- Sara (10/5): - Das Hotel und dessen Einrichtung ist wunderschön, und wenn man in die Lobby reinkommt, riecht es sehr angenehm. Das Personal leistet auch sehr gute Arbeit; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Housekeeping hat während unseres Aufenthalts das Bad und den Balkon stark vernachlässigt und hauptsächlich nur die Betten gemacht. Das war das Einzige, was uns gestört hat, aber insgesamt fanden wir das Hotel sehr schön.

Zimmer war eine Katastrophe überall Gelsen & Fliegen(kommt von der Lüftung) Essen war Ok Game Center ist ebenso eine Enttäuschung, es steht eine Zahlung per Karte ist möglich, ist es aber nicht, nur in Bar oder per Banküberweisung möglich - eine Banküberweisung von einem Auslandskonto in ein Türkisches Konto dauert sbef 4-5 Werktage :D also somit sinnlos

- Jennifer (8/5): - Tolles Hotel, welches vor 3 Monaten eröffnet wurde. Die Zimmer sind jedoch nicht die Neusten aber trotzdem sehr schön.ca. 30 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Stadt befindet sich 40 Autominuten entfernt. In direkter Nähe gibt es leider keine Läden, jedoch mit dem Taxi nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

- Mohammed (6/5): - Our stay started with more than a 1-hour wait for our room, despite the check-in being supposed to be at 2 p.m. The food and the internet are excellent; everything else is very bad. The hotel has been renovated recently, but they fixed it in a very bad way. It seems time ran away, and they wanted to open it before the season started, as the finishing shows in the pictures. Most of the workers here are not professional and are always angry for no reason. Housekeeping is horrible; I have never seen such bad quality cleaning in any 5-star hotel before. Honestly, for such payments, we expected much better services. I don't recommend this hotel 👎

Highlight of the trip was definitely the food. Kudos to the cooking and service crew. Wine quality could be a bit better, that is the only negative!

Yemekler oldukça lezzetli, içkiler de oldukça kaliteliydi. Basit otel içkisi servis edilmiyordu. Bir çok otelde tatil yaptım bu bağlamda yeni yönetimiyle kaliteli bir yolda giden bir otel olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Tekrar gideceğim. Bütün otel personelini çok teşekkür ederim. Özellikle Barmen Batuhan'a, animasyondan Harry ve İbrahim'e. Servisten Orhan, Barış ve Gizem'e çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Chaises longues sales, chaises restaurant usées... Sinon, emplacement parfait, beau hotel qui demande un peu plus de finition dans le services et hygiène. Deja vu mieux à ce prix dans le même endroit (lara kundu antalya)

Ze dragen geen mondkapjes en staan zo dicht bij elkaar in de rij dat ik ruzie moest maken omdat ze in mijn nek zaten te hijgen. Kamer is heel gedateerd. Eten was wel goed, genoeg variatie en kwalitatief.

- Sali (10/5): Vi är supernöjda! - Vi åkte på vår bröllopssemester hit o vi är jätte jättenöjda!! Rekommenderar starkt. Hotellet är så mysigt o fint dom har allt tycker vi. Mat finns alltid nånstans på deras många olika matställen och vi var nöjda med maten, det finns hur mycket som helst och alltid nånting för alla på buffén. Ibland är språk kunskaperna inte dom bästa hos vissa men man kan alltid bli förstådd på något sätt. Det var rätt så nära till centrum att gå, och vi gillade centrum mycket. Dom flesta människorna där är så trevliga även om dom gärna vill man ska köpa såklart haha så är dom så snälla o hjälpsamma endå. Till Old Town Kaleiçi tog de ca 30 min med taxi, 20-30 till Düden Waterfalls, rekommenderar dom ställena starkt, så så fint!!! Ca 20 min t flygplats m taxi. Sista kvällen gick vi på hotellets konsert för första gången och vi var så imponerande o överraskade hur bra det va. När jag varit på semester innan har det inte varit så bra kvälls underhållning men så duktiga var dom, hade hyrt in en mongolisk dans/akrobat grupp som kunde göra allt möjligt. Ångrar att vi inte gick dom andra kvällarna också för det var jättebra underhållning. Ja allt var bra vi är supernöjda och vi skulle kunna tänka oss att komma tillbaka absolut.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Ein großes Hotel mit gutem Essen - Der Service ist super, ein Büro nur für Belange der Gäste, Essen war gut, leider ähnelt die Sitzatmosphäre eher einer Kantine. Die Mitarbeiter sind scheinbar sehr “gebeutelt“, sie funktionieren, sie würden ein bisschen mehr Gehalt, ein bisschen lockerere Führung und zwei Tage die Woche frei verdienen, anstatt nur einen Tag.... doch das ist eine Vermutung. Pools sind super für Kinder, 1,1m, so dass Kinder stehen können... Strand ist exzellent. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

- Ela (8/5): Prachtig hotel, dichtbij airport.. - Een heel fijn hotel om lekker uit te rusten, leuk concept en mooi uitzicht (Vlakbij het vliegveld). Ook hebben ze heerlijk eten en leuke activiteiten. Echter vond ik de kamer wat minder. Een tribleroom is een doubleroom met extra bed die niet lekker slaapt. Helaas konden ze hier ‘niks’ aan doen.

- mahmood (2/5): فندق ذو خدمات ضعيفة - اخترنا الفندق لانه ٥ نجوم والمفروض يجب ان تكون الخدمة فوق الممتازة ولكن في الواقع كانت الخدمة تحت المستوى المطلوب تاخير في تسليم الغرف - تاخير في توصيل الامتعة والحقائب وصل التاخير الى ١٠ ساعات مماادى فقدان بعض الملابس - طاقم استقبال غير مهذب وغير مهتم بالزبائن - غرف صغيرة - خدمة الغرف ادائهم بطئ جدا
- mahmood (2/5): لاانصح بالاقامة في فندق venezia palace - ملخص اقامتي في فندق veneza موقع الفندق جميل التفاصيل الموجودة من مسابح وحدائق والعاب ومهرجان الاطفال جميلة بالنسبة للخدمة في فندق خمس نجوم مثل veneza دون المستوى المطلوب طاقم الاستقبال وكذلك طاقم الخدمة غير مهذبين بحيث يترتب عليك اةحمل حقائبك بنفسك وكذلك اي شي تحتاجه يجب عليك ان تجلبه بنفسك مكان السكن بعيد عن الاستقبال مما يضطرك الى الذهاب بنفسك وقطع مسافات طويلة الطعام ردئ جدا وعند دخولك الى المطعم فسوف تشم روائح كريهة الاهتمام بالاشخاص القادمون عن طريق الشركات السياحية اما القادمون عن طريق حجز مثل موقعكم او المواقع الاخرى لا احد يسأل عنهم الانترنت شبه مقطوع نصيحتي بعدم الاقامة بهذا الفندق

- Sabina (10/5): Fantastisk upplevelse - Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på venezia palace. Vi bar en vecka där och utbudet och variationen på maten var fantastisk. Varje kväll var det nån aktivitet, teater, disco, mm. Kul för hela familjen. Åker gärna igen dit. Supernöjd

- sedat (4/5): Terrible hotel . - Had to ask everyting 3/4 times before they did it. Most hotelpersonel verry unfriendly. Food was only chicken en turkey meat and all the time overcooked or burned. Never again to this hotel.

В целом, Отель когда-то соответствовал видимо уровню 5*, в данный момент 3+, Есть персонал, который работает как в 5*, большинство персонала, не отвечает на вопросы, не выполняет своих прямых обязанностей, только мило улыбаются. Это guest relation- за все время пребывания не смогли решить ни одного задаваемого вопроса. Reception - Не владеют информацией об изменённых рейсах, в отсутствии гида. Сделайте пожалуйста комнату потерянных вещей, это не страшно, а то создаётся впечатление, что отелю очень нужны наши панамки, кепки и другие пляжные вещи. Ну и конечно хотелось бы чтобы гостей в отеле было меньше, чем вы принимаете, так как нет места для приёма пищи, не хватает столов, не хватает лежаков и т.п.

- muhammedmalik (8/5): - Otel genel olarak güzel bir otel ama daha cok aileye hitap ediyor. Yemek cesidi az ama yemek lezzeti genel olarak iyiydi. Çalışanlar sıcak kanlı özellikle animasyon ekibindeki çalışanlar cok cana yakın kisilerdi.

- Zvika (10/5): A very pleasent stay for 4 days. Real all included - Every things were just perfect. The huge pool, the beach, the extraordinary food, the special restaurants (only Burano, the fish one was not satysfied). The aircondition was noisy and weak, but it was fixed very fast.
