Lori (5/5): Would not recommend - Clean room Did not come into our room to give fresh towels. Had to ask 3 times for towels and finally at 10 pm I took my used towels down to front desk and asked for fresh towels this was day 2 and had to stop at desk the rest of the 5 days there. The ice machine wasn’t working on the 3 rd floor so I went down to the 2nd floor no working ice machine and no working ice machine on 1st floor either. The pool was filthy

Danielle (8/5): - The hotel staff were awesome! They consistently went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. 1. The key card machine was down our entire stay. This was VERY inconvenient as the employees had to escort guests to their rooms any time you needed access to the room. As you can imagine, there are always more guests than staff. We did use the app keyless entry but it was very glitchy and didn't work reliably. 2. The Facilities definitely need mending/upgrading. Everything was clean, but some parts of the rooms needed cosmetic repair

Carriere (1/5): Not great, certainly won't be back. - Leaving. Waited 30 minutes for a breakfast burrito. I was the only customer at the Bistro for the entirety of this time. Also, the burrito was very "meh" for $13. Would've been better and faster just walking to the Sonic down the road. They also had someone else's card on file for my room. Then staff got irritated with me when I explained to them that it wasn't my card and they had someone else's. They still repeatedly attempted to charge the other person's card as it kept getting declined. Then called me in the afternoon (hours after I'd already checked out), trying to get my card number to charge me ---- the big kicker in all of this is that I booked and paid online through bookings.com ahead of time.

Antonio (1/5): - It was a perfect location The bad communication on the stuff part and the run around. Accept accommodations to be told the room was clean and we had to wait because they said that was the last room to end up in the room we originally booked. Order food from the kitchen was a selective menu because flat top was broken then grease wasn’t getting hot so we couldn’t get any food so we had to leave and go out and get food. No soap in the public bathroom it just was a bad experience.

Liked the design of the room where coffee pot and fridge are located. Really liked the nooks in the bathroom for keeping towels to use when you get out of tub/shower. Would have preferred free breaklfast, but not really a problem because there are tons of restaurants in the area.

They won’t clean a room, you get 1 towel a room, front desk is not helpful, fire pit doesn’t work. I attempted to ask for towels 4 times and kept getting a run around. The iron doesn’t work. Total mess trying to have multiple people in a room and get ready for a wedding. Never recommend staying at this place
Darrell (4/5): - Property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Noisy. A train passes at least twice in early morning hours with its crossing horn blaring. Utility vehicles with backup warning tones really disrupt sleep. The room had 2 queen beds that should sleep 4 people but there were only 2 bath towels. Bathtub with shower was very slick and hazardous for an elderly person. No clock in the room so couldn’t tell what time the train went through but it was after midnight. There were placards that said hang towels if you wanted to reuse them. No one came to check because I had left mine on the floor and it was still there when we returned to the room. I understand they do not change sheets every day but they didn’t even remake the bed. For the price I was really disappointed.

You couldn't control the temperature in the room. It was too warm and uncomfortable. Also, there was no microwave in the room.

Marna (3/5): The hotel shower looks like it has never been cleaned. It was rusting and nasty. There was no shower cap in the room. It - The African American lady at the front desk at Check out was very friendly and helpful. I loved the location and the rate. The guy at check in insisted on charging us $170 for a room that was fully paid for thru Bookings for $149. He said the bookings virtual card did not go thru. He charged us but supposedly canceled it and would not provide proof that it was canceled. He wrote a bogus note stating that we had to get refunded by Bookings. He claims this happens all the time. When we made him call a manager. He said we were clear with no further payment and he didn’t charge the card given that night.

There was another room on that floor but since we booked through Expedia we were not aloud to get it even as an upgrade.

Then we were told the kitchen was closed for deep cleaning.
