Welcome to A. Verde! We are a fully refurbished boutique hotel located in the heart of Miraflores. More than just a small hotel, we offer a range of integrated services including an organic coffee shop, meals, ecological laundry, and bike tours. Enjoy comfortable accommodations in a traditional Miraflores mansion, with the added opportunity to participate in our outdoor activities. Our café is conveniently located just three blocks from Av. Larco. We provide two types of private rooms: Economic and Superior, perfect for families or business travelers who appreciate art and the charm of colonial architecture. For direct bookings, we also offer airport transportation and breakfast. Experience the best bike tours in the city, highly rated by TripAdvisor, operated by Mi Bike Lima Tours. Free biking tour available in August and September. Children over 4 years pay a regular adult fee. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IGV), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Alecio (1/5): Horrível - Nada Paguei um absurdo pelo local. Foram pagos 680 dólares, sendo que no anúncio do Bookinh estava 2900 com as taxas, o que daria 550 dólares, me cobraram a mais informando que eram taxas cambiais, falei que chamaria a polícia e me ofereceram translado até o aero de graça, 40 dólares de volta em espécie e café da manhã nos 4 dias de hospedagens. Acabei aceitando para acabar tudo, porém, o café da manhã era uma porcaria. Era literalmente 2 pães que vc podia por manteiga e geleia de morango e para beber água ou Café. Sobre o quarto, um cheiro de mofo, roupa de cama em pessimo estado, parecia um quarto de sequestro.

La recepción está llena de lavadoras, las habitaciones son terribles, el personal de recepción nos atendió bien pero luego había uno que ni hizo contacto visual, muy desagradable experiencia.

Paulo (1/5): Péssima hospedagem, descrição no site não é fiel ao que é oferecido - Apenas a localização. A hospedagem não corresponde ao que é descrito no site. Está descrito como hotel butique e, na verdade, é uma improvisação de hospedagem que adaptaram nos fundos de uma lavanderia. Custo desproporcional ao que é oferecido. Péssima higiene, quarto húmido e sem janelas, com forte cheiro de mofo. Colchão de mola nas camas são incômodos e velhos. Sem serviço de quarto, foi preciso pedir e, mesmo assim, não fui atendido. Café da manhã bem fraco e chuveiro sem fluxo de água, tornando o banho uma péssima experiência. Não mudei de hotel porque os hotéis estavam lotados em razão de um evento na cidade.

LAURA (1/5): Pior estadia que já fiquei - Nada. Pior experiência em hospedagem que já tive. Quarto e banheiro sujos e banheiro com muito mal cheiro, era impossível usar. Lençois manchados, travesseiros mofados, infiltração nas paredes. Funcionários não ficavam na recepção, difícil comunicação. Chegamos de madrugada, só por isso ficamos, saímos assim que amanheceu. Não tem como descrever o quão ruim foi. Vou adicionar as fotos, pena que só dá para colocar 4.

Es cierto que se puede mejorar algo las instalaciones, pero por el precio que se oferta no se puede pedir algo mejor. Zona muy agradable, con seguridad y zona muy comercial cerca.

Juan Francisco (4/5): decepcionante - La ubicion del hostal es un lugar privilegiado, muy buena ubicación cercano a todo caminando llega a muchos lados y cercado a estación del metropolitano que facilita el desplazamiento. la hostal es un lugar un poco complejo de evaluar, desayuno por pobre, de los días solo tome un desayuno porque fue muy extraño todo , el café servido estaba helado, mucho pan nada para combinar con el pan un cucharada de mermelada y un jugo de fruta medio tibio. para eso mejor indicar que no hay desayuno y uno lo compra porque si ofrecen muchas cosas de cafetería. Muebles algo desarmados, cuando ingrese a la habitación no había nada de servicios de baños toallas, papel higiénico, jabón y menos shampoo, se filtra duchas e ingreso al hostal es poco cómodo y para finalizar me cobraron mas de lo que booking me había indicado por el precio del hostal.

Adela (3/5): Decepcionante - Personal agradable y buena ubicación en Miraflores La habitación mucho más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos, no hay prácticamente espacio para una maleta. Mucho ruido de la calle y de la lavandería. En la ducha apenas salía agua caliente. No pudimos aprovechar el desayuno porque salíamos pronto y no daban picnic.

Giane Henrici (4/5): - As pessoas foram muito simpáticas! Apesar de errar nas contas e ter que refazer. A acomodação é péssima na tem que a ver com as imagens! Colchão mole, velho e sujo. O cheiro de mofo em que foi bem difícil de ficar no ambiente. Apesar de eles colocarem um umidificador de ar por 30 minutos qdo pedíamos. Água do chuveiro não aquece de forma alguma! Travesseiros ruins tbm. O gato que insistia em entrar sem ser convidado.Meu marido não gosta de gatos de baixo da cama. Café da manhã é básico do básico uma xícara para cada um , pão com pouquinho de manteiga um pouquinho de geléia, suco de mamão com água e só! Não oferece serviço de limpeza de quarto. Pelo menos isso não aconteceu na minha estadia. Tinha objetos vidros temperados no quarto que nada tinha haver com a decoração ou com o quarto. Não oferecem serviço de aquecimento nem cobertores a mais.

Aguilar (4/5): ESTANCIA TRUNCADA - La ubicación, estuvo cerca donde tenía mi curso y la zona es segura El precio estaba acorde con lo ofrecido por el hospedaje En la habitación que se me asignó, el televisor no funcionaba, al comunicarle a la encargada, no me dio salida.... sugerí cambio de habitación y me llevó a otra que sí tenía la TV operativa pero recién habia sido desalojada y necesitaba limpieza. Se me informó que el personal de limpieza llegaría en 2 horas. No se me dió mayor opciones y me dejaron en la habitación sin limpiar con la televisión encendida. El trato me pareció descortés por eso opté por cambiar de hospedaje.

Be careful if you come to this place. I couldn't even file a complaint because there was no complaints book in sight. If you can go somewhere else, do it.
