Ich war im Zimmer 403 direkt auf der Seite wo sich der Club "GREEN MANGO" befindet 😟 Das ganze Bett hat gezittert. Nach 2 Nächten konnte ich das Zimmer auf die andere Seite wechseln. Es etwas ruhiger dann habe ich das Hotel gewechselt 🤬 Bitte möglichst schnell eine Rückerstattung von meiner Buchung . Booking ist informiert 😉☝🏼

- Ethan (7/5): Not as bad as people say - The Staff are actually really nice at this place, the location is also really good. Look its loud at times but you can buy earbuds and sleep no problem. The walls don't vibrate as other reviews say but you are in the middle of a party street so if thats what you want absolutely perfect location. My Electricity went which ment the hot water went, however, once i advised the staff they fixed it straight away. There is no common area other than a few chairs in the lobby which is not what is advertised, so I didn't do any socialising. If you are looking for a place to meet people this probably would not be the best place.

- Ido (10/5): מקום ממש מקסים, אחלה למי שמטייל בזול ותמורה גדולה למחיר והבעלים מקסים! - מקום ממש כיפי, ממוקם באמצע הצ׳אוונג אנחנו ישנו בחדר טווין פרטי ולגמרי היה שווה את המחיר כן יש קצת רעש מבחוץ וזה מינוס למי שרגיש לרעשים אבל הייתי עם אטמים וישנתי מצוין בלילה השני קצת התגרדתי מהמצעים וכשאמרתי לקבלה ישר הם טיפלו בזה ודאגו לנו בנוסף יש בכל יום שירות ניקיון חדרים שמחליפים מצעים, מנקים הכל, שמים מגבות חדשות הבעלים מקסים ממש ! וממש זוכר כל אחד ואחד ממי שישנים במקום שלו, ודואג לפתור בעיות אישיות שלהם (למשל ציפית לכרית שלנו מהבית שבטעות נלקחה בניקיון חדר- חיפש אותה בכל הציפיות שלהם בכביסות ומצא אותה והחזיר אותה נקייה). זה המקום הראשון שנחתנו בו ושישנו בו בתאילנד והייתה לנו חוויה ממש ממש טובה! הדבר היחיד שהיה מינוס מבחינתי זה המים במקלחת, המים היו חמימים (זה אחלה כי בתאילנד היה מאוד חם) אבל מה שכן אין שיפוע ברצפה אז המים לא תמיד יורדים לביוב וצריך לגרוף אותם, אבל זה באמת בקטנה כי בניקוי החדרים בכל יום גם דואגים לגרוף אותם לביןב

Mini fridge in the room that needs to be plugged in so get two keys or a separate one to keep it on and working while you’re out if you need it. Fantastic location to the beach. Ark bar, so many restaurants and bars and smoke shops and the green papaya club if you want late night fun

- Lori (4/5): Unpleasant Stay – Rude Staff & Poor Facilities - Location I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The room was not like the picture, outdated, and smelled of mold, with housekeeping completely ignoring our requests—even though we followed instructions and left the “Make Up the Room” sign until 16:00. But the real issue was the front desk receptionist, Sam. When we simply asked about the cancellation policy, he immediately raised his voice, became aggressive, and even stood up from behind the counter to confront us. He made rude hand gestures and openly insulted our nationality, making derogatory remarks in front of other guests. We weren’t just disrespected—we felt deeply uncomfortable and even unsafe. Other guests noticed and shared our discomfort. No one should ever be treated like this in a place they’ve paid to stay. If you value feeling welcome and respected, I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Although there is no pool or bar you can use any of the complexes on the beach which are 2mins walk away. I used the elephant, all you had to spend was 400 baht per day to use a Sunbed and their pool and the food and drink was top class. Will definitely be staying again in future. Maybe a little loud at night for some people as its close to the busy nightlife but for me it didn't matter. If it did bother you you could close the window (the air con is good) and not hear it too much but I like to have the window open so just used ear plugs.

We could not sleep for 3 nights - The friendly staff On the room next to us there were some French drunk and aggressive people that make our stay a living nightmare. They were screaming all night (every night till around 5-6 am), bringing prostitutes to the room and abusing them. We complained about this and the receptionist promised us these people were kicked out, but the worst one was not removed from the hotel. Staff is very friendly and nice but this kind of things should not be tolerated in a hotel . We requested a change of room, but they could not offer us another room. The bed was very hard and the room had insects in them. No ventilation in the room that make it quite warm and smelly. We could open the window but that would bring in a lot of mosquitos.

It was super clean and we were thankfully able to check in early. Everything we needed! Just that it did not have a pool available However this wasn’t a problem and we knew that before we booked. There are plenty of beach clubs within a few minutes walk and the beach!

The room look like an hourly room rental. You know.. when you just need 1h. No natural lights. 1 window showing the backstreet of the hallway. The room is empty. 1 grey neutral colour. You can only fit 1 double bed in the room.
