Depronto pueden mejorar las instalaciones, la habitación tenia detalles que pueden mejorar, en cuanto a los acabados, el cableado, etc. Los detalles fisicos, y la vista de la habitación, deberian preguntarle al huesped si desea algun upgrade o algo por la vista, lit tenia vista al techo.

We made sure to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant every morning and was given excellent service. Our server, Karina C, was kind and attentive. She anticipated needs and made us feel special. By the third morning, she remembered our names and even memorized our breakfast preferences. Her attention to details added to our already great stay in Barranquilla.

Para viajes de turismo, no creo que sea buena. Excelente tener un área para fumadores: respetamos los espacios sin humo, pero en otros muchos hoteles se olvidan de nosotros, y me parece una falta grave de servicio. El desayuno bastante justito, con pocas opciones. La carta para comer y cenar en el hotel, igualmente bastante justita y un poco aburrida si tu organización de viaje pide hacer más de una comida o cena en el hotel. Sólo un restaurante, sin más opciones

We will return in a heartbeat when we have a chance.

The service team was very friendly and willing making us feel better than at home. We closed the experience with a coffee in the hotel pool with a beautiful view of the city. Pedimos un domicilio y nos tocó salir a recibirlo y pagarlo afuera del hotel, no nos permitieron hacerlo en el lobby.
