• anja (3/5): Take care of your guests - Its clean The communication. I was charged extra (for two), although I was solo. It is more important to avoid creating a bad and unpleasant situation, out of own mistake, then to earn extra pocket money.

• Rehber Erbil (3/5): - Location was perfect, 5 mins to central zemun area, staff was helpfull. *It wasnt clean enough, there was a dirty sock in room. last day even we saw a cochroach at bathroom. *Heating system was only air conditioner, on pictures seems radiator installed but disabled a few years ago.

• Nikola (3/5): needs proper heating, updated furniture, and better window covers. - The apartment was big, spacious, and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It also had two bathrooms, both of which were clean and nicely designed. However, there was no proper heating in the apartment or the bathrooms. It was New Year’s Eve and very cold outside, and the entire apartment (around 30 square meters) was heated only by one air-conditioning unit, which was completely insufficient. The bathrooms were especially cold, making showering very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed that a nice hotel located in the city center did not have proper heating. This was a major drawback and significantly affected our stay. What I didn’t like about the apartment was the lack of proper heating. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but all of them were very cold. Showering was almost impossible because of the low temperature, especially since we stayed there during New Year’s Eve, when it was very cold outside. We were hoping to enjoy a romantic stay, but without heating in the rooms, it was impossible to feel comfortable. Instead, the cold made the experience unpleasant and disappointing.

• Dragica (10/5): Izuzetan, za preporuku - Izuzetna lokacija, u krugu od par stotina metara se nalaze pozorište, šetalište pored Dunava, pijaca, prodavnice, restorani. Odlična povezanost sa centrom Beograda. Uprkos tome, hotel je "ušuškan" u mir i tišinu. Stilskog enterijera "sa dušom", čist, uredan, osoblje ljubazno i na usluzi 24h. Hotel za svaku preporuku! Bez primedbi.

• Viktorija (4/5): Disappointing - The Hotel is in general ok and has a good location. It's clean and cozy. My bad review is initiated by the parking. In the description it is stated that the hotel offers parking. The parking is actually 5 min away from the hotel and is part of church yard which the hotel guests are allowed to use. If you have a lot of luggage, you need to carry everything on foot from the parking to the hotel, however your problems don't end here. This is what happened to me: I was staying at Hotel Skala for one night on Saturday and planed to leave early in the morning on Sunday as a had a log drive ahead. When I tried to take my car it was practically impossible. On Sunday morning there is a liturgy in the church where many people come and park everywhere in the church yard (have in mind that this is not organized parking with marked places). Because of this the full area is blocked (I couldn't even open my car trunk door). The answer from the receptionist was: wait for a couple of hours until it's finished, it's not a big deal. This shows great unprofessionalism. At the end I had to wait until 10:30 for the ceremony to finish in order to be able to use my car. It would have been fine if they told me about this, I would move my car before the ceremony starts, but they simply didn't bother.

• Fdulyush (7/5): Good - Hotel, room, personal are good but... I stayed for one night before flight and was going to just a sleep. The church nearby is a problem. It making "ding" every 15 mitutes, "ding-dong" every hour... and "diling-dili-dili-dong-dong-dong" from 6 to 7 at the morning.
• Jelena (10/5): Very cozy small place - Everytime when I stay at this hotel, all staff is very polite and helpful. I like to come back to this hotel because of the staff. It’s very clean place and location is nice. Great price for the value. Breakfast is included in price. I would recommend this hotel always. If you have bigger luggage, it can be tricky since this is older hotel and no elevators are available.

It was easy to take the bus to the city center from the hotel and it did not cost much. There are many stores near the hotel, if you walk a bit south there is a Lidl store. Very outdated rooms, and my room was a smoking room. Thought when I booked that the whole hotel was non smoking. So smelled like old cigarettes in the room. And it was not very clean.

• Miro (10/5): Nice, pleasant hotel - This is one nice property located near center of Zemun. The staff was sooo kind. Enterier in hotel is a little bit outdated, but that gives it special charm :) Brakfast is available in caffe near by, where we also had so pleasant time. There was live music in the evening, so we could enjoy it in our room, since we could hear it. But it did not bother us. Availability of private parking, located in near by churche yard, is hugh adventage! Everything was great :)

The property is at a walkable distance to zemun tower. Bus connectivity was also good in terms of traveling to others parts of Belgrade The double bed room I booked was not the same as in the picture. The room was smaller than expected. There was a spider’s web also at a top corner of the bathroom. Considering the amount charged for the room, there were far better value options available in Belgrade for the same price with better facilities

Personal je bio divan, ljubazan i profesionalan, higijena hotela je bila na zavidnom nivou a sobe ciste, uredne i prostrane i imaju sve sto je potrebno za borabak.Definitivno cemo ponoviti posetu. Odlican odnos cene i kvalileta usluge!

Actually I've tried two rooms in two days and both are great. There was everything I needed in the room (except slippers), clean and well. Please add slippers.

• Elizaveta (8/5): Vere nice hotel except the church noise - when you pass by this building you will never know that there's a very nice designed hotel inside it was clean and spacious, i got the bedroom and the living room together. The church is ringing its bells from 7.30 am every morning and the restaurant across the road is having live music and singing till late as well. so i would say it was disturbing
