- Fuensanta (4/5): Not recommended. - The staff very friendly but “justifying” the hotel costs. Hidden costs. The website gives you a price and ending up paying more. Not able to provide business invoice. The rooms extremely small. The bathroom right next to the beds, almost the door touch the edging of the beds. If somebody go to the bathroom, all the room ending up smelling. Very uncomfortable!!. The price high for the service. Not recommended.

- Daniel (3/5): No es apto para el descanso - La ubicación Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas, con costo cerraba la puerta del baño, como el espacio era tan reducido la separación entre las habitaciones era muy poca, se podía escuchar todo lo que ocurría en las habitaciones contiguas, vómitos, gritos, entre otros.

Muchas gracias !! - Quiero felicitar a todo el staff y al gerente del hotel, se respira orgullo por su trabajo , desde que llegamos el Sr que recibe el auto con una muy buena actitud ., Check inn muy buen servicio, la habitación impecable ,cama cómoda almohadas perfectas , toallas nuevas e inmaculadas. Mantenimento del hotel y la habitación perfectos. Cuando realizamos el check out pura buena actitud de otro elemento En resumen muy recomendable por todo lo mencionado y por su buena ubicación.

- Hazel (8/5): Cómodo y confiable. - Muy buena ubicación, no se siente aislada o solitaria la calle donde se ubica el hotel. Restaurantes afuera del establecimiento. Habitaciones sencillas, pero cómodas; con todo lo suficiente para pasar una estadía de 1 máximo 2 noches. Cafetera, café, 2 aguas gratuitas, TV, secadora, caja fuerte, escritorio, frigobar para meter tus bebidas. El baño es pequeño y algo incómodo para necesidades especiales. No utilizamos el estacionamiento del hotel, pero hay un estacionamiento público a 1 cuadra y cobran $80 MXN toda la noche (9:00 pm-8:00 am).

Al parecer también el wifi no funciona bien en los pisos superiores, nuestra habitación era amplia con cama king size, un inconveniente fue el baño algo pequeño e incómodo.

- Imelda (10/5): Hotel Magico BW Taxco - Location was excellent, just far enough from the central plaza to be a little more tranquil. The room, king with private terrace, was well appointed. We had a wall mounted TV, mini fridge, coffee maker with supplies for two, hair dryer, private bathroom with excellent water pressure (hot water a plus for Mexico) and mini split with AC. The valet parking was a plus. We arrived late morning, mid week, and luckily were able to check in early, saving on parking. The room included two water bottles and coffee supplies per paid night, more was available for purchase. The only thing that was lacking was WiFi speed, the service was rather poor. It could be that Taxco as a city does not have a good internet service? I think other hotel reviews mentioned slow/no Internet. It made watching online shows impossible, but they did have several cable channels available.
