• Éric (6/5): Très moyen - Accueil très bien, mais l'insonorisation des chambres est à revoir, d'un côté les trains , de l'autre la circulation. Le petit déjeuner à 15€ c'est de l'abus vue sa qualité.

However the room was not clean (stains on sheets and towels, traces on walls, and some bugs in rhe bathroom) and we had to pay for extra cleaning service to get clean sheets every day (even if we change rhem ourselves).

• Marcus (4/5): - Property was directly at a train station where reconstruction happened all night, as well as freight trains going through during the night. Horribly loud - no place at all for a hotel. Keeping windows closed also didn't help with noise. There is also no ventilation in the room. It says there is one with a 30min timer when pressed - but that is out of service. A table top fan is provided, but that makes only noise and wind, but doesn't give fresh air. It's a place one really shouldn't stay for longer than maybe a night.

Clean room, near to train station, lot of restaurants options near by, 24hour reception, a room equipped with small kitchen and all required kitchen stuff. Friendly staff. 24hr laundry option. Breakfast was basic.The room cleaning is after 10 days as it’s an apartment style hotel however you can request on extra charge. Overall it was good.

I've been there 3-4 times as is convenient for me: direct on RER B to Paris and to CDG airport, nearby my company, I can eat in the room (thanks to nearby supermarket and small kitchen in the room) if too tired to eat out. Overall is a good business hotel and I recommend if you need to stay in the area.

La fenêtre laisse passer un courant d'air froid (je ne parle pas de l'aération normal). De plus il y a des travaux de nuit en ce moment sur les voies ferrées juste à côté de l'hôtel, si la fenêtre laisse passer l'air elle laisse également passer le bruit. Je ne reviendrai pas.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bonne surprise - Mieux que ce à quoi on s'attendait. l'intérieur était propre (mais ça c'est normal), on a même eu un petit balcon qu'on avait pas spécialement demandé (le mobilier du balcon n'était lui pas dépoussiéré). Je ne peux pas garantir que ce sera le cas dans toutes les chambres mais notre salle d'eau était une douche à l'italienne plutôt moderne bien que pas neuve. La litterie est tout à fait correcte. Les WC ne sont pas séparés de la salle d'eau. Le seul bémol est le bruit des trains stationnant à quai ? dû à l'extrême proximité (vue directe sur les rails) de la gare de Massy ainsi que le bruit de la laverie de l'hôtel qui doit se trouver au RDC (nous avions une chambre au 1er étage). Ces bruits sont davantage dérangeants si vous espérez dormir en journée mais pas gênants pour la nuit. Une colonne d'air était présente dans la chambre. J'ai déjà eu des chambres plus chères moins bien que ce studio. La réception ouverte 24 sur 24 est un vrai plus. Vous pouvez rentrer à l'heure que vous voulez grâce à un code, une fois l'enregistrement effectué. L'accueil du personnel pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux et toutes les ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas dans la chambre. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
• Mohamed (4/5): Breakfast Stoled Flavor - I traveled with group of my friends. We surprised that the Hotel dining area is the same reception area! which both not enough for 15% of Hotel guests. Unfortunately, tow strangers inter the Hotel and stole my wife bag include money, passport during breakfast time !!!!!!. The Hotel Staff so kind to not ask anyone what are you doing here. After we reviewed camera , the 2 persons who stole were clearly obvious that they are very suspicious. Hopefully Hotel management review what happened as it was very painful for group of families were in vacation.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Simple et pratique - Hôtel pratique mais temperature toujours trop élevée à l’intérieur, cela fait plusieurs fois que je le constate, quelle que soit la saison. Clim non fonctionnelle dans la chambre
• Brian (8/5): Agréable - Le studio est agréable, récent et spacieux bien qu'un peu poussiéreux l'ensemble reste propre. Tout est fonctionnel et il ne manque rien. Malgré l'effort d'isolation au niveau de la fenêtre si vous êtes côté train vous les entendrez légèrement passé toutes les demi-heure. Je regrette qu'il n'y ai pas de vrai volet roulant mais uniquement une sorte d'abat jour ce qui ne permet pas d'avoir une chambre bien sombre la nuit. Par ailleurs si vous ne déconnecter pas l'électricité au central, une veilleuse vous tiendra compagnie toute la nuit. Dans l'ensemble satisfait de mon séjour mais quelques améliorations à apporter ne ferait pas de mal. Je tiens tout de même à ajouter que le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique !

The staff are lovely and helpful but do not have a lot of suppot because of the model in which this place is run. Pretty Average; if you have another option don't bother staying here.

• Aseem (4/5): Okay but not great - The staff was brought and the room was alright with a super convenient kitchenette. However, the location of the room was right on top of a restaurant in the street and therefore there was a lot of noise until midnight; it was difficult to leave the window open and sleep. Couldn't shut it and sleep as it used to get hot. Apart from that there was this weird noise from within the hotel like a boiler which was a pain and gave me a headache. I am supposed to come back and stay here for another 18 days later but would not chose to stay if there was a better option around this location.

Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisinette, ni la TV et le Wifi, donc pas de remarque particulière sur ces éléments. En points négatifs, il y avait un jour important sous la porte qui laissait rentrer pas mal de lumière, et il faisait très chaud (en février, pas trouvé la commande du chauffage). Beaucoup de petits bruits divers qu'on n'a pas réussi à identifier mais suffisants pour troubler le sommeil. On entend un peu les trains (l'hotel est juste à côté de la gare), mais ce n'est pas vraiment gênant. Et nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner qui nous semblait vraiment léger pour le prix demandé. Bref, un peu moyen au final.

• Robert (10/5): Lovely place - It was convenient, close to metro and shops. Clean. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.
• Brian (4/5): A/C problem - The air conditioning in this hotel was not working at all and as a result the room was far too hot. Only solution was to open the window, but the hotel is right by a large railway station. If A/C worked it would be perfectly acceptable as with window shut trains can be ignored more easily.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Decent but expensive - The condition in total is OK, even without room cleaning and desk closed at night. But rather expensive.
• Mark (6/5): Mixed bag. - Firstly the good bits. Room was pretty nice with sitting room/dining room/kitchenette and separate bedroom. Mattress was firm and quite comfortable. The area is on the up with some nice eating options. Hint - cross the railway lines for even more options. Now the bad. There was a left over pizza box underneath the kitchen cabinets when I arrived. And with no room cleaning on stays under 5 or 6 days it was there for the duration of my stay. Probably still there now ! But the worst bit was getting in. On arrival the hotel was locked and no staff were working. Apparently we should have been sent an access code for the gate and combination for the safe in which were our keys. But this hadn’t been sent. We managed to get inside when another guest got through the gate. The I spent best part of an hour on the phone to the Hotel management who said that the code should have been sent to me by Hotels.com and that he was unable to provide me with the safe code. In fact all could suggest was that I booked into a different hotel or wait in the hope someone else arrived who did have the safe combination. Fortunately this happened and I got to my room. But I’m sure this situation will arise again and there needs to be a better way to resolve this. Do be aware of this if you expect to arrive late.

• TES (2/5): チェックインできず - チェックインポリシーがわかりずらく、18:00を過ぎて到着してしまったため受付には誰もいない。 誰とも連絡が取れず別の宿を取る羽目に。翌日も間に合わないためやむなく2泊別のホテルに。 次の朝連絡が取れたがキャンセルできず、両方の宿の料金を払いました。 私が悪いのかもしれませんが非常に残念でした。

• Antonio (10/5): Very Clean Reasonable Price for Paris - The hotel is very nice and very clean. If you want to visit Paris, and would want to stay in a modern hotel with updated amenities, I would recommend staying here.
• Niels (4/5): Jeg ville vælge noget andet - WiFi er langsomt. Der var problemer med mit adgangskort - og der er ikke nogen i receptionen om aftenen og natten. Man skal betale for room service.
