• Karen (8/5): Spacious house close to the slopes. - Location was fantastic. Host was very friendly and explained everything very well. Heating kept the place nice and cozy. A little dated. Squeaky floors upstairs. Would be good if it had a proper drying room for ski boots and clothes and a washing machine.

• Lindsay (10/5): Great spot for a family, super comfortable and close to skiing and restaurants. -
• Luana (10/5): Great place. Would stay again. - Great accommodation! Perfect size for a family of 4. Within a km of Goryu slopes (so convenient for night riding) and with 10- 25mins of all other fields. Check in process was so easy, told the manager the time, he met us and ran us through the place. Recommend a car, the shuttle is often full and a bit of a hike to the bus-stops.

• Elizabeth (5/5): A pleasant place to stay and good value but only stay here if you have your own transport - It was very difficult to organise transport from the property. I would advise other guests to only stay there if they have a car. Ubers and taxis were very difficult to get and the hosts did not help with transfers.
• Stuart (9/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location - Lovely 2 storey apartment close to Goryu ski resort. Comfortable beds and very efficient heaters to dry all the ski gear each night. Good kitchen which we used on many nights. Nil
• John (8/5): Comfortable and clean accommodation for Hakuba ski trip at a reasonable price. - Very spacious 2 bed apartment. Good heating. Easy walk to ski fields at Goryu. Host gave us a lift to bus on leaving. Somewhat remote location. 7-Eleven within walking distance, but otherwise an Uber to grocery store required. Getting to property during peak times when Uber / taxi not available is difficult.
• Beth (8/5): Very good - The people who run it were excellent help to us. They picked us up from the bus stop because it was snowing so hard and took us the shop so we could have something to eat the first night. They also helped with luggage forwarding and always got back to us promptly with anything we needed. Close to shuttle Great if you’re skiing at Goryu Very comfortable stay It was tricky to get into town and other ski areas with taxis and shuttles being unreliable - we were there over new years period though so not sure if this would be an issue at other times. Nothing to do with the property itself just the location.
• Chi (1/5): You can't stay if you arrive there after 18:00. - Quite On February 20th, we hurriedly rented a car and arrived in Hakuba after getting off the plane at 14:35. When we reached our destination at 22:47 in the evening, there was no one from the guesthouse to open the door, and they were unwilling to provide us with the door code to let us in first, suggesting that we check-in the following morning. We tried to figure out which house was ours in the cold wind and even asked the neighboring guesthouse, but there were no rooms available to accommodate three people at that time in Hakuba. All of our friends from Hong Kong managed to successfully check-in after 10:00 PM in Hakuba. Why couldn't you accommodate us? We did nothing wrong, yet we wasted one night's accommodation fee, and did not rest almost the whole night.

• Joshua (6/5): Pleasant - Great location right near Goryu snow field, very friendly and helpful host. Plenty of car parking close by. Lots of room in a big house for multiple people. Slept 5 comfortably. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable, ended up flipping mattress and stacking blankets on top. Could do with more Plates, cutlery & cups.
• Robert (10/5): We would definitely stay here again and recommend it - The host was so helpful, he helped with the luggage, he cleared the snow away from the path and car park. He went through all the items in the suite and explained everything very clearly. He changed the towels regularly and collected the garbage and recyclables. He was very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately we arrived during a severe snow storm which made it difficult to navigate the roads but that was natures fault, otherwise everything was great, nothing to complain about.

• Dawn (8/5): Good value for space and location. Clean and convenient! - The location to ski hill was close and lots of space for our family. The host was helpful as we prepared to pack up and leave by helping to clear off snow on car and helping to carry bags and assisting to load vehicle. We stayed warm throughout our stay. Our unit was a little dated and kitchen sink faucet handle could use repair however we would stay here again.
• Anonymous (7/5): Comfortable accommodations for a family of 5. Short 5 minute walk to the ski shuttle pick up. Not too many restaurants - Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of hot water and heaters to keep warm in the cold winter. Hosts were lovely and helpful, even drove us to the supermarket to pick up groceries. Could be more cooking utensils. Beds were very hard.
