• Delphine (8/5): Chambre très confortable mais jacuzzi fermé - La chambre est vraiment très bien (grand lit, matelas et oreilles très confortables, beaucoup de place, des volets parfaitement occultants) et la salle de bain est grande et très propre. Le petit déjeuner buffet était copieux - a 10h le buffet commence a être fermé mais on peut rester dans la salle, c'est agréable de ne pas se sentir mis dehors. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas.

Rooms and bathroom are very big and comfortable. So are the beds. Breakfast very tasty with many choices. The hotel met our expectations. But we stayed only for a night. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

• Thomas (7/5): Intéressant pour visiter Masca - Le jacuzzi Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, personnel peu sympathique, pas de restaurants à proximité ou fermé en début de soirée (il faut rouler 30 minutes pour en trouver). L'hôtel est un peu vieillot. Uniquement intéressant pour visiter Masca à proximité.
• isabelle (8/5): A refaire mais dans une autre chambre - chambre joliment décorée et très spacieuse. petit déjeuner parfait - Deux soucis majeurs dans la chambre : - un bruit permanent et incessant dès 7 h du matin de tuyauterie d'eau comme si une douche était en service dans notre chambre. cela semblait venir du plafond. Bruit fort en plus. - forte odeur d'égouts dans toute la salle de bain.
• Jessica (7/5): - This is a pleasant hotel that allows one to enjoy calm, pretty santiago in peace. The rooms are large and pleasant if a bit dark with no view. The setting is lovely. The restaurant rarely seems to be open, and there are signs for a gym and co-working space, but they didn't clearly lead anywhere and staff have never explained where they are. There isn't much of a common area - it is pleasant there but It would be nice to have a few more facilities for the price.

• Vanessa (9/5): Desconexión - Valoramos muchísimo la tranquilidad y el desayuno, que era muy completo y de calidad. Había pagado por una habitación doble superior (con terraza), la tercera opción más cara. Al solicitar una cama de matrimonio, me pasaron a una habitación estándar sin preguntarme y sin compensarme la diferencia de precio.

The breakfast buffet has a very good quality. The hotel is located in a very small town in the mountain of Tenerife, a good point to come out of the strong sun and be in the nature nothing to mention

Un lugar muy tranquilo, sin ruidos molestos del exterior, desayuno variado y abundante. En líneas generales todo está bien.

• Paula (3/5): Prometen pero no cumplen - Las paredes eran muy finas y se oía todo, cuando digo todo, es TODO. No se puede cenar en el hotel ni pagando más porque están de reformas en la cocina. Estuvimos 3 días y nos decían todo el rato que había un problema con el jacuzzi pero que al día siguiente podríamos bañarnos, así todos los días y finamente no pudimos, prometen mucho y luego no se puede nada.

• Philipp (9/5): Super Hotel für Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung. - Für Ausflüge nach Masca, Teide Nationalpark oder Los Gigantes liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig (wir hatten ein Mietauto). Sehr ruhige und gepflegte Anlage mit gutem Frühstück. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin ist sehr gemütlich und einladend. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das WLan in unserem Zimmer war ausbaufähig, ansonsten war aber alles bestens.

Le bruit de la tuyauterie de la ventilation/chauffage en permanence de 7h à 23h sans pouvoir l'arrêter, et le bruit des travaux du chantier en face à partir de 7h le matin.

• Aday (4/5): Fuimos de no escuchar ruidos pero… - El alojamiento está en un lugar muy bonito y el hotel es bonito en gral. La habitación muy cómoda pero con un ruido incesante que era muy molesto por la noche. Nos pusieron otra habitación pero el problema persistía con lo que tuvimos la molestia de mudarnos para nada.

Grande chambre avec lit kingsize. Superbe salle de bains avec baignoire. Très bon restaurant le soir et très bon petit-déjeuner avec grande variété de salé et sucré Rien. Tout était parfait.

• Bouncerman (8/5): Sehr gemütliches Hotel - Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vom Garten hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Stressfreies, ruhiges Hotel. Auf den Zimmer und im "Wohnzimmer" ist die Temperatur angenehm. Im Restaurant (Morgens) kalt man sollte eine Jacke anziehen(Aufenthalt Anfang März).

• Magali (8/5): Séjour un peu cher pour un hôtel 4**** - Très belle bâtisse décoré avec goût et au calme, bien situé et belle chambre spacieuse avec lit king size, le petit déjeuner au top 👌, l'accueil agréable et grand parking La clime trop bruyante qui a du mal à chauffer toute la superficie de la chambre (on a eu froid et pas de couvertures supplémentaires )pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain,les prises électriques et sèche cheveux dangereux (pas aux normes)car juste au niveau du point d'eau !! Un seul verre à dents pour 2 personnes ? Nous aurions préféré une douche mais hélas c'était une baignoire avec une vitre de protection avec un joint visiblement deffectueux et bon à changer . Nous avons dû aller manger dehors le deuxième soir malgré un temps exécrable parce qu'il y avait un petit groupe qui avait réservé une grande table !! visiblement la salle du restaurant ne correspond pas au standing de l'établissement 🤔 Dommage et regrettable pour un hôtel ****

• Eberhard (9/5): - Sehr charmantes Haus mit geräumigen und komfortablen Zimmern. Das Frühstück mit lokslen Spezislitäten ist hervorragend. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Ein abendlicher Besuch des Hotelrestaurants war eine lauwarme Enttäuschung.
• Felicity (9/5): Great place to stay to explore the mountains! - A well located place to stay for exploring the Teno mountains. The hotel is really well set up, and breakfast is very good. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. I liked the slightly "vintage" architecture. It was nice to be able to walk into the small town to access restaurants etc. They used a very obviously plastic matress protector which made the bed feel a little uncomfortable.
