Sandy beach. Bus service. Whilst Apartment is very functional and well equipped it lacks some comfort. There were a few niggles that we informed owner of.
• Agnieszka (10/5): - If you're looking for relaxation and peace Canyamel is the place for you. Coves d'Arta is just a 20-minute walk from the apartments. The owner is friendly and helpful, the apartments are clean, and the heated pool was a bonus — we often had it all to ourselves during our stay.

• Renata (10/5): Would recommend - The pool was nice and heated, it is located in a calm, small town, suitable for people who wish for peace. The apartment was clean, had all the needed utensils and amenities. Tablets for dishwasher and washing machine were provided. It was easy to find parking in the vincinity. Our favorite part was the friendly cat named Toti - don't forget to say hi! Although there is a washing machine, we would have liked to have a couple more towels included for the length of our stay.

Abbiamo lasciato le valige nella stanza con la lavatrice.. ho trovato tutti i vestiti umidi.. probabilmente troppa umidità nella stanza.. alcune cose sarebbero da sistemare perché un po barcollanti ma ha funzionato tutto bene ugualmente..

• Lisa (9/5): In der Nebensaison würden wir definitiv wieder kommen:) - Der Pool war toll und die Lage. Wir haben es sehr genossen eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine zu haben!! Wie schon öfter erwähnt sind die Wände und Decken dünn wie Papier. Wenn man hier empfindlich ist, und die Apartments neben und über einem belegt sind, kann es schon ziemlich laut werden.
• Wim (9/5): Perfecte accomodatie. Dicht bij winkels en zee. - De digitale communicatie, zo waren we in de gelegenheid het een en ander op ons gemak te vertalen. De aanwezigheid van vaatwas- en wasmachinemiddelen. We waren aangenaam verrast door de afmeting van het appartement, de aanwezigheid van veel extra's en de bergruimte. De host zorgde direct voor aanvulling van servies en ontbrekende items op het moment dat we erom vroegen. Dat wat kapot was werd direct gemaakt. De host reageerde direct om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. We waren bijzonder gecharmeerd van de kleurige en moderne uitstraling van het appartement en de rest van de locatie. Het verwarmde zwembad met het bubbelgedeelte was een onverwachte verrassing. Een van de weinig dingen die we misten waren horren of andere 'anti-mug'attributen.

• Hajnalka (9/5): - We choosed this place because of the heated pool. In April, it was a great choice, we could use it almost every day. The apartment was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable. It was clean and they changed our towels if we wanted to. The beach is beautiful, Coves d'arta is very close, even by foot. The walls are very thin. During our stay, unfortunately we got very loud neighbours who were shouting until midnight, but we told the owner and he took care of it the next day. But overall, it was a great place to stay in Mallorca.

• Nicoline (9/5): Een goed verzorgd complete gezellige locatie om het midden/noord-oosten van mallorca te verkennen - De locatie was gezellig ingericht, mooie zitjes bij het zembad. Ook het appartement was gezellig en compleet ingericht. Wat meer keukengerei was wenselijk geweest. Er was een vaatwasser maar deze moest je snel aanzetten omdat de borden op waren! Dus erg compleet. Een positieve verrassing voor ons was ook het zwembad, dit bleek verwarmd te zijn, je kon medio april er zo in wandelen, dit was zeer aangenaam. Eigenlijk niets, een goed verblijf om het noord-oosten/midden van het eiland te verkennen. Genoeg horeca in de omgeving en een mooi strand

Vielen Dank...ich war schon oft auf Mallorca, hier ist man sehr gut untergebracht. Preis/Leistung top!

• Patricia (10/5): Génial. Excellent rapport qualité prix - Nous sommes arrivés vers 11 heures et dès que l’appartement a été nettoyé la personne à l’accueil nous a donné les clés. Le vrai plus c’est que au mois d’avril la piscine est chauffée. l’appartement est très bien équipé lave vaisselle,lave-linge… Notre chambre donne vue piscine et il n’y a pas de volet juste des rideaux bien épais, mais pas suffisant pour filtrer la lumière du matin.

Die Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Da wir recht früh im Jahr da waren, gab es niemand an der Rezeption. Der Ort ist sehr einsam gelegen.

• Rafał (9/5): Polecam obiekt i właściciela pomocny i przyjazny 9/10 - Wyposażenie, wszystko co potrzebne było łącznie z ilością kapsułek do zmywarki i pralki na każdy dzień duży plus odpowiednia ilość parteru toaletowego przestronny taras i basen z podgrzewaną wodą o tej porze roku super sprawa. Odpływ pod prysznicem nie odbierał dobrze wody która wypływała na przedpokój, klima też wymaga przeglądu.

• Carolin (9/5): Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte einen tollen Außenbereich. Auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist nah am Strand und ein Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett! Der Parkplatz war sehr eng und es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es für 4 Personen ein wenig mehr Teller und Gläser gegeben hätte.

• Tuana (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war ideal für einen entspannten Mädels-Trip! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen direkt tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Highlights in der Umgebung. Die Lage ist top. Der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und traumhaft schön. Für einen Kurzurlaub mit einfachen Ansprüchen ist die Unterkunft perfekt: ein Pool, freundliches Personal, eine Waschmaschine sowie Strandutensilien wie Schirme stehen zur Verfügung. Wer Lust auf mehr Trubel hat, erreicht Cala Ratjada mit dem Bus in etwa 20 Minuten. Zwar ist der Ort eher klein, aber für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub genau das Richtige. Auch die Coves d’Artà sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer haben anfangs etwas gemüffelt, aber das Personal hat sofort freundlich reagiert und uns etwas zur Beseitigung des Geruchs angeboten.
• Shannon (10/5): - Brilliant staff. Pool was nice and warm. Lovely and quiet. When people were noisy staff dealt with the situation with no hesitation. Definitely stay again. Location was great and staff were amazing on saying where the best places were to go.

• Casa Dana (2/5): Nie wieder - Generell ist die Unterkunft ganz schön. Sehr groß und hell mit schönem Balkon und Aussicht auf den Pool. Die Dame am Empfang war immer freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Der Ort und der Strand sind wunderschön. Auch der Garten und der Pool haben mir sehr gefallen. Wegen eines Notfalls konnte meine Tochter mit Kind die Reise nicht antreten. Ich war also alleine und nur 4 von 7 Nächten im Apartment. Habe um eine kleine Ermäßigung gebeten. Diese wurde mir nicht gegeben! Eine Unglaublichkeit. Zudem waren viele andere Dinge sehr ärgerlich. Da wären: Desolater, vergammelter Zustand der Wände und Türen Das Inventar der Küche war mehr als eine Katastrophe und eine absolute Frechheit. Die Schränke hatten keine Einlegeböden und keine Türen. Somit konnte ich meine Wäsche in dem Schrank kaum unterbringen. Die Eingangstüre hat geklemmt und ich habe sie kaum aufbekommen. Einmal musste sogar jemand kommen um mir aufzuschließen weil das Schloss defekt war. Die gesamte Arbeitsplatte in der Küche hat geklebt. Eines der Fenster war 3 Tage lang nicht abschließbar und somit hätte jederzeit eine Person in das Apartment einsteigen können. Es gab nicht einen einzigen Ganzkörperspiegel, keine Garderobe oder irgend einen Haken, an dem man etwas aufhängen hätte können. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war total locker usw....
• Giulia (9/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal, alles lief sehr unkompliziert ab. War in der Nebensaison super ruhig in der Unterkunft und dem Ort. Der Pool war angenehm beheizt und die beiden Katzen haben sich über Streicheleinheiten gefreut ☺️

• Grazia (8/5): Gemütliche Wohnung für einen tollen Strandurlaub - In der Küche war alles da, sogar Mikrowelle und Kaffeekapseln für den ersten morgen, danach haben wir uns weitere im Mercadona gekauft. Sehr bequeme Kissen, haben super geschlafen. Sonnenschirme, Strandtücher und weitere Strandutensilien, sogar Sonnencremes konnte man sich an der Rezeption ausleihen. Sehr praktisch, wenn man nur mit Handgepäck reist. Pool und Außenbereich haben wir leider gar nicht genutzt. Dann beim nächsten Mal :) Die eine Seite der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche war klebrig, aber hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wahrscheinlich wurde sie kurz vorher geölt oder so. Das Waschbecken im Bad war ein bisschen zu hoch und es waren keine Haken für die Handtücher vorhanden. Sonst alles gut.

• Emma (9/5): Het bedrijf was fantastisch, ideaal gelegen en het heeft zeker voldaan aan de verwachtingen! - We hadden duidelijke instructies ontvangen via whatsapp over hoe en waar we de sleutels konden vinden. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, zelfs potjes voor de wasmachine. Een zeer aangenaam en ruim appartement, zeker voor 2 personen. Gelegen vlakbij een prachtig strand. Ook een winkel is vlakbij te vinden. Het was een prachtige vakantie. Wanneer we de afwasmachine of wasmachine gebruikten, kwam er heel wat water naar boven vanuit de wasbak.
• Florent (9/5): Idéal pour découvrir l'Est de Majorque - Notre appartement au 4ieme étage était parfait : une vue montagne/mer, un équipement complet, une propreté agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et réactif (une réponse à un problème à 22 h par whatsapp !). Canayamel est une jolie localité au calme (pas de boutiques à touristes).
• Gwenaelle (10/5): Appartement au top et idéalement situé ! - Vraiment super. Appartement bien agencé avec tout ce qu’il faut. Hyper appréciable d’avoir deux dosettes de lessive, et quelques capsules de café , thé et sucre. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Il y a même les jeux de plage , et parasols, mais aussi les serviettes de plage. Donc pour l’équipement, rien à redire. Emplacement idéal, à côté de la plage et des petits commerces/restaurant, avec quelques petites balades à faire dans le coin. L’arrêt de bus est également tout proche. J’avais réservé cet endroit pour la piscine chauffée au mois d’octobre, et je ne regrette pas! Il a plu le premier jour et nous avons pu passer 2h dans la piscine c’était top! Bref, je recommande vraiment ! L’insonorisation, pas top quand on a des voisins assez bruyants jusqu’à 3h du matin…
• Tanja (8/5): Lage und Personal Top. Zimmer und Ausstattung könnten etwas besser sein - Gute Lage und sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Die Einrichtung war schon ordentlich abgenutzt. Küchenausstattung nicht so gut. Es war nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, die Schlafzimmer leider nicht.
