Jede Menge Ungeziefer im Zimmer. Die Preise für Essen und Trinken in der Unterkunft sind sehr teuer und eigentlich nicht gerechtfertigt. Alle Zimmer können mit dem gleichen Code geöffnet werden.

- Siobhan (10/5): - Perfect location to visit Plitvice Lakes, walking distance to entrance 3. We stayed the night before going to the park which meant we were able to get up and head into the park early and leave our car at the hotel which was perfect. Incredibly quiet and peaceful whilst we were there. Staff were lovely and very attentive, providing us with any help and info as needed. Apartments were lovely and had cooking facilities (though you did need to get any pans/utensils from reception - not a problem to do this at all though). My partner ate on site and enjoyed the food provided and generous portions (including the packed lunch). I did not as I'm vegan and there were not any options on the menu (to be expected due to location etc. and not a problem at all due to the cooking facilities available). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone planning on visiting the park!

- Srilekha (10/5): Great Stay at Etno Garden Apartments ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - We had a wonderful stay at Etno Garden Apartments. The location is unbeatable—right outside Plitvice National Park, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the park early and avoiding crowds. The apartments were very comfortable, clean, with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to departure. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, and it was well worth it—a good spread with plenty of options to start the day before heading into the park. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring Plitvice. Highly recommend!

The bottle of Croatian wine was excellent. Did not realize it was a $30 taxi ride to and from the bus. Minimal selection of wine by the glass.

I highly recommend spending the night here before going to the park. The outdoor feel really sets up the experience. On site restaurant is big plus.

The staff were amazing, beautiful location, 5minutes walk from the gate of the Park, very comfortable, enough space, nicely decorated, very good vibe, good size rooms, even the restaurant was very fine. - Marianne (10/5): - Die Lage von Etno Garden ist ideal, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Eingang 3 zum Nationalpark entfernt. Das Auto kann man also stehen lassen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, sowohl in der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend - ein Lob der Küche! Warmes Essen ist von 13h bis 21h möglich, das heißt wann immer man hungrig von der Besichtigungstour zurück kommt, ist es möglich zu essen. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Zimmer ist etwas hellhörig, was aber kein Problem war.

- Deborah (8/5): Great resort in the National Park. Quiet and comfortable. - The little apartment was comfortable and close to the entrance of the park. The restaurant for dinner had excellent food and wonderful service. The resort is in a nice quiet location. Very peaceful. The very small bathroom needed a towel bar or hook somewhere, and a shelf in the shower for soap. Either that or installed soap dispenser. The little kitchen had no utensils or plates, just a few cups. Perhaps put that on the website so people know to bring their own.

- lbarker (10/5): Fabulous! - This is a fabulous place to stay in Plitvica selo. Staff are so lovely and helpful with a great restaurant and food. The walk to entrance 3 of the lakes takes just a few minutes and beats all the crowds at the other two entrances. Highly recommend arriving there at 7am to have the place to yourself for a while before it gets too busy (we visited in August). Also follow the route suggested by the hotel staff - it was a good suggestion and took around 5hours to complete. The accommodation is a little oasis of calm and beauty and I'd definitely stay here again if in the area. N/A

- Guillaume (8/5): - Excellent location, beautiful apartments, very friendly and helpful staff, less than 10 minutes away from the park's "third" entrance (although it is not an official entrance, it is open for customers of these accomodations and people are there to check tickets -- I believe tickets from both entrance 1 & 2 work, we had tickets for entrance 1). The sink was a bit broken and the water in the shower was switching from very hot to very cold randomly several times per shower, which was annoying.

The room was spacious and already set up with full bedding for my kids. allowing everyone to feel right at home. The room was very clean and up to date. The area around the property is very peaceful and we spent time reading out in the garden, enjoying the view. The food in the restaurant wasn't the best, but the staff was friendly and kind. I would return if I ever have a trip to Plitvice again.

- Stephen (8/5): Your base to explore heaven. - First of all Plitvice park is heaven on earth, so anything more comfortable than sleeping on hard rock would have been enough. But this property gives you much more than that. It's 3 minutes walk away from entrance 3, making it a perfect base to enjoy the park. Our room was very elegantly furnished, had everything we needed and the staff were super friendly. We arrived at the park by bus but the bus stop is around 15min drive from the hotel. So we needed a taxi to get to the hotel and we felt a bit robbed paying 30€ for such a short ride. Maybe the hotels in the Selo Plitice area could jointly arrange for a shuttle bus between them. Also the restaurant, while beautifully decorated and with super-friendly staff, could improve the food quality a bit. It wasn't bad, far from that, but the price to quality was a bit off. I'd still suggest eating the trout though. Delicious.

The staff was very welcoming, helpfull and nice. It is very close to an entrance - walking distance - to the National Park. The restaurant is in very nice place, mainly the outer area, the serving was wonderfull - the lady who served there was very very nice and kind. The food was also great. I can say there is no such thing but two very small piece, the bed matrasse was very very very very soft and for us - very subjective - it was not the best, and there was no bin basket in the room just a small one in the bathroom. But keep in mind this is just because this field is here and everythin was magnificant.

They patiently answered all our questions, which were many :) Everything was very clean and we had a very comfortable sleep. The room was quiet and surprisingly large. The location is great, it's very close to the entrance to the park, so after arriving we didn't need a car anymore. The food was also excellent, everything was really delicious. Warm recommendations.

We recommend that you visit the restaurant at least once because the ambiance is pleasant, the food is excellent and the prices are fair.

My rental car tire had a slow leak and they filled it up both mornings we were there AND gave me their contact info in case something happened during the day and we needed help. The room was beautifully appointed with a lot of space. I would highly recommend staying at Etno Gardens if you want to explore Plitvica Lakes!
