para aparcar fuera sin problemas. Tiene una terraza donde puedes comer o desayunar fuera. El agua de la ducha salia muy calentita, lo cual es de agradecer. El apartamento en si estaba limpio, y pasaron a limpiar a los dos días de llegar. Está bien para tener donde poder cocinar y así ahorrar y la localización. Buena relación calidad-precio. La cisterna hace mucho ruido, y tirar de la cadena por la noche puede ser un problema. Una manta extra por cama no vendría mal porque cuando no es verano y hace frío se pasa regular por la noche. Estaría bien que tuviera manual de instrucciones el aire para ponerlo. También estaría bien que tuviera dos mesitas y dos enchufes, no solamente en una de las camas

• Karin (8/5): Simple convenient place in quiet back street - Good location, close to public transport and the beaches. Quiet back street. The place is simple but has everything you would need. Open during “out of the season” time and quiet and convenient then. There is a cool local bar nearby :)

• Danny (7/5): Unterkunft mit guter Lage - Die Lage war sehr gut 👍🏼 Viele Parkmöglichkeiten 🚘 An der allgemeinen Ausstattung könnte man noch etwas arbeiten. Die Müslischüsseln sind viel zu klein, keine Seife zum Waschen, bessere Möglichkeiten sachen im Bad anzuhängen und die Entfernung zur WC Rolle ist nicht gut durchdacht.

• verena (5/5): es war ok, nicht top. Trotzdem DANKE für die Hilfsbereitsschaft und Gastfreundschaft :-) - An und Abreise total unkompliziert, DANKE! Die Betten waen klasse und die Nächte sehr angenehm ruhig, nochmal DANKE! Und es gab einen grossartigen sicheren und kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe! Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zweite Decken waren kein Problem. Wäsche und Bettwäsche waren sauber und wohlriechend. DANKE das WLAN eine einzige Katastrophe! das muss dringend geändert werden! die Küche war unsauber/schlecht geputzt. Zu wenig Kochutensilien - sogar ein Korkenzieher fehlte
• Franco_63 (9/5): E' una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dall'autostrada evitando il traffico di Palma - la egistrazinoe e le fasi di ingresso sono state semplici, l'host è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze rispettando comunque le procedure legali. La zona è tranquilla e il parcheggio si trova facilmente. La cucina è attrezzata per cucinare e pulire le stoviglie.

• Tomasz (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Lidl, Mercadona, przystanek autobusowy oraz bezpośrednie połączenie na lotnisko. Deptak i restauracje w odległości kilku minut od obiektu. Samodzielny check-in. Twarde i wygodne łóżko. Klimatyzacja. Najpotrzebniejsze kuchenne przyrządy: garnek, patelnia, szklanki, kubki, czajnik, toster, płyn do naczyń i gąbka. Studio jest już wysłużone i wymaga remontu. Brak piekarnika. Brak smart TV. W aneksie obok łóżka jest bojler na wodę który trochę hałasuje podczas nagrzewania wody. Trochę mało mydła w płynie i papieru toaletowego. Brak jakich kolwiek przypraw np. sól. Słaba wentylacja ale zapach ok.

Da ich einen leichten Schlaf habe, störte mich das blaue Licht am Boiler in der Nacht. Aber so ist das oft bei Studios. WLAN nicht ganz so stabil, wenn mehrere Gäste im Haus sind.

• Lionel (4/5): Dommage mauvaise expérience pour nous - L'emplacement, la literie et le passage régulier de la femme de ménage (tout les 2 jours) L'isolation de l'appartement (on vit avec les voisins). L'isolation de la porte d'entrée (jour important tout au tour de l'encadrement de porte). La caméra braquée sur la terrasse moins de 2 mètres de nous (on sait pas si ça filme ou pas). La kitchenette pas suffisamment équipée pour cuisiner convenablement (pas suffisamment de couverts pour manger à 2 personnes sur un repas). Un micro onde ne serait pas refut. Le bruit du chauffe-eau qui tourne toute la nuit (car la cuisine et le lit sont collé dans la pièce). Le placard de l'entrée ne se ferme pas correctement et s'ouvre seul. Les chaînes Tv sont en Allemand pas moyen de changer les options de chaînes. Le bruit de la canalisation de notre appartement et aussi celui des voisins est assez dérangeant surtout la nuit. Un parc à chien situé juste à côté de l'immeuble engendre une nuisance sonore importante car les chiens aboient toute la journée ainsi que la nuit. Bref le logement mériterait une rénovation plus approfondie (des petites choses qui font baisser le standing de l'appartement).

We knew what to expect of the appts because we'd been there before but it was very good to see they'd been updated since the last time. It would have been better if the fridge had been a fridge freezer, albeit the freezer would have been small. We like to freeze bottles of water to take to the beach.

• Miguel (6/5): Aceptable. Aunque demasiado caro para lo que es. Hay cosas sencillas que se podrían mejorar. - La localización se adaptaba bien a mis necesidades. Relativamente cerca de Palma en coche, con rápida salida a la autopista, y con fácil aparcamiento en la calle. En general, bastante aceptable, pero un poco caro teniendo en cuenta las cosas que serían claramente mejorables. Además que no es un apartamento "al uso", si no que es una habitación compartida con la cocina, más un aseo y un balcón. No tiene ascensor, aunque para mí no era un gran problema. Está bien que vengan a limpiar cada dos días, pero no limpian muy bien. La limpieza es muy superficial. Por mi parte, al tratarse de un apartamento, preferiría que vinieran pocos días pero que la limpieza fuese mejor. Además, hay algunos detalles fácilmente mejorables, como que en el apartamento hubiera cosas básicas como estropajo y papel de cocina. Es algo que no cuesta mucho, y es un engorro tener que comprar paquetes enteros de varias unidades en el supermercado, que no vas a tener que terminar usando. Es un detalle que tiene fácil y barata solución, y daría mejor imagen al apartamento.

There are plenty of free parking spaces if you have a car, and a nearby bus stop makes it easy to travel to Palma or the airport. The apartment is clean, and the size is suitable for a one-week stay for couples or solo travelers. The price is reasonable compared to other apartments in Palma. Nothing.
