Otherwise would have NEVER went there in the first place. - Nothing Extremely dirty, all furniture broken, tiles in bathroom broken, mold in the bathroom, non smoking room had cigarette burns all over furniture and smelled like old smoke, bathroom door wouldn’t close, curtains half ripped off and had holes in them, blood stains on bed and walls.

- Outiya (1/5): Health Canada should shut down this motel - I already left a review on the website of the Motel, it was the worst experience i had in my life , i think this place should be shut down, no hygiene and no cleaning, i got a room with smoke smell and dirty sheets full of stains and hairs. When I asked for refund she said you have to call E booking to process this. It was 11 pm so i have got no choice and i stayed there , it was a nightmare, i didn't get a sleep this night. Nothing all is poor, the owner is an old lady who doesn't speak any language she was shouting on me with her language when asked to change the room, and she was asking her partner to kick me out. She was so rude and spent my night crying because of this experience.

We slept on top of the covers with a blanket from home. I wouldn't want to be outside by myself in the motel parking lot late at night. Understandable for picking the cheapest place available.

The microwave took 12 minutes to heat up our food. I was unable to prep the rest of my kids food because the stove was not working. The rooms said no smoking but the whole room reeled like cigarettes. I needed to leave after one night (booked three) due to family emergency. Hotel said I needed to speak with Expedia since I booked online. Expedia was unable to reach hotel management to resolve issues. Not expecting a 5-star hotel when booking a motel but also not expecting a complete waste of money

Cops were in and out of the place every day. The rooms were filthy—beds had stains and crumbs, and the overall condition was shocking. I had to cut my trip short because I couldn’t stand staying there, which cost me both money and my vacation. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll never trust Expedia to choose my stay again. Expedia has lost me as a customer.

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. The hand soap had already been opened, there was hair in the soaking bathtub, and the floor was noticeably dirty. Even more concerning, I saw cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the mattress, sheets, and blanket had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the level of cleanliness and service did not meet the standards I expected. It was 34C outside and the A/C was not working in the room. We decided not to risk staying and the management refused to refund our deposit. Multiple phone calls to Expedia who were unable to get us a refund. I have also reported this place to the Quebec Tourist Board. Stay here at your peril.

This is the first time ever, we had to pay a deposit to get the remote for the TV ! Another first time for us, we had to put in a deposit to get the small little key to the room!

- Geoff (2/5): - This was a last minute booking, another place I had tried to get filled up while I was attempting to book it. So this location was my last choice (the Grand Motel Sainte-Hubert). The regular night charge was $60/night, but because of the F1, they were charging $420 for 2 nights! This place is a dump. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, the sheets were miss matched and in need of replacing, the bathroom sink and toilet were in need of replacement, the carpet was thread bare in areas, the paint was yellowed and you had to leave an additional $20 for the TV remote that didn’t even work properly. The beds and the furniture should have been taken to the dump. There was no WiFi when we arrived in the room, so I went back to the office to find out what was going on. The staff was belligerent and stated it must be a problem with my phone, however, in the office it was working fine. So I demanded that it be fixed. The acting (?) manager told me the router at my location was out and would take him an hour to fix it. It did take an hour and it was out again the next day. The pool on the property is a garbage pit and the grounds haven’t been maintained in any way whatsoever. If you have an need of accommodations in this area and nothing else is available, do yourself a favour and sleep in your car.
