Sehr gute Lage, um nach Mont-Saint-Michel sowie die angernzende Bertagne zu kommen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

L’hôtel est très joli et bien situé dans le centre de Pontorson ( restaurant et supérette à proximité) avec la gare juste à côté idéal si vous visitez le mont saint Michel. Le réceptionniste de l’accueil est très accueillant.

Une cour terrasse à l'extérieur appréciée, surtout par beau temps. Le personnel sympathique. Une mention particulière pour la jeune fille du samedi soir. La salle du petit déjeuner spacieuse et les produits de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Pas d'ascenseur pour les étages, mais cela ne me concernait pas.

- Valerie (8/5): une nuit charger d'histoire et un acceuille fabuleux a notre petit chien - très belle bâtisse charger d'histoire d héritage et patrimoine de très grande chambre spacieuse la salle des petit déjeuner et superbe donnant sur une petit jardin le personnel et très accueillant et professionnel il répond a vos attente avec sourir notre petit Alfred (teckel ) a était très bien accueilli et c'est très appréciable oh a un peu de mal a avoir de l'eau chaude il faut attendre un peu et il y une reparaton a faire dans la douche sur le multi jet qui ne marche pas et sur la baignoire pareille sur la poignet de commande et une cale sou le lit pour compenser la pente de ce merveille plancher façonner par le temps mais ça n’empêche pas de passer un très bon séjour

- TheDuffy (9/5): Great Historical Place! - Loved the location, both hotel (16th century and brimming with character) and town (quiet at night, easy access to Mont St. Michel, and also brimming with old charm), and the staff was quite attentive and answered my many questions in English, whether about the hotel, town, or Mont St Michel. My friend felt claustrophobic in the smallest elevator either of us has ever been in, but I was fine (I'm not a large person), and the elevator wasn't really necessary as we were on the first floor. The only other complication was the result of my own ignorance. I thought I was booking two separate twin beds, but in France, the beds are put together and made as if one large bed.

Ça nous a fait vraiment très plaisir, ça a ajouté un plus à notre séjour. D’autant plus que j’ai oublié mes boucles d’oreilles et il me les a mises de côté et j’ai pu les récupérer plus tard dans la journée sans aucune difficulté. Merci mille fois. - Julie (10/5): Excellent hotel to use in Pontorson for a visit to Mont Saint Michel. - Location is an easy walk from the train station. Heritage building. Breakfast is excellent with a very good variety of food. We were impressed with the tongs on each table, so everyone used their own to get the food. Also individual small pots of jams, fruit etc Lounges to relax in. Restaurants and small supermarkets in the street. Very helpful front desk staff. Bus leaves from the train station area to Mont Saint Michel, a few times a day.

- martinhH5865RD (10/5): Quirky, cosy and atmospheric hotel, with very friendly staff. - This delightful, quirky, atmospheric hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Le Mont Saint Michel in Northern France. The bedrooms were large and well furnished, the beds were very comfortable and the cold buffet breakfast had a good range of foods and there were some plus some hot pork items and eggs as well. The building itself is quite historic and as the name suggests is linked to the Montgomery family.

The reception desk, the stairway, and the sitting room with a bar give you the feeling you are stepping back a few hundred years in time. The same with the breakfast room, where we were seated at a reserved table having made arrangements the night before. The breakfast buffet was like the picture on the hotel website and there were egg options also. The staff was very personable and helpful. In our room The bathroom was small, but everything was modern, clean and worked well. We parked for free in a city parking lot 1 block away as the staff mentioned. Like many European hotels, there was no air conditioning. We had a tasty dinner at the creperie across the street, tho we had the mussels and lasagna. We found a convenient gas station a couple blocks away which was a treat given the hassle of finding gas stations in other cities. nothing

- Igor (1/5): Terrible hotel - Nothing Hello everyone! When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the rooms were filled with an incredibly stuffy smell, and it was completely impossible to air them out. On the morning of the second day, I discovered numerous bedbug bites — they had truly feasted on me! When I was leaving the hotel, I showed the massive bite marks at the reception. The clerk called the manager, who, instead of apologizing, began by saying that it was strange that I had not reported the bites earlier, but only upon check-out! I asked him to treat guests with proper respect instead of doubting their honesty. We left the hotel and saw the manager running after us. We thought he wanted to apologize, but it turned out he only wanted to advise me to go to a pharmacy and buy a cream for bedbug bites! I could never have imagined that in civilized 21st-century France such negligence could occur! This hotel should be closed and thoroughly disinfected to eliminate the insect infestation. P.S. The hotel manager promised that, as compensation, I would be refunded for the two nights I had spent at the hotel. I hope he keeps his word. Arina Alexandrov
