janice (6/5): Worst stay of our trip. - The beds were not comfortable at all and the mosquitoes drived us crazy! We could here all the noise and coming and going of the other guests. I have to say the bathroom was very good in size and a huge bathtub.
Maria dolores (8/5): - No tendría inconveniente en repetir. Bien en general. Lo peor fue que nos despertaron los de la planta de arriba, se oye el ruido en otras habitaciones. Para mejorar que la television fuese un poquito más grande para los que ya vamos viendo menos. Aparcamiento no vigilado exterior incluido.

Toño (10/5): Agradable y Tranquilo - Hotel ubicado en un pueblo pequeño pero turístico. En cuanto a la Reserva, fué muy extraño porque Expedia me pasó una Factura con IVA incluido y el cargo al banco ha sido superior...

Javier, Maria José, his wife, and daughters were a joy and made us feel at home. This is great time of year to travel ... no crowds and more time by host to dedicate to guests. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sheila (6/5): Correcto para el precio. Sin pretensiones. - El hotel es correcto con lo que ofrece, habitación grande y limpia, cama cómoda, baño amplio. El personal es correcto sin ser especialmente agradable, el chico que lleva el hotel es atento. Como puntos negativos diría que es un poco complicado llegar hasta el hotel y que al baño le falta un repaso ( en concreto a la bañera) Se agradece que este recepción abierta hasta tarde porque da mucha libertad. Una pena que el desayuno no este incluido el precio , lo haría más atractivo.

JAVIER (2/5): La mejor forma de estropear un fin de semana - No puedo opinar sobre el hotel ASTUR REGAL, ya que cuando llegamos a allí no habían recibido la reserva, culpa del hotel o culpa del hoteles.com, no lo se, pero estaba lleno y no tenían reserva a mi nombre. Nos realojan en otro hotel , en otro pueblo a 10KM, que no tenia nada que ver con el que habíamos elegido, ni el hotel ni el pueblo. Llamamos a atención al cliente de HOTELES.COM, se lo contamos pero no recibimos ninguna solución. Al final tuvimos que quedarnos donde nos habían realojado. Al final hemos tenido que pasar el fin de semana en un hotel que no habíamos elegido, pero que desde luego tuvimos que pagar, y todo después de hacernos 400Km para desplazarnos, que forma mas simple de estropear un fin de semana que se llevaba tiempo planeando y por lo que ni el dueño del hotel, ni HOTELES.COM, se han dignado a pedir disculpas. Como comprenderán, señores de HOTELES.COM, después de esto, no se si dar mi opinión sobre el hotel ASTUR REGAL, o darla sobre HOTELES.COM, o mejor me la guardo.... Como soy educado, me despediré de ustedes con un saludo, pero que conste....no se lo merecen y espero que el comentario se publique, para que los demás viajeros sepan como funciona el hotel ASTUR REGAL y como funciona HOTELES.COM.
