- Nithin (1/5): I would never recommend this property to anyone — not families, not couples, not even solo travelers. The experience is - Only the location The place is extremely unclean, with cockroaches in both the lobby and the rooms. The rooms and washrooms are very small and poorly maintained. There is no on-site staff — all communication happens online, and the one staff member who appears for check-in is unprofessional and disappears afterward.
This property is not recommended for families, couples, or even solo travelers. The experience is frustrating and unhygienic. You can easily find far better hotels nearby for the same or even a lower price.

- Monika (2/5): - das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. ein bett hatte sogar schimmel. es wurden zwar ersatzzimmer angeboten, die aber nicht viel besser waren. Zudem wurden wir nicht für ernst genommen, da wir über booking.com gebucht haben und angeblich hätte das hotel kein Geld bekommen.

- Rolly (2/5): We’re very disappointed and unsatisfied. - I like the location of the place because it is in the heart of the city. Everything. The owner has no manners, the staff’s are unreliable. The place itself is so dirty. I can’t imagine we stayed there 5 days and 4 nights. The toilet is crying because it needs to be cleaned. The fan is so disgusting. And the worst of all is we go out with small bites of insects. There’s a lot of small cockroaches and other small insects in the room.

Paid for a 3 single bedroom and got 2 singles and was expected to share a single with a friend. Left that day and stayed elsewhere.

- Johnny (5/5): Budget stay, good for those who just want a place to sleep - Location was great, in the crowded Tsim Sha Tsui area. WiFi connection was good throughout the stay. This Relaince Inn is owned by Fortunate Guesthouse, so the check-inn is done at the Fortunate Guesthouse. However, there were no specific instructions to check-in over there which is a big hassle (imagine going from Block B to Block A with those even-odd numbered lifts that take a long time, you will know what I mean when you reach there). I was also made to wait for an hour before they had a room for me despite the reservation made in booking.com
The actual room that I stay is at Fortunate Guesthouse and not Relaince Inn, but I presume the rooms are similar. The room is not soundproof and I can hear loud noises from the group staff at night (around 9-11pm). Would be good if they keep their volume down. The TV is not functioning.

Shower is dirty not even a handle to hold it we have to improvise so we can shower.
We don’t even feel safe.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I booked and paid in full on BOOKING.COM. The Inn then emailed me with link to reenter info or be canceled. I would not click on the link in the email in fear of a scam. Many tries to contact them by email or phone with no answer. Had to book elsewhere. After I arrived back home and checked my credit card found that they somehow found my credit card info and billed me even though I did not stay (amazing). Contacted BOOKING.COM to complain. THEY ARE NO HELP EITHER! The customer service rep seemed nice and said they just needed to contact their supervisor. What a joke. BOOKING.COM sent me request for info to solve the problem. After submitting they email back saying they contacted the Inn and they declined to refund me. Big surprise, right? DONT USE BOOKING.COM! Their customer service SUCKS! I've used EXPEDIA.COM for years and never had a problem.

booking.com should delete this accomodation from the database. its also embarrasing you. after explaining to the people that this is not what was expected based on the photos seen on bookings site they shrugged their shoulders. i said i would like to cancel but was told not possible. i did not argue and paidthe full amount. left to find alternative accomodation. went back to pick up my bags only to find all the lights were not working either. collected all my goods., left the keys in the room and left. i would like a refund please.
