All the staff made our stay very welcoming especially Lucy which was such a pleasure to meet and connect with. She helped us with all the info about the city and also with everything we needed for our stay with the bikes and luggages. Lucy was really the most dedicated and knowledgable employee that I ever met while traveling.

RICHWALLER (9/5): Smart and clean with outstanding staff - The staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast catered for european tastes as well as vietnamese , which was helpful. I paid for a superior room which was comfortable but didn't have a street view.

Muy preocupados, serviciales, atentos y amorosos. El agua me salió helada las dos últimas noches, lo que fue un problema por qué justo hacía frío. Al personal encargado del desayuno le faltaba mayor atención a las cosas que se iban acabando, debido a que todos los días le tuve que solicitar si podía poner más café, o si podía poner pan, una taza, entre otras cosas. Ascensor no llegaba al último piso y tampoco se iba directo desde el piso 1, tal vez una persona con discapacidad físico no le vendría bien este hotel.

Miriam (9/5): Great location. A bit noisy - Great location. Rooms are big and the AC worked well. The beds were 2 put together, so there was an uncomfortable bar in the middle. Lots of mozzies around and echoing noise from people in the hotel and using the staircase. To access the lift you have to go up 5 steps and then once you are on your level, you still have to go up/down another 5 steps as the lift doesn’t match up with the level of the rooms.

It’s shields out the noise of the streets incredibly well - our room was too floor on the back side - and it’s a short walk (<300m) to the drinking streets, or (<500m) to the tourist shops. It’s also well located for any tours or pick ups that you need!!

Television not working as you cannot connect any app coming from foreign country hahaha Elevator is in between floors that’s funny. Breakfast was fair.

Location was great, it was about 16 min away from the Railway Street and 10-15 min away from the weekend market, depending on which part of the market you walk to. There is a popular Circle K convenience store just 1-2 min away that we grabbed some quick snacks from when we weren't too hungry, didn't want to sit down to eat in the heat or go to a full-serviced restaurant. There are also at least two convenient pizza joints less than a minute's walk away. The noise made by the other guests. This is no fault of the staff, but I wish they did ask the tourists who somehow thought it was a good idea to chat away loudly at 11:30pm at night and 6:30am in the morning despite all the chaos outside... the sound really travels up and I almost went down the stairs to ask them to lower their voices.
