• Kiko2021 (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Check-in/check-out process via text went smoothly. Our room was ready by 2:30pm and we were able to check in early. We stayed in Room 10 on the 2nd floor and everything was quiet throughout the night. The room was clean, fairly spacious, and well-lit, albeit with low ceilings. The kitchenette included table+chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, sink, plates and utensils. It was the off-season and the price we paid was very reasonable. Would be nice to have a hot plate or at least an electric kettle in the "kitchen." Took me a while to realize the volume control is on the side of the TV remote (the TV volume was on max when I first turned it on).

• John (8/5): Great location, nice room - The room was nicely decorated in a plain style. It was clean and have everything we needed. Nice sun deck. Quiet at this time of year. Had problems with online check-in but it finally worked. Everything here serms to be done online. Not sure if there is any staff onsite.

But great location and the parking needs to be pre-booked, but the hotel will email, and they are very good (although we didn't meet anyone) Just a little tight but not a real complaint

Easy access to main roads around Lake Tahoe. There were no instructions in the room to operate the fire place, thermostat, and TV. The office was not staffed, but the housekeeping people were very nice and helpful. They told me that ice was across the street at their sister property the Station.

• Stephen (9/5): Nice stay in South Tahoe - Nice room in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious, the bathroom small, bed comfortable. Easy walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars, and also a Tahoe beach. There is no desk staff on site but we texted with a request for more hangers, which were delivered to our door in about 5 minutes. No room straightening & fresh towels provided during our 3 day stay, but you could probably text to request that too. Checkin, checkout, communication was super easy. The walls/floor were a little thin - could hear people talking, TV, and in one case some mysterious plumbing noise.

The was a - Location was great, plenty of parking spaces Lots of text messages, emails and calls to reminder. It was a bit excessive and stressful right before our trip as I kept thinking something has gone wrong every time I received another communication from the hotel.

• Charity (7/5): A good place to stay in Tahoe,very convenient, great communication. - The rooms are beautiful and so convenient , communication is excellent.Location is so convenient and easy to find, check-in was seamless. Bed was a little too firm and uncomfortable, our bathroom handle was wiggly and hard to use.. The main door was moving a lot, at some point it sounded like somebody was trying to unlock it or shake it from outside.

• Karen (9/5): Cute clean boutique hotel within walking distance to so many places! - The Kitchenette was very convenient and the bed was one of the best mattress’s we’ve slept on. We also loved the fireplace in the room. And the whole room was exceptionally clean. The floors are thin so I wouldn’t stay on the first floor again. Our neighbors above us walked all night but this is not the hotels fault they were just inconsiderate

• Jonny (9/5): Fantastic stay in the secluded heart of the best part of SLT - Terrific Location just off the Stateline area. Walking distance to the lakefront, Heavenly Village, casinos and all the shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms, modern amenities. Love the fireplace ski lodge vibes. Ground floor rooms are the way to go. Like many hotels in Tahoe, the Jeffrey is a "no Front Desk" type hotel. You communicate for check in, any issues, check out etc via text. The staff was always available and always very helpful but lacking a physical staff presence in the lobby was wierd.

The location was great as well - .5 miles from Heavenly. The number of messages the hotel sent prior to check in - in 5 days I got more than 15 messages regarding the stay - most of them redundant.

Liked the fireplace too, however it stopped working on our second night. Unfortunately it was not clean, floor and surfaces were sticky, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There were hair on the bathroom floor, and on the towels were long black hair as well.

• Albert (9/5): Pleasant stay at a fair price. - The price was fair, and the location was pretty decent as well. Wish there were some bottled water in the room. Had to go to a nearby Target to have drinking water.

• Page (10/5): - The hotel was very warm, well put together, and inviting. I appreciated how it was close to everything as well. The room was very clean and I really liked the fireplace that was inside of the wall. The bed was comfortable as well. It would have been nice to have staff on property although you were able to text back and forth and receive messages very quickly.

• candy (8/5): I liked it a lot and would return - It was very clean, nicely decorated and convenient. Solid shower. Comfy bed on the firm side which I like. The touch sensor night lamp was a great touch. They have a coffee machine but an electric water kettle is needed. Having at least one staff there would feel safer. Zero in person staff

• jenell (8/5): Convient - The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was nice . Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Safe area. We left something in the room and the staff immediately contacted us and arranged for pickup.

• Mary (8/5): - Clean, well designed room, comfy bed. Small electric heater to warm up the bathroom before taking a shower was a nice touch. But while the room heater/air conditioner had a cool remote control so you could adjust from bed without having to get up & change the thermostat, it was just way too loud! That sadly made it very hard to sleep.

• Christian (7/5): Decent Hotel With Some Minor Issues - Modernized hotel with super convenient parking right in front of the room. The shower in our room was built incorrectly. It slopes down and away from the shower. Result: There was no way to avoid a flooded bathroom after every shower. The bathroom light was super crazy bright and on a motion sensor that you could trigger by turning around in bed and that you could not turn off. Result: woke up multiple times being blinded by the light.
