- Robin (9/5): The hotel was a great value for its location and staff. - The location is excellent. Located in the Congrejo neighborhood, it’s very accessible to many good restaurant options. I also liked the rooftop pool and gym, both with good views of the city. The restaurant was okay, but nothing special. My wife ordered a chicken quesadilla and recorded chicken fajitas instead. The hamburger I ordered had a sweet relish I had to remove and bacon that was all fat. I had to remove that as well.

- Paradise (5/5): Pool was nice but good and customer service were disappointing. - The pool was great and not too deep so perfect for my 12 year old daughter. Breakfast was delicious but basic so not spectacular … the sheets were really soft comfortable . The view was amazing.. I appreciate they used solar energy and promoted green energy /energy conservation… The customer service was really lacking… the bathroom lights kept on and off in the lobby area… which was annoying as it got really dark when trying to is the toilet… seems like they use solar energy so it it was quite noisy when we turned on the lights in the bathroom in the room… The French fries were undercooked, the ketchup was rancid/expired and got my daughter sick where she was throwing up…. No one looked into it even though they said they would. Had to ask them to change the sheets on one out our beds bc it was dirty as soon as we came in ! They gave us a complimentary late check in at 2pm (ie for only one hour extra which was quite stingy of them)

- Franco (9/5): Mi alojamiento de preferencia cuando viajo a Panamá - Es un hotel céntrico en Ciudad de Panamá, el staff es muy amable y atento al detalle, la limpieza de la habitación y las instalaciones. Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño con vista al skyline de la ciudad y el barrio en el que se encuentra (El Cangrejo) tiene muchos restaurantes y establecimientos a una distancia de pocos minutos caminando.

- Ayala (5/5): - La variedad en el desayuno y el sabor de los alimentos. Hice uso del resguardo de equipaje en recepción, sin embargo, entregaron la maleta a otra persona, a pesar de tener código. Fue un descuido de parte del personal de recepción y no me pudieron resolver para nada. No hicieron gestiones para buscar soluciones y de casualidad la persona a la que se la entregaron la envío de nuevo con el motorista para entregarlo. De lo contrario el hotel no se hacía nada responsable, a pesar que fue un error de ellos en el "deber de custodia".

- DCast (5/5): You get what you pay for. There’s nothing special about this hotel experience but if you need a plac - The price for the hotel was reasonable compared to other hotels. We stayed in Casco Viejo. But you get what you pay for. The staff was nice, but I would not say exceptional in the location is decent if that’s an area wanna stay Our room it seemed really had not been cleaned with care. We return to the room later in the evening, and we realized they never put any blankets or duvets on the bed. We only had sheets. The towels really hadn’t been replenished from the previous guests stay. Nor was the coffee station replenished so when we woke up early to catch our flight, we were bummed there wasn’t any coffee in the room. It was fine for one night. I guess if those things were maintained better, it’s inexpensive and decent for what it was.
- González (10/5): Si volviera a panamá, definitivamente me volvería a quedar en este Hotel! - Me encantó el trato del personal, hubieron cosas que no me parecieron pero el servicio al cliente es excelente asi que compensa lo demás. Llovió fuerte y se entró un poco la lluvia, llame para limpieza y no llegaron. Y no hay agua calienttita en las duchas.

Aircondition (Fenster sind nicht zum Öffnen). Bad und WC getrennt, tolle flauschige Handtücher. Bei unangehnemem Geruch im WC einfach Wasser in den Abfluss im Boden kippen, schon ist der Geruch weg. Tolle Rooftop-Bar im 16. OG mit Aussicht, Pool und Liegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück: warm, kalt, herzhaft, süß, Obst. Gute Lage, Parkhaus kostenlos. Nette Mitarbeiter, sprechen gut englisch. Zimmer mit Verbindungstür sind nicht zu empfehlen: zu hellhörig. WLAN nicht überall stabil.

- MARIANNE (5/5): Je déconseille - Le hall de l’hôtel est magnifique mais malheureusement les chambres ne sont pas à l’imagine de ce dernier … Le personnel est très agréable. Petit déjeuner sympa. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, l’eau qui coule partout dans la salle de bain lorsque vous prenez une douche, décoration/tapisserie très vieillot. Nous étions 4 dans la chambre est nous avions seulement 2 serviettes de bain et une seule capsule à café. La nuit le détecteur de fumée clignote ce qui est très désagréable pour dormir sereinement. La clim et la VMC sont extrêmement bruyantes. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre nous étions obligés d’aller à l’accueil pour y accéder. Il y a beaucoup d’hôtel dans le centre qui sont moins chers des prestations bien au dessus.

- Bianca (6/5): Pleasant if you get a decent room - It's a good value for money overall if you get a good room, but nothing impressive. I asked specifically for a quiet room as we were travelling with children. The room we got was right under the gym, so we could constantly hear weights getting slammed on the floor and even people running on the threadmill. It was also right in front of the elevator, which was a noisy area. Besides, the room was not cleaned properly, was smelly and the flooring was damaged. What bothered me was that when I went to the reception to complain and ask for another room, the lady tried to gaslight me that they don't have anything else available. After I insisted, she "miraculously" found another room available which was significantly cleaner and in better shape than the first room. When I book a room with a specific request, which was mentioned in advance, I expect your staff to honor it, not have to waste my time with complaining and waiting at the mercy of the staff for a decent room. For this reason, I would not stay at this hotel again.

- Stefan (9/5): - Location is cool. There are a lot of local restaurants around and a cool Cafe right across the street. The gym and the pool area were nice. The beds were comfy. We were on the 14th floor, the view was awsome. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, and you only get two. If you want more, they charge like 1.3 per capsule which is crazy expensive. I mean come on, it's a 4 star hotel you are not gonna go bankrupt if you give people like 2 per day. Also you get only sope, no shower gel or shampoo.

- EvangelinaTrucco (10/5): Excelente hotel moderno, cómodo y bien ubicado - Excelente experiencia. Es un hotel moderno, cómodo y con estándar de cadena internacional. Las habitaciones son limpias, con camas muy cómodas y muy buenas instalaciones en general. El desayuno buffet es excelente, muy amplio y variado. En nuestro caso, como salimos temprano, nos ofrecieron un desayuno para llevar, sencillo pero muy bien considerado, incluso disponible desde las 5:00 am. Además, está muy bien ubicado, en una zona segura y con varios puntos de interés accesibles caminando. Sin duda, una muy buena opción. el desayuno para llevar es bastante más simple —fruta y sándwich y jugo— y no se compara con la calidad del buffet.

Am Abreisetag gab es ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen, da wir sehr früh abgereist sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war großzügig und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Super Dusche! Parkplätze sind in der Garage kostenfrei nutzbar! --

Es liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. In der Altstadt oder am Kanal ist man in ca 15 min mit dem Taxi. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die neuesten, aber sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist stets aufmerksam und freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen sofort weiter. Nichts

- EDSON (9/5): Habitaciones con excelente vista y desayuno excepcional! - La atención de Fátima fue excepcional, llegamos antes del horario de check in y podíamos esperar cómodamente en el lobby o en la piscina, el desayuno excepcional, muy variado , las habitaciones super limpias y amplias, todo fue perfecto, cercano a estación del metro para movilizarse sin problema.
