Also had a kitchen and microwave. We were able to cook and heat up food which was a plus. Pool was nice and warm. The only thing we did not like is the mild due smell , I guess it was do to the humidity but it would be nice to put glade room deodorizer or similar in each room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely comeback to this place if we have the chance.

There was a moldy smell but they had a dehumidifier set up which we emptied daily. Could be just due to area humidity. There was no restaurant, but the nextdoor hotel has a bar & restaurant (Ranchero) on the beach just a few steps away. We ate & drank there often. Beach is lovely but rocky so bring water shoes.

Fully furnished and supplied. 24 hour security. Peaceful and quiet. Guests are respectful. Some restricts like no visitors even outside family to drop anything off inside. Pool hours. Love the no smoking no pets policy. Property coordinator Paula mesa is not friendly or communitive. No customer service skils over the phone. She constantly questioned on what time would we check out. Policy states 2pm to 11am. I dont understand the rush so I left early Tried to enjoy for next booking ( doubtful after one day experience) There is NO accommodations for early check-in or late check out. I was told rudely. To bad place is fantastic maybe a different Condo stay.
- chad (10/5): Best in Jaco is True!! - We were down for my son Graduation. We could not have picked a better accommodation. Condo was beautiful, comfortable and set up with all you need. We cooked a wonderful meal for some of the student my son is is school with and really enjoyed space. The views of the ocean are amazing, location is prefect walking distance to all you need and the pool area is very clean and well kept.

- Gabriella (8/5): Gorgeous ocean view but not easy checkin - I booked the room/apartment less than 24h in advance and it really wasn't indicated clearly that there would be no desk for check in and that I needed a code to get inside the apartment. Luckily the security guard was able to help us get in. The door didn't even lock or unlock properly unless you used a technique to pull the door towards you. There wasn't even a spare key or anything else we could use. The place was beautiful with a gorgeous ocean view. Wifi was okay for Jaco and there was a full kitchen and laundry room which is ideal for LT stays.

We never even sat inside because the beach balcony was outstanding. (it could have used a fan though.) Full kitchen with everything to cook meals. Needed bigger coffee cups. Washer and dryer was awesome to have although dryer was a bit slow I am not complaining. It worked and had it's own little room. Also, the condo had 2.5 bathrooms. I would stay here again for sure, I would buy one of these condos! We were on 3rd floor North building. Great location to all of Jaco. Felt safe the entire time we were there. The pool was very nice as well but there was a guard at the pool the whole time which seemed a bit unnecessary. So very pleased with our stay. Book this now!

- Willie (2/5): - There was an extreme bad odor coming from the toilet in one of the bedrooms that cause the entire condo to smell. It was extremely hard to sleep because of the order and largely effected our stay.
- Gustavo (6/5): - The condo it’s self was nice but a few things were concerning. Furniture was old and rusty, appliances were also old and rusty. The fridge leaked water and also found random water leeks around the condo. The ceiling around the AC unit was cracked and started to fall on the floor. Some Of the towels were also dirty. Not a bad place but could use some work. Security questioned us about our stay even though we had already been there for days and our reservation was for 3 people. He apologized after he realized he made a mistake but getting harassed was not fun. Other security officers were super nice expect the one on duty on Thursday.

We did not feel like spending time on the beach as there was a lot of debris too. But the view from the condo was excellent. The condos are within walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location on the beach is perfect. Short walk to everything and the guards were nice. The condo was nice inside except there was no hot water in two of the 4 bathrooms and the AC did not work in two of the 4 bedrooms, and the power went out daily and sometimes multiple times. Given it's rainy season and there were some bad storms we didn't mind. One power outage knocked out the water so of course knocked out the water chillers for the ACs too. There were towels still in the dryer and those along with just about every other towel was stained. I say this because there was a laminated warning card about how there is clay in the area and to not take the towels from the room so as to prevent straining. Stains don't bother us especially when the towels were still so very soft and clean. There were robes in some rooms and pool towels in some rooms and sometimes as many as 2 of each, but we didn't mind. We didn't use the pool towels as we had brought our own and left the 3 matching ones. Beds all seemed comfortable. There was a strange piece of patio furniture that looked like it was missing all of its cushions and had two oversived random cushions placed on it instead that didn't even cover half of the piece of furniture. Kids loved it though. The toaster oven, fridge, coffee maker and microwave worked great. Balconies are beautiful and the pool table was a nice touch. The floors must be thin though because there was a great deal of noise from the penthouse above.
- Lori (10/5): Perfect Beach Condo - Gorgeous condo and beach - so much fun! First of all, the condo is huge and exceeded our expectations. We stayed here mid-vacation and appreciated the ability to cook some of our own food and do laundry. We were able to spread out - plenty of space for everyone! The condo was extremely clean with lots of towels and sufficiently stocked with towels and toiletries. The wi-fi is strong. I enjoyed running every morning on the beach, doing yoga on the balcony and sipping a glass of wine in the evening as the sun set over the ocean. You can walk to dining options or shop in nearby grocery stores. The pool area is beautiful and was not crowded. I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived with 5 people and she denied entry for sleeping and even changing clothes after the long drive from San Jose. I asked for the reservation pushed to a future date in May. She refused. Read the fine print about your booking. There are other options in Jaco that are more flexible, especially when trying to get the tourists back traveling.

- Samuel (10/5): - We had a wonderful spring break stay at Best in Jaco Diamante del Sol Condos. The facility was on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
- Jeff (10/5): lover it and would book again. - Excellent location and view. Very clean. Beds were very soft and sofa was uncomfortable but I would book again in a heartbeat. Great place!!!!
- Robert (10/5): A wonderful relaxing stay - The Condo its self was beautifully laid out with plenty of space. It was very well equipped for all our needs. The situation was perfect with uninterrupted views over the beach and the Pacific Ocean. The only down side was that the pool did not have enough umbrellas to give shade from the very hot sun.

- Christy (4/5): Needs maintenance— rental company is not good - I read many reviews both before and after we stayed and think this must be the unit. We were on the ground floor and disappointed in the upkeep and extremely disappointed in the rental company. It smelled like sewage (which must be a known issue given the number of diffusers located throughout the bathrooms) and there were multiple issues- toilet running, water dripping and front sliding door not locking on the ground floor. I never write bad reviews but this was by far the worst property we stayed in Costa Rica. The rental agency never returned our after hour calls when the front sliding door wouldn’t lock on the ground level facing the beach. We finally took the iron cord and looped around the door handle after the security guard couldn’t even get it to work. The next day when confronted they were extremely dismissive and said the housekeeper got it to work (really then why wasn’t it locked when we got back from dinner??). It was uncomfortable sleeping all night with kids in the room knowing the door was being held together by a cord and never being able to reach someone. That being said, the location is perfect- on the beach and property amenities is good. The pool is nice and the security staff is always available but I would never recommend.
- ZPG (8/5): - Amazing views of the ocean! Clean and modern and spacious rooms. We also appreciated the secured parking lot and 24 hours security on property. The pool was small but worked for a mid-week off season stay, but I can imagine that it will be crowded during prime season. We had issues with some of the electrical outlets not working, the shower drain in the master bathroom being clogged and the washer and dryer in the unit not working effectively (though we’re very to have it anyway). The staff was not able to resolve these issues while we were at the property but they were very friendly otherwise. Overall, I would recommend the place.

- Damon (10/5): Excellent place. Would return no question. - Great location. Near all the fun in Jaco. Amazing ocean view from the 9th floor. Plenty of space and amenities. You just stop by the management company and get the keys and you are good. There is also a grocery store just in the shopping center down the street. Security is good as well. Only down was wi-fi was not working, but didn't really bother us since we wanted to be out and about.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - We got in on Friday afternoon. Check in was smooth, but around 7pm two of the AC units out of 4 were not cooling enough. On top of this, the WI-Fi wasn’t working either. I called the owner of the apartment and she kindly sent a technician. However, they did nothing. The first night was TERRIBLE, as it was hot. We definitely didn’t pay for this. On Saturday morning, I called them again and they sent another technician. He inspected the unit and cane to the conclusion that the units are so old that there is nothing else to do. We called the owner again, and she did nothing. I would’ve expected a new unit ASAP, but it wasn’t the case. The place is expensive, but definitely not in great conditions. Wouldn’t recommend until they figure out the AC issue.

- Carlos Z. (8/5): State in Jaco - The property is very nice, the apartment is big and well equiped. Location is great, everything is nearby. Views are the best. Check out time should be a little later to give the visitors more time to enjoy the morning. But overall the place is great.
