Al reportarlo en recepción y solicitar un cambio de habitación, nos hicieron esperar más de tres horas hasta recibir la confirmación del gerente. Durante ese tiempo, intentaron que regresáramos a la habitación alegando que el problema ya se había resuelto. Además, en el lobby del hotel había varias personas que parecían acompañantes cuando llegamos, y durante la noche se escuchaban puertas de habitaciones abriéndose y cerrándose constantemente. En base a nuestra experiencia, no lo recomendaría en ningún caso.

- michele (8/5): - El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, aproximadamente a unas dos cuadras atrás del malecón, barrio tranquilo, hay un supermercado a dos cuadras, y ciertos restaurantes en el área. El desayuno se toma en el restaurante a lado del hotel, es a la carta y si tienen varias opciones pero no se puede repetir nada, cualquier cosa adicional es de pago. La conexión de internet no siempre llegaba a la habitación.

Parking was excellent and easily accessible, which was our main priority. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the Colonial Zone, and the area felt safe throughout our stay.

Servicio engañoso, rente una habitación para 2 adultos y 2 niños con 2 camas y cuando llego al hotel solo había una cama Queen, y me dicen que eso fue lonque yo seleccione cuando se perfectamente que no fue asi. Además el cuarto huelia mucho a humedad, mi bebe de 2 meses se paso todo el tiempo estornudando. No volvería a quedarme en ese hotel otra vez.
