- Robert (10/5): Comfortable, welcoming, and fully functional in a easy-to-get-to location just north of the 'burbs. - I have never had a bad/poor experience with Country Inn. My mother first booked us there when the entire family would descend on Forest Lake for the holidays. Not every year, but when we did, Country Inn was our hotel of choice. Clean rooms, clean/comfortable beds, working appliances (TV, fridge, coffee maker, etc) And the staff are great - very nice, very helpful, and easy to locate when needed. Even the continental breakfast is great!

- BRIAN (5/5): We needed a place to stay and that was a place to stay. - Staff was extremely friendly and was able to accomodate my request of top floor corner. Breakfast Very dull, dirty. I saw one kid dig in the chocolate chips with her bare hands. Disgusting and now the next person to eat from it, will be eating whatever was on her hands. We found a used baby bottle under our heat/AC register in our room along with some other piece of paper. Loud at night, nobody respects the fact other people are staying there. For the price of room and the quality, do not go hand in hand. Should be cheaper. Old bldg, dungy. Needs upgrades if you wanna charge that.

Second night tell me, if I can’t change the room because it was a error, I agreed to change rooms, but the heating wasn't working. They fixed that, but then the TV volume wasn't working, and I didn't even bother complaining again. It doesn't look like they clear the snow from the parking lot very often.

I found what I preferred without having to ask like at other hotels. The hot tub was hot and both the hot tub and pool were clean & up kept unlike other hotels too!

The room tv would not stay on the HDMI 2 tab, so it wouldn’t work when turned on unless we manually toggled the tv to hdmi 2 manually. Maintenance had to show me how to manually toggled the tv the tv manually to HDMI 2.

- Kurt (7/5): - Location. Toilet did not work. When I tried to call the front desk to report it, I found that the phone to did not work. I had to get dressed and go downstairs to report. Fortunately they did move us to another room without trouble.

We got stuck in the elevator with a stuck button to the 3rd floor got out on 2nd floor had to walk down partially disabled to find the rude person at the desk to tell me the button is just stuck. We booked 3rd party to find out pool and hot tub down. But ,we were told well it's on our regular website that it's down. We still payed 215.00 and we were told that rate reflects the pool and hot tub being down. Absolutely dissatisfied. I will be marking a formal complaint with management. We are a veterans organization that sends all our people here to stay. We will no longer be doing that.

It was okay clean but there was sirt snd grim in the bathroom on the mop boards which have never been wipped. The fan in the bsthtoom didnt work. And rhe pool and hot tub were both down for the weekend. Also the road boise was reall bad.

- kaywZ445JQ (4/5): Poor customer service when booking - We actually didn’t stay there because when my sister called to make a reservation, the agent wanted her to put her charge card on the phone. Which my sister having a flip phone did not understand. She tried again the next day and noted that the Price had increased quite a bit and when she asked about it, the new agent said “Well then you obviously not are not the type of person to stay here” Unbelievable, inconsiderate response to potential customer. She ended up booking elsewhere. And while I have recommended this motel to visitors, I will not be doing so again.

Won't recommend or stay there again.

The hotel had a strong smell of disinfectant combined with smoke. The shade did not block light and our room was bright at night. Overall the room was dingy, outdated, and could use a more thorough cleaning.

- deborahkD8506LY (4/5): Poor experience - We stayed there from 4/24 to 4/27 visiting from New York for family baby shower. They do not come clean your room or give you needed toiletries. I asked for my room to be clean twice and received no room cleaning service. I never stayed at a hotel before where I needed to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies because they never came to clean the room, especially the tub sink and toilet. So disappointing. ower. The first day we checked in there was police activity. Police went from door to door in the hotel on the 2nd floor asking if we were aware of the incident that had taken place across the room from us. Hotel was unaccommodating to our concerns. Instead they told me by text we can do early check out. They were also unaccommodating to the wobbly microwave that was in our room that almost fell off the shelf soon as you open the door. Hotel Jacuzzi and pool was not warm. Often times there was no front desk staff at the front desk. It became very clear that hotel is poorly maintained and managed. We will NEVER stay there again.

Driving a large dump truck and had no problem with parking at this location. Hotel was clean. Breakfast got us off to a good start. Waffles eggs and sausage.

- Wendy (9/5): Generally good. - Almost everything There are no sun blocking curtains or shades. There was a shade but it was white and not light blocking. A pickup was outside my first floor room and the lights were on for almost two hours. In high. I could not also.
- Dayna (8/5): - Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were all friendly and quick to assist. While this is a Radisson, it's an older building and definitely not luxurious but comfortable and clean. It was a good location for our trip. The water was hot, the beds were comfortable and the pillows came in various firmness to ensure comfort. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they appeared well maintained. There was a chair lift available for anyone with mobility issues. Despite visiting in March, there was a recent snowfall. Joyfully, the parking lot was clear with ample parking. The fitness center had 1 recumbent bike, 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical. There was also a cable weight lifting rack as well as free weights, a bench and floor mats. The elliptical and treadmill both worked as expected. They provided fresh towels, disinfectant wipes and there was also a water cooler. The breakfast room was always clean and stocked with someone continuing to clean and restock throughout the breakfast hours. Options our 1st AM were "fried" eggs, sausage patties and homefries. Our 2nd AM scrambled eggs and buiscuts and gravy. Our 3rd AM cheese omlets, sausage patties and biscuits. I loved the string cheese and pineapple juice offered in the refrigerator. Also liked the addition of tomato and v8 juices as well as the traditional OJ apple and cranberry. Waffles, assorted instant oatmeal, cold cereal as well as breakfast pastries and breads for toasting were offered daily

- Matthew (8/5): The overall experience was good. We would definitely stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Forest Lake again - location was good. Staff was excellent. We had trouble with our toilet and within a half hour we had a different room. The breakfast was very good as were the fresh baked cookies! I really liked being able to close off the bedroom and having a separate sitting area with a second TV. Figuring out how to get into the parking lot was interesting. The furniture in our room was in need of a good cleaning.
