Resepsjonisten fikk meg til å begynne å gråte ved å skrike til meg og kalle meg slitsom fordi jeg ville se et rom før jeg booket. Og ble enda sintere når jeg gråt og sa jeg ikke er klar over hvilke problemer hong kong har om dagen og at jeg er egoistisk for at jeg begynner gråte for slike saker. Sa jeg gråt fordi hab skrek til meg og jeg var sliten men han bare kjefta tilbake. Reist Masse i 15 år og aldri blitt behandlet slik uansett sted jeg har vært på. Pluss det var masse asiatiske hår i sengen. Så jeg sjekket ut etter 1 time. Makan!!

Verified traveler (2/5): Not a hostel! Separate smelly flats - MONEY STOLEN FROM PRIVATE ROOM! The room smelt of sewage, I think from an open pipe hidden under a counter. I booked a private room for privacy and security yet “housekeeping” walked in on me, nothing was cleaned at any point nor is it offered so I’m unsure what they were doing. Later in my stay I also had money go missing from a bag kept in the room This is not a hostel, the rooms are separated around a shared building, the common area is also almost non existent

Julien (10/5): Excellent séjour - Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cette ville. Les dortoires sont propres et confortables. Ils sont juste un peu bruyants, les fenêtres étant très légères. L'emplacement est parfait. Le bus de l'aéroport nous dépose quasiment au pied de l'immeuble. Le métro est à côté. Plein de possibilité de restaurants ou shopping.

Verified traveler (10/5): Great companies, watch out for noises - External noise would be the biggest downside if staying at the rooms by the front desk. Noise such as rude drivers keeping their hand down on the horn for minutes for the most minuscule thing on the road. Other than that, there's always a good group of folks staying at this place that's down to explore or hang out together.

Cassie (6/5): - The rooms are really small, so be prepared for that. Not much space to spread your stuff. If you have a lot of suitcases it will be really hard for you. I think it would be good for backpackers that travel light. I liked that the bathrooms and shower was decent in the rooms that I stayed in. I stayed in an all female dorm which was in a separate area down the hall from the office and the other rooms. The bathrooms and showers were not that great by the office. I didn't like how it had a rundown look. For the price it was good because I mainly used it just to sleep, but if you are looking for a good place to relax and rest then maybe this is not the right place. The lounge is also small so not many people can be there. They do events like eating out so it is a great way to meet people. This hostel is really hit or miss so it is up to you to decide on what experience you want to have. Personally for me I like to have more space and have a place that I can relax in so this hostel did not fit but I did like the price.

Carissa (10/5): Great Hostel - Lovely stay. Great helpful staff that’s easy to talk to and laugh with. This place was really clean. Has a common area and smoking balcony. No complaints. I’d stay here again next time.

Mori (8/5): 適合背包客的旅館 - 飯店由尖沙嘴A1出口右轉，2分鐘可達。位置極佳。在海防大廈的5樓，1樓有警位，安全度不用擔心。飯店內有提供礦泉水可裝，有提供吹風機，沒有拖鞋和毛巾需自備。沐浴用品也建議自備。入住不用押金。房間內空間不大，適合背包客或是短期入住。

The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions of how to get around, places to try, recommendations, and etc. It is in a god location to get around quickly and easily around Hong Kong. I would definitely recommend Urban Pack as a first time hostel or even people used to staying at hostels.

Verified traveler (8/5): A little small but good for short stay - The staff are really friendly and helpful. They were on top of cleaning the bathrooms. The bed was comfy enough but the room was so small it was really warm and stuffy at night. I struggled to sleep and the air con didn't do much. I like the private blinds and socket/light for each bed. The locker was small and space was limited for luggage. On check out luggage is left in the tiny communal area and charged 50HKD. There was free tea and coffee, computer and hairdryer to use which was handy. The Wi-Fi was also pretty good.

It can feel a little humid inside the room, but put the air conditioner to dry mode and it is completely fine. Recommended to bring your own slippers or flip flops.

Verified traveler (6/5): Left STRANDED in the middle of night - I was checked in early on Nov 1st but the receptionist did not give me keys or show me my room/Bed. Later on when I returned after my exploration at night, surprisingly the receptionist was not there nor any other representative. and I was STRANDED with no where to go. I had a place to sleep courtesy a stranger. Hotels.com should refund my money for the service I was not provided.
Verified traveler (4/5): Avoid like the plague - I have no idea why this place has such high reviews. It's the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. Rooms were dirty, bed had hair all over it (I'm confident the sheets weren't changed as I was checked in early despite saying I could go away for a while and come back later to ensure everything was done), it was freezing at night due to the AC having to be kept on, they cram far too many people into one room, if you're on the bottom bunk you feel like you're paying on the floor, bathroom sink was always dirty (the female dorm isn't shown in any of their online pix but it certainly does not look like what's advertised), staff were unhelpful and 2 girls ended up fighting over a bed because they weren't shown exactly which bed belonged to whom, just given keys and directed to the dorm. Location was good though. I've stayed in other hostels in the building that were miles better, do yourself a favour and go to one of those!

Verified traveler (8/5): Great little spot for a few days in HK - Was here for a few days at the end of October. Great location, some of the friendliest staff you'll ever meet, clean and has 2 pretty cool common rooms based on the 14th and 15th floors with a Mac computer and large smart TVs. Also found the free snacks (Oreos and crackers) on my last night! I was happy with my stay and only have a couple of 'could be betters': The lockers need to be bigger as they're unimaginably small, the mini common room on the 14th is right next to the dorms and was a bit noisy some nights as guests (and staff) didn't adhere to the midnight rule, and I really wished the hostel had arranged something for Halloween night. Seemed a great opportunity to get the travellers out to see HK on a holiday with being THE pub crawl.
MINCHENG (8/5): Greatest Location w/smallest room, but fair price - The hostel is right across the A1 exit of Tsim Sha Tsui Station. It definitely has the best location. I booked a single room with shared bathroom. Room was just big enough to fit in one XXS size of single bed, and was too small to fit my 29” suitcase. The LCD screen was linked with exposed cables and wires, and was the only entertainment in the room. Unfortunately, the remote control was not functioning. Guestroom, shower room, toilet and public area was clean. Another inconvenience was, if you want to go to 15th floor from lower floors, you will have to take one of the elevators to ground floor first. The elevator doesn’t travel from some of the lower floors to higher floors.
katy (4/5): - エレベーターで5階に上がり、右側一番奥がロビーです。チェックインはスムーズに行えました。部屋を案内され、二台ならんだ三段ベッドの奥側一番上だと伝えられました。もうその時点で安眠は諦めてギリギリまで外にいることを覚悟しました。お風呂とトイレは一緒になっているタイプです。すっごい汚いというわけではないですが、できるなら避けたい感じ。部屋の中にシャワールームがあるので、夜中に浴びると迷惑になるのは間違いないでしょう。シャンプーやらは置いてある箇所もありますが、他の誰かの私物なのかもしれません。(使ってません) 夜中に部屋に帰ってきて、もちろん部屋は真っ暗。みなさん寝ています。なるべく音を立てないように梯子を登るのですが、予想以上に登りにくい。一番上のベッドにしがみつきながら何とかベッドに乗る感じでした。ちなみにわたしはバックパック１つでしたが、キャリーバッグをベッドの上で広げようなんて思わない方がいいです。持ち上げて登るのが無理、ベッドが狭すぎて広げるのが無理の二本立てです。キャリーバッグは部屋の隅っこにみんな置いていたようです。ロッカーもありますが、それこそバックパックくらいしか入りません。何とかベッドに辿り着いてまた一難。天井が近すぎるのです。座った状態で体を起こしたら確実にヒットします。持って上がったかばんから物を取り出すのもほふく前進の状態です。そして気付きました。他のベッドにはライトとコンセントとカーテンがあるのに一番上だけ何もないことを…。もはや何をするのも諦めて、そのまま布団に潜りました。しかしさらに問題が。クーラーが真横にあり、風が出ていると寒い。なんかこの状況、口コミで見たことあるなと思いつつ、近すぎる天井を見つめながら就寝……のはずが、いつもわりとどこでも寝られるのにほとんど寝られませんでした。ちなみに寝返りを打つとうるさい&揺れます。寝られないまま早朝にチェックアウト。鍵をフロントに置くだけです。外に出て、体が自由に動かせる幸せを感じました。つらつら書きましたが、三段ベッドの一番上じゃなければそこそこ快適だと思います。安いし、中心地から近いので寝るだけならばおすすめします。ただし快眠できるかどうかはあなた次第。

Staff are very friendly and accommodating like you can just go ask them something and they are always happy to help, the place is always clean (which is very important), you have everything you need. Free water, coffee, tea, wifi, etc. Worry free f you stay here especially for someone like me who's travelling solo. MTR and bus stations are just outside the building. Near everything, shops, restaurants, etc. Totally recommend this hostel.

(차액환불안해줌) 카운터에서 일하시는 분들은 영어 굉장히 잘하시고 중국어도 하십니다. 피곤하기도 하고 영어를 엄청 잘하지도 못해 그냥 왔지만, 새벽비행기이신분들은 누락되시지 않게 체크인시간 더블체크 잘 하고 가셔야 할 듯해요. 새벽에 카운터가 없어요!!! I booked this hostel but they didn't check... : ( Dawn flight tourist must be double check!

mayu (8/5): アクセスか良い - 私はWi-Fiを持ってませんが、無事に辿りつけました。マンション名がわかればすぐわかります。このホステルはホットシャワーがありとても快適。お部屋も清潔感あります。ただ、スタッフ同士の連結が微妙なのかなと思う場面もあります。日本語話せる人もいました。とても優しいスタッフが多かったです。次回もぜひ泊まりたいと考えます。
minakoara (8/5): 駅からすぐの便利な立地 - 駅からすぐの繁華街の中にあり、裏通りの店は24時間のところもある。シャワーを浴びて寝るだけなら十分の価格。受付の女性がフレンドリーで周辺を教えてくれた。三段ベッドの一番上を充てがわれたが、天井まで50センチほどしかない上に、柱が途中にありかなり狭かった。エアコンが直撃で寒かったのも残念だった。ベッドの位置は運次第だと思うのでまた来ると思う。
Verified traveler (8/5): 사진그대로 - 사진그대로 보여지며 4인실 단층으로보았는데 2층침대사용했고 오르기가 매우어렵습니다. 정강이조심하세요 엄청깨끗한느낌은 아니지만 그런대로 깨끗하며 약간의 눅눅함이 있습니다. 창문없는곳은 쉰내가나며 에어콘을 지속돌려놔서 밤에춥습니다. 개인락커가 유용하고 14층에 묵어서 로비가가까워 편했습니다.

Hakan (10/5): Bestes Hostel in Hongkong, Staff ist einmalig - Eine meiner besten Hostelerfahrungen jemals, soooo unglaublich netten Staff und Gäste dort kennen und schätzengelernt. Lage ist einmalig gut direkt neben Ausgang A1 der MTR Tsim Sha Tsui, toller Blick auf die Moschee und den Kowoloonpark, grandiose Essensmöglichkeiten in kurzen Entfernungen zu erreichen und das Personal gibt auch immer wertvolle Tipps. Sauberkeit ist super und in den Communal Areas auf den verschiedenen Stockwerken ist es überall gemütlich. Wifi war immer sehr gut und ohne Ausfälle. Nico der Volunteer gibt sich immer sehr sehr viel Mühe allen Gästen das tolle Nachtleben Hongkongs näherzubringen. Wer sein Visum für China hier beantragen möchte findet auch hier Hilfestellung. Locationg was the best. Can go anywhere thru the Tsim Sha Tsui station which is 30 seconds away. However, I got moved to another floor on the last day without informing in advance.. I was unhappy about it :(

yolo (6/5): 위치는최고지만.... - 위치는 정말 두말없이 좋지만 8인객실에서 숙박을 했는대 제가 생각하고 갔던 8인객실은 룸안에 있는 8인객실을 생각했는대 게스트하우스 문을 딱 열고들어가면 거실? 에 4개의 2층침대가 바로있고 두개의 방이 잠금시설로 해서 있었는대 그 방이 6인실 방이었던 것 같은대 거실에 8인실 침대가있어서... 침대마다 커튼은 존재하지만 6인실 손님 외에도 왔다갔다 씻는 소리 저처럼 잠귀 밝은 사람에게는 좀 불편한 환경인것같고 욕실이 상상이상으로 좁아요... 동그란 타원안에서 샤워한다고 보면되고, 수건 없어요, 슬리퍼없어요, 샴푸도없어요! 가시는 분들 꼭 저 3개 챙겨가세여 위치는 정말 좋고 직원도 친절합니다, 체크아웃날 짐 맡길려면 50홍콩달러를 내야한다는거... 그래도 위치는 정말 최고니 잘생각해서 숙박하시고 즐거운 여행되세요~

yokimom (8/5): - 체크인할 때 지도 챙겨주시면서 관광하기 좋은 곳 설명해 주셔서 좋았구요, 객실이 좁았는데 다행히도 다른 사람들이랑 별로 마주치지 않아서 편하게 썼어요. 저는 문쪽이라 괜찮았는데 같은 방에서 창가쪽 침대를 쓴 사람은 좀 추웠대요. 12월 말이었구요. 저는 이불이 두꺼워서 자다보면 새벽에 땀났어요. 침구는 하얗고 깨끗하고 냄새도 안 났어요. 그리고 도미토리룸 3개에 샤워실이 2개 뿐이라 좀 기다려야 하는 건 불편했고요, 드라이기는 바람이 너~~~~무 약해서 머리 안 마릅니다. 이틀 묵었는데 계속 제 드라이기 썼어요. 저는 하루종일 돌아다니고 숙소에선 정말 잠만 잤기 때문에 저렴해서 만족했어요.
Jonas (6/5): Great location, great price, with one downside. - I have stayed at Urban Pack 3 times, so evidently it has its perks. However, this time I was placed in the worst of rooms. 8 bed mixed dormitory, which is pretty much the hallway to two other rooms plus the toilets and showers for all three rooms. It gets incredibly noisy when more than 10 people (your 7 roomies excluded) are walking past your bed just to get in/out or go to the restroom.

kaco (8/5): どこへ行くにもアクセスGood ! - 香港なので大きいな部屋は望めない。全て、コンパクト。空港からのアクセスはバス21A番に乗り十三番目のバス停で降りると尖沙咀駅の横にあるマンションの5階。とにかく清潔であることが嬉しい！
Verified traveler (4/5): - This hostel was my first dormitory experience ever. However, later on I figured out that other hostels are far better than this hostel. You need to pay for the towel as well as the deposit (probably a big chunk of your cash). Restroom was not clean at all and the shower area, it was clogged so water flooded. The size of locker was ok. Since it is inside of a tall Mansion, you have to wait for getting in the elevator especially busy time like 6-11pm. The elevator is very tiny. However, since it is in TST, you can visit many places on foot. Moreover, the metro station is in walking distance.
アラン (6/5): 気楽に泊まれるホテル - 今回クリスマスという事もあって一般のホテルが高くて止まれませんでした。8人部屋の三段ベッドの中間でしたが、思ったほど悪くはなかったです。ただもう若くないのでやはり次回からは出来るだけ一般のホテルに泊まりたいと思います。立地はとてもいいです。また同室の方とも仲良くなれて良かったです。30年前だったらこの環境は自分にとって良かったと思います。
Joshua (8/5): 12/10 for location - I stayed in 8-bed mixed dorm, and was allocated the pink room on 15F (Urban Pack has units on various floors Room - Bunk beds with standard single-sized mattresses. Privacy curtains block out most light (useful when other guests leave the lights on at night). Did not notice hooks / bars on the lower bunks to hang clothes. After 2 nights I had bed bug bites on my arm and leg Shower - Very clean, small (but this is typical in HK) and shower foam provided. Bring your own towels or rent one from the counter at 15HKD. Location is fantastic, just beside exit A1 of Tsim Sha Tsui subway station. Lots of eating choices around (the excellent Chee Kei is just next door). Feel free to wander nearby and join the local crowds at the numerous eateries (some are not on the typical tourist radar). Enjoyed my stay, thank you!
JIWON (8/5): 2인실하지마요 - 2인실? 2층침대 이용했는데 너무 좁았고 추웠어요 휴지도 없고 수건도 대여해야해요 하지만 정말 싼편이고 바로 지하철역출구 쪽이고 안전?한 곳이에요 욕실이 너무 좁아서 샤워 머리감기 불가능해서 공용 이용해야했어요 이럴거면 왜 2인실한거냐고 욕먹음
かん (6/5): 立地はいい - 治安も良く、立地はいいです。食べるところに不便はありませんでした。日本語が話せるスタッフもいました。二泊中一日目は三段ベッドの一番上をあてがわれて、上りにくいしすぐ天上なので狭くて圧迫感がありました。次の日、ベッド変更してもらえましたが、あてがわれるベッドによって当たり外れがあると思います。
MAO (8/5): 場所が最高だから、他のことは許せる、許そう、許さなきゃね。 - ３泊、女性ドミ使用。シャワーは水しか出なくなることがある。皆が使うとお湯がなくなるようです。早い時間に使えばお湯が出るので、いったんシャワーを浴びるために戻っていました。私は女性専用ドミですが、キッチン、シャワー、トイレのあるリビングにベッドが並べてあるミックス部屋を通過しないと部屋に入れない間取り。キッチンやシャワー、トイレはミックス部屋の人と共同、つまり男性と共同です。日曜夜は女性ドミが私一人になってしまい、ミックスドミは男だらけ。部屋から出たら、男性もびっくりしたようで「女がいる」と英語で聞こえました。シャワールームの鍵はちゃっちいので、シャワーなど怖くて使えなかった。早く部屋に戻って誰もいないのを確認してシャワーを浴び、朝は早起きして男たちが寝ている中をひっそり出ました。シャワールームに男性のパンツがひっかけてあったり、リビングにタオル一枚を腰に巻いただけの男性がいたりします。リビングのあるミックス部屋は廊下から鍵のあるドアを開けた場所にあり、そこを通過して、さらに別の鍵がある女性部屋に入る造りなので、リビングは他の人の目が届かない密室です。くれぐれも女性は気をつけてください。

Hippo (4/5): 恐ろしい経験 Terrible experience - 二段ベットのほとんどが窓に密着し、一晩中寒い。充電器がひとつもないベットになると大変。夜になるとシャワーが水。私のベットはエアコン吹き出し口。他のゲストは通路の一晩中人が通る場所で、ショックをうけていた。ゲストのアメニティにはまるで関心がないホステル。駅至近。料金は安くない。All two steps of Bet adhere to a window so freezeed overnight. No battery charger was serious. The shower became cold water at night. My Bet is an air-conditioner outlet. Other guests were shocked at the place that their beds were on the passage. I felt that this hostel totally unconcerned about the amenity of the guest. The station near. The charge was'nt reasonable.
Faye (10/5): Faye crazy few days in HK - My stay at urban pack was a bit of a crazy one however, i had a great time. The staff were all so nice, one of them was the sassiest funniest guy i met in hk and he was from the uk so thats always a plus, he even took me and a girl i met there to a bar when we though we'd missed the group. which was so nice of him! the bed was okay a little high but I'm quite short so bunk beds are never usually my thing anyway. the only thing that i wasn't crazy about was that my bed was under the air conditioning unit and as a result of people turning it on and off in the night i got really ill and had to spend one of my days basically in bed. the people i met at urban pack were all great and the hostel does its own trips and events such as bar crawls, nights at the horse races and walking tours so you meet loads of new people who are pretty much all staying in the same place. if i ever came back to HK id definitely stay there again if i don't die of old age by the time the lift get to the ground floor lol
Verified traveler (2/5): 나의 솔직한 후기 - 일단 침차추이 한 가운데 있기 때문에 굉장히 편리함 바로 옆에 역도 있고 하버시티랑도 가깝고 위치는 좋음. 하지만 그 것 뿐임............이층침대도 아닌 삼층침대에 방도 진짜 좁다. 2층에서 묵었는데 윗 사람이 움직이니까 침대가 덜렁거리더라............그리고 방 좁아서 캐리어 하나 펼침 꽉 찬다. 내가 인터넷으로 본 게하의 분위기랑 완전 다름........3일만 묵어서 다행이었다. 이젠 안 올듯.......당연한 것이지만 직원은 잘 안내해주었고, 시트도 갈아주었다.
Nuno (6/5): Not enough space to chill out - First, the good thing: the 8 bunk-bed room was well organized and with sufficient comfort, with power outlets for each bed, individual light and individual curtain, individual locker. However, the hostel is divided in at least two independent apartments, each with a very small common space, not enough for all the guests. It's central location is also a good point. Overall, an ok place if you just need a bed to sleep in (good for 1 night; not very good for a few nights in town).
Matt (8/5): Great location and great place to meet people. - Urban Pack is located right next to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the promenade and waterfront, with views of Hong Kong island. The hostel is separated onto multiple floors and there are a few different common spaces, despite this, it was easy meeting and socializing with new people. I really enjoyed my stay at Urban Pack.

Marce (8/5): Ubicación excepcional, preciso en HK - Las instalaciones no son nada de otro mundo, pero la ubicación hace que valga la pena resignar otros aspectos por la comodidad de ir caminando a los principales lugares de HK. Desde el aeropuerto podes llegar por 45HK, ida y vuelta. Y para cruzar a la isla de Hong Kong usando el ferry por 2.7 HK cada trayecto.

KIM YOUNG BIN (8/5): 가격대비 교통 위치 직원 친절도가 매우 좋은 게스트하우스 - 2층 3층 침대를 쓰다보니 불편한점이 없다면 거짓말이지만 가격대비 이해할 수 있는 정도. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 영어잘함. 청소하는 직원분이 매우 깔끔하게 매일 청소해주셔서 안심이됨. 특히 교통이 매우좋아 배낭여행하는 사람들에게 강력 추천!
Bangwon (8/5): 혼자라면 다시 갈만한 숙소 - 호스텔인데 너무 조용한 분위기라서 장점이자 단점일수 있음. 조용하지만 작은 방에 침대가 너무 많아서 어쩔수 없는 어수선함이 있지만 그렇다고 사람들끼리 대화하고 공유할만한 공간이 많은곳도 아니라서 그냥 잠만 잘 공간으로 생각하고 간다면 괜찮음.
dani (8/5): location location location!! + friendly staff - i was shocked when i first got inside. it was the smallest accomodation i ve ever stayed in my life. the room was really small, the whole hostel was tiny. i couldn t even open up my suitcase on the floor. but then i guess most of the hostels in hk are like this?? but staff were so nice and friendly . unfortunately i dont remember all their names but they really are sweet people :) location was super good. it was right next to tsim sha tsui station and close to EVERYTHING!! yummy dumpling place, famous mango dessert place, sasa?(drugstore, i could do very last minute cosmetic shopping!) literally everything!!! and walking distance to ferry, all those touristy spots, huge shopping centres.. i will definately stay here again for my next trip in hk. i recommended here to my sister who is horrible with direction haha

Stanley (8/5): Nice hotel in central area - The check-in process was very straight forward, as the staff speaks fluent English and are very helpful. It took us some time to find the location as it was buried in between all the shops. Within the same building, there were also some other "hotels" and massage parlors. Once we went to the main floor, the receptionist checked us in and took us to a different floor for our actual accommodation. We were amazed by how many floors in the building they preoccupied. In addition, there are also accommodations within walking distance to their main building that they also manage. We stayed in a bunk bed private room with private bathroom. Since our unit has only 5-6 private rooms, the receptionist informed us that we should use the bathroom in the unit as it was nicer. The toilet for the unit is definitely nicer as it has a bidet with different water pressure and temperature. The shower was bigger; however, with no ventilation. We did not end up using our private bathroom at all as it was a bit tiny. If we were to stay there again, I would definitely opt out of the private bathroom so long we are not in the main unit with the shared dorm style.
Cheryl (4/5): Smells of B.O. and booze - The room and bed size were typical for a hostel in Hong Kong, and this hostel has great potential. However, the place smelled of drunk men and body odor. The common area had beer bottles tossed about and a drunk snoozing "guest" on the couch until mid-day on multiple days of my visit. The staff didn't enforce the quiet hours nor did they request the guests to clean up after their drunken evenings or vomiting mishaps in the bathroom. Mostly, the young girls that worked at the desk sat there staring at their phones or the computer. It's a rowdy place filled with disrespectful guests and staff that could care less. Unless you plan to party hard every night of the week, I would recommend you look elsewhere.
