JIANHUA (8/5): Generally ok. - Room a little too crowded for 4 people---better 2 beds, rather than 1 bed + 1 sofa-bed. This is for 2 or 3 people. a. 4 people room should be 2 queen size beds, rather than 1 bed + 1 sofa-bed; b. security should be improved---side doors should be open only by key scan....whilst the real case is, everyone can go thru the side doors.

Aucune explications sur comment utiliser le spa( difficulté à chasser l'eau usée après utilisation).

There is only one room left when I booked, it ended up being the sweet right next to the reception and lobby area. So a little noisier than I would have liked, but considering there was only one room left I took what I could get.

Les tapis dans la chambre était malpropre, beaucoup de taches et besoin d’un grand nettoyage. Les draps de lit était également inconfortable. Comme très vieux et rendu trop usés. Le matelas creusait. La pomme de douche aurait eu besoin d’être changé, pleine de calcaire. Elle coulait très mal.

Rippel (8/5): Nahe Montreal, gute Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft. - Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und groß. Die Lage stellte sich als gut heraus, wir wollten uns Montreal anschauen und konnten für kleines Geld einen Uber buchen. Gegenüber gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, gut um den ersten Kaffee zu sich zu nehmen und den größten Hunger zu stillen. Es gab leider in direkter Nachbarschaft eine große Feier, die uns kaum Schlaf ermöglichte. Eine große Baustelle gleich vor dem Hotel machte es und schwer, das Hotel überhaupt zu erreichen.

Shubham (10/5): - The hotel is terrible… Our beds had women’s hair all over them when we checked in, but the staff was really nice and quickly changed everything when we told them — they were genuinely apologetic. That said, the bedsheets and pillow covers have definitely seen better days and are long overdue for retirement, though it seems management hasn’t realized that yet. The hair dryer only made noise but didn’t blow any air, and in the morning the flush stopped working. To top it off, the water pressure dropped completely while my partner still had shampoo in their hair — what a nightmare! The only good thing I can say is that they offered a free electric vehicle charging point, which was helpful. The staff themselves were lovely — honestly, they’re the ones holding the place together. But overall, it’s definitely not worth $200 a night. I’d appreciate a refund
