The pillow was too big for the pillow case revealing it being badly stained. I didn't use it! Sink emptied slowly. Broken tile on floor by shower should have been replaced not an attempt to repair it. Fridge wasn't cold. Laminate flooring through out was in poor condition.

Os móveis são antigos, o isolamento de som da rua não é bom, escutando muita moto e buzinas, no Booking.com dizia ter café da manhã incluído e no hotel foi informado que não tinha café da manhã na reserva, o piso estava muito desgastado e irregular.

• Elena (2/5): Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing, with unbearable noise making it impossible to sleep - There were a few positive aspects. The room was generally clean, and I appreciated the complimentary upgrade. The location is central and convenient for getting around the city. Room: The room itself was generally clean and acceptable. However, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable - very large and hard, making it impossible to sleep properly. Location: The biggest issue was the noise. Our room was facing the main road, and the noise level was unbearable. It felt like cars and especially motorcycles were driving directly through the room. I did not sleep at all during the entire night. This completely ruined my stay, and I had an important day the next morning. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us in advance that even-numbered rooms face the road. If I had known, I would never have accepted such a room. Unfortunately, I only realized how bad the noise was late at night, when changing rooms was no longer a realistic option. Breakfast: I did not try the breakfast, as I am currently fasting during Ramadan. Overall, the experience was very disappointing mainly due to the extreme noise and lack of transparency regarding room location.

• Rachel (9/5): Great location, great value - Great location in the city centre. 7 Eleven downstairs which was convenient & close to all the malls and train station. Simple, good value, and comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea, water in the room too. I have no complaints & would stay again! Carpets in hallway show some aging / stains, but not a big issue and I would still stay again for the convenience and location. Room was comfortable!
• Thillak (9/5): Very strategic location and worth for the money. - They provide parking with discounted price of RM5 per day. Just have to validate your card at the reception counter. All of their staff were very nice especially crew at the reception and housekeeping crew as well. Just a small comment. Suggest to clean bathroom wall tiles grouting at the shower area. Some already turn black.

• David (7/5): Very handy to shops mall and hotels - Located to the KLCC and Avenu - K shopping malls. It’s a shoppers paradise as far ca as location goes. There is even a Durian Centre with outdoor eating that the hotel offers, convenience shop and a Nasi Kandar restaurant attached. Very handy for the older tourists. Hotel needs a repaint job an the carpets on the 12 floor should be replaced with new ones. Unfortunate building works nearby so construction notices are inevitable

Hotellet er gammelt og slitt, var nok fint for 30 40 år siden, men veldig mørkt og utdatert mht det vi forventer i dag. Frokost på en restaurant på andre siden av gaten benyttet vi oss av 1 gang. Masse mennesker som støyet veldig, og mat som ikke falt i smak.
