• JASKARAN (2/5): - The property is not maintained well and the staff is quite untrained. The area is too peaceful but the overall rooms well too rubbish.
• William (2/5): - Thus is the first hotel room where I could not find TV connected, bedlight socket not there no iron to iron my clothes, no water to drink, towels were dirty. I will never recommend. Better return my money. I did not attend my conference and left the hotel early morning to go home.
• Maclovell (2/5): - This hotel is not up to standard. The photos online are completely misleading — the place looks nothing like what was advertised. When I asked for a refund because of the false presentation, the staff refused and offered no help. The experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save your money and choose a place that actually delivers what it promises.

• Darryl (2/5): - The owner was out getting something at the store. I could not check in. Therefore, I went somewhere else. I paid for no service.
• Stephanie (4/5): - I was very taken back by how the staff was when I went to check in. There was another customer in front of me and asked for the wifi password and when they left, the front desk lady walked away after looking at me at the counter. I then had to open the door and ring the buzzer to get her attention and she said "what the hell is his problem now" and then took another 5 minutes to come to counter to let me check in. She tried to even get me to pay again when I had pre paid. The room was clean but I didn't feel like it would have met standards. The shower curtain had a lot of stains that looked pretty questionable and looked like blood. The shower had looked like it wasn't cleaned fully. The bathroom lights were missing two of the three that were in there. The bedside light looked like it was one string away from falling off, also didn't work. The inside door had looked like someone took a hammer to it multiple times. And another thing to add to the staff, when I went to check out, I pressed the buzzer to be let in and I saw the front desk lady roll her eyes at me, and when I handed her the key and said "I'm here to check out" she tried to make me pay yet again. I'm not one to leave bad or long reviews but after my experience, I wouldn't want anyone to have a similar experiences as I had felt very unwelcome, unsafe and just overall unpleasant.

If I had a choice to stay somewhere else I would have, but short notice left this as the only option that wasn't miles outside the city.

The woman who greeted us was very stern and questioned why we were there, even though I had already booked online. All of it I went home in few hours

We never stayed. We asked for owners number. He called me back and said he would cancel our reservation. The area was in poor shape. Didn't even want to see what rooms looked like

Only a 1/4 inch of toilet paper left in bathroom. I had to contact expedia to get any service for check-in. No one was present to check out. The bed was comfortable. No wi-fi password given.

The floor was missing potato size chunks the walls looked like someone had been hitting it with a hammer the room stank like old cigarettes and body odor, the top lid to the toilet was sitting on the bathroom counter. Not as advertised, no coffee maker was in room, had to ask for it along with everything that should have been with it. No place to hang a coat. Dresser draws were not clean, would not unpack and use them. Seem to be alot of people hanging around and coming and going all times of the night.

• shanefX7313JK (6/5): Decent for the price - They were accommodating. Room was satisfactory clean. It was quiet. Wifi connection was more than adequate. They were upfront the price of the individual rooms as there was a few specialty rooms with various amenities. The staff didn't rush us out the door in the morning.
• Abby (1/5): Anxiety inducing - Two double beds Was not cleaned before arrival, Window hinge was completely broken and big enough for a person to walk through, window had to be bolted shut. When I opened one of the drawers there was a fresh red blood like substance on the bottom. Overall we all felt very unsafe and noticed some shady stuff happening so we left way before checkout.

• 250octavios (2/5): Bad,bad, avoid at all cost. - Not good rooms smell cigarette smoking, wasps in the room, very outdated, management very condescending, reception strong smell of curry it even make my eyes itchy, stay away save your money go else where, I checked in and checked out with in 10 minutes of seen the rooms, refund was refused lost $200 I paid for 2 rooms, went to a different hotel. Garbage save your money do not go there, someone should shutdown this place.

An unbearable moldy stench in the room The bed frame was made of 2"X6": wooden timber DYI style and broken no sheets on the bed Expensive for poor quality and unsafe condition of the Motel Expedia should be ashamed of its self for listing an accommodation like this

There were MANY bugs inside the ceiling light globes; the baseboards were seriously stained with moisture (?) or some sort of brown colour; towels looked like stained rags; and there was a lot of noise/music in parking area.

Just head to airport and sleep in your car. Didn’t have my reservation. Lady is desk is at best rude. Stay as far away as you can.

Never seen anything like it. Wouldn't stay there if my life depended on it. Was refused a refund as well. Rude. Everything. The bed linens and mattress looked like someone had bled and puked on it and the sheet that was just draped over the sofa was there to cover the dirtiest stained old cushions that I wouldn't let my dog lay on. Holes in the wall. Black dirty walls. The whole place looked like it hasn't been cleaned since 1970
• Sylvester (1/5): Should be shut down - One friendly man greeted me.. I was charged an extra $150 on my credit card and will not be using booking.com again. The room was filthy. There were no blankets on the bed, and we were given some that were very questionable. I was looking for a last-minute stay for my family, and we are somewhat traumatized now. Facility smelt like harsh chemicals . The family did not seem interested at all in running this facility. It should be shut down or used as a homeless shelter.

• Yingying (6/5): - This hotel is a prime example of getting what you pay for. It's one of the cheapest places to stay in London, Ontario, and for good reason. While it might look visually clean from afar, the devil is in the details. The heavy blanket in my room appeared to have been untouched by a washing machine for years, emanating a distinct odor reminiscent of wet dog. However, considering it was just a one-night stay, I opted not to dwell on it too much. If you're looking for budget accommodation and aren't too picky about cleanliness, this place might suffice for a short stay.
• Leontine (10/5): - Pros ; we got there pretty late and i made a reservation online with my CC before going so check in was a breeze. The man at the front desk who helped check us in was super friendly and easy going. My friend that stayed the night reported to me that the bed was very comfortable , and that the wifi worked so he was able to watch shows and stuff on his phone. He said he had stayed in much worse lol They also advertise check out as being from 11 to 1pm which is really awesome and my friend really appreciated having that extra time to hangout in the morning and have a slower start to the day Cons; he said there wasnt any toilet paper in the room [luckily he used his own] hes just too nice to complain about anything .. he also had said when he got to the room that the room wasnt the room advertised in the photos that we had booked from... i had told him to go ask if he could stay in the room we had thought we were booking based on their photos and he said "he didnt want to be a bother or be rude" again hes just way too nice to ever complain or seem ungrateful All in all ; it was my friend who stayed and he was happy with the experience overall. Thankyou so much for accomodating us

There seems to be no effort to make very necessary repairs nor is there any evidence of the rooms being cleaned regularly. The night of our stay we were treated to a police visit to some sketchy neighbours and a 4:00 AM domestic dispute in the parking lot. I was literally afraid to go to sleep and should really have given up on the room and gone somewhere safe. This place should not be allowed to be on any room booking site.

I drove up to the office, the host greeted me, showed me a room, it looked decent, but had a window facing Dundas street, and it was noisy. Smelled musty also. The parking lot was empty, there were a bunch of kids running around, playing, which doesn't bother me. The two people smoking a small glass pipe set off a few bells. There were piles of garbage piled up at the front of the parking lot also. And a bunch of stuff spread out all over the place. It wasn't a good look.
• Tak S. (4/5): - Handymen special. Electrical outlet beside bed don't work for lighting and CPAP machine. Microwave is not connected as outlet is hidden. Bathroom switch outlet cover is broken with big hole. Bathroom door knob is totally lose to point of falling off. Sink faucet control is reversed. TV remote would work after switching TV on. Ended up unplugging TV for sleep.
