Katasha (5/5): My summary of this stay: it was only a short layover, and honestly, it was not worth it. Unfortunate - The hotel staff, especially the gentleman at check-in, was phenomenal and very helpful. He answered all my questions and provided useful information about breakfast and airport transportation. What I did not like was that some areas could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. What I did not like was the dimly lit room, lack of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, and being bitten throughout the night, which made my sleep very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.
German (8/5): Buena elección, cumplió con lo que necesitaba - Hotel cómodo, habitaciones amplias, baños amplios y muy limpios, cama excelente, personal muy atento, amable y agradable , solo estuve una noche porque viajaba al otro día a playa blanca y acá mismo me consiguieron el transporte hacia ese sitio. A pocos metros hay varios comercios muy útiles y restaurantes Necesité un computador y los dos que hay no funcionaron. Podrían brindar al menos una botella de agua por habitación al llegar, un pequeño detalle que mejoraría la experiencia

The area is in an unsafe location, one street to the north where a casino is located. has gangs, drug dealers, and ladies of the night out on the street. First appearance of hotel. Needs front area and entrance upgrades. After ck-n step into the elevator, found very dirty with trash. Once in room. Found floor to be what looked like ashes. In the evening, for shower found mold on the tile floor corners along glass wall. Mold around shower control. Mold in behind the fake plastic tiles. Under the sink counter, dirty and dusty. First afternoon Informed front desk staff housekeeping had never come by to clean. They never did show up. Finally, on the morning, I was leaving housekeeping showed up. The morning breakfasts were not worth the extra that was paid during room booking. Hot food was cold, coffee was cold, eggs looked as cooked the night before. Breads stale, tosters barely worked ( pushed down three times to get bread to brown ). Juices 5% juice 95% water. Area somewhat clean but needs improved.

Julia (6/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das erste Zimmer roch etwas unangenehm und es war eine Baustelle unmittelbar daneben. Da ich wegen einer sehr frühen Ankunft schon für die Nacht davor gebucht hatte, war man aber sehr entgegenkommend und hat mir ein besseres Zimmer mit Blick nach vorne / auf die Stadt gegeben. Es war aber gut schallisoliert und man hörte die Strasse nicht. Es war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, es gab einen Safe, Fön und eine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu machen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt angemessen.

Laura (5/5): No repetiría. Calidad precio no merece la pena - Me gusto la ubicación y el trato del personal sobre todo. La habitación era amplia. Que te obliguen a pagar toda la estadía y la pierdes si te quieres ir! Llegue por 15 días y desde antes de llegar ya tuve problemas. Mi vuelo se retrasó y llamr a decirlo entraba despues, pese haber pagado esa noche no querían garantizarme reserva y llegaba de madrugada con un menor de edad, tuve que ponerme fuerte por teléfono para poder tener donde dormír. Luego al llegar fueron amables pero NO repetiría. La calidad precio no merece la pena. Los ascensores van MUY mal, se estropean constantemente y las tarjetas no van! En el lobby una semana de 2 que estuve NO había aire acondicionado. Si quieren tranquilidad no lo aconsejo porque harán una discoteca en la terraza y se escuchará mucho ruido. La publicidad es engañosa, la cafetera no es de cápsulas es de sobres jaja. Lo que salvo mi estancia fue el gran trato del personal que no tiene la culpa los dueños no den un correcto funcionamiento del local! Yo estsbs en la última planta y el agua caliente costaba que llegara, tenia que esperar unos minutos Cón grifo abierto para ducharme! En los baños no hay para limpiar inodoro después de hacer necesidades, es antihigiénico eso! La entrada del hotel estaba llena de hojas y la limpiaban solo una vez al día. Lo que más se quejaban corriente era del ascensor. Hubo hace años una inundación y los ascensores se afectaron y NO los cambiaron, cuanfo se estropean vi al del lobby arreglar y no a un especialista. Creo que sobrecargan de trabajo al pobre personal qur es muy encantador pero no repetiría por calidad precio por un poco más las noche te vas a otro mejor hotel. No tiene piscina abierta desde COVID!

Kevin (8/5): Great & very comfortable Stay with slight mishaps - The beds were most comfortable, and slumber came with rare ease and sweetness. The morning repast was abundant in its offerings, with coffee presented in many pleasing varieties. The accommodations were kept in admirable cleanliness, and the staff conducted themselves with great courtesy and diligence. The housekeepers, in particular, performed their duties with remarkable care and excellence. The road leading to the hotel proved somewhat troublesome, though it is understood that such a matter lies beyond remedy. Parking in close proximity to the establishment was scarce, and the elevator key cards did not always perform with consistent reliability. After bathing, my chamber bore a curious scent, though this condition may vary and perhaps will not trouble future guests.

Quiero reconocer especialmente a Cristian por su atención, su amabilidad y su buena energía. Se nota cuando alguien hace su trabajo con dedicación.Me encantó la habitación, muy cómoda y con una hermosa vista. La ubicación es excelente y el ambiente del hotel es muy agradable. La inauguración del bar en su interior fue un gran acierto; cuenta con una mesa de billar y un espacio acogedor, ideal para relajarse sin salir del hotel. Es un lugar perfecto tanto para alojarte por motivos de negocio como para una visita personal. En sus alrededores hay muchos comercios y restaurantes donde puedes comprar comida y disfrutar en compañía. Sin duda, una excelente opción para hospedarse.

I love the location of the hotel close to the metro , supermarket , restaurants and most of the staff was pleasant and helpful . This is my second time staying at Exe Oriental Hotel in Panama City. My reservation was cancelled on the day I was arriving and I was told it’s because it was a full house . I made my reservation weeks in advance and chose “pay on arrival” , so that was a turn off for me . I also explained a situation and it wasn’t met with any consideration . Apart from that my stay was good .

Carol (9/5): Thanks for the upgrade! - We were supposed to have a junior suite but because it wasn’t available we were upgraded to the presidential suite on the 11th floor. The room was lovely and very large with a big closet area with more light. Front desk staff were good at both check in and check out. We had stayed one night two days earlier and we appreciated that they stored our bag for us when we went to Contadora Island until our return on Sunday. The morning breakfast was fine but the hot food items (like the potatoes) were not warm. The elevators can be finicky with the key cards and you may have to try multiple times.
Carol (8/5): Good stay overall - We arrived on a red eye flight and expected we’d have to drop our bags off and go out for lunch before checking in as we were several hours early. To our surprise they said our room was ready and they allowed us to check in right away with no additional cost. We were very happy about that. The room was a bit dark and there was only 1 garbage can in the room (next to the toilet and to be used for toilet paper.) It would be much better if they added an additional garbage can in the main room as well.

There was construction outside all the bedrooms so noise from 7am. Bedrooms were stuff and felt like the AC needed cleaning. Elisabeth (10/5): Empfehlens - Sehr großes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Bequeme Betten. Gutes Frühstück. Nahe der Metro-Station, etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Licht war sehr spärlich, es könnten mehr und bessere Lampen sein.
Dario (3/5): - Das schlechteste Frühstücksbuffet, dass ich seit langem gesehen habe. Alles noch kalt, Wurst und Käse gefroren, das Brot steinhart.

Daniely (4/5): Hotel com estrutura bem decepcionante. - A localização era boa e a equipe foi muito atenciosa. O banho era frio, não havia telefone no quarto para contatar a recepção e o café da manhã era bem fraco, pães "dormidos" e pouca opção.
Felicia (9/5): My stay at Exe Oriental Panama was very comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located downtown. - My hotel stay was nice as the room was clean, bed was comfortable, sizeable living area, shower was spacious, minibar well stocked, and ample shampoo, hand gel, shower gel, and conditioner. Well worth the money and excellent location! The first 2 nights my television was not working. I didn't report it because I was very busy enjoying the city and didn't have time to watch television. It would have been nice to have on just for background noise. Once I told the front desk, they had maintenance personnel come immediately.

K. (4/5): Adequate - Price, and the young lady who checked me in and out. Hang on to her. Old and beaten up. Repairs have been made but with the absolute cheapest materials. Mould in the shower and the shower tap could not be turned off. Cracked window and sink. The desk chair was broken the cheapest I have seen and the seat won’t last longer. There is more, but summed up as cheap repairs make a hotel seem cheap.
Jill (8/5): Convenient location, decent stay. - The staff where great! It’s about a 5min walk to the train station. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The shower wouldn’t get warm, the elevators are small, my keycard didn’t work, had to walk up and down to the lobby at least 4x
Thomas (9/5): Ich habe den Aufenthalt im Hotel verlängert. - Das Hotel ist das sauberste Hotel, das ich in Panamá City benutzt habe. Alles funktioniert, die Geräte im Gym funktionieren, die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es gibt einen Parkplatz den man ohne weitere Kosten benutzen kann. Die Klimaanlage funtioniert sehr gut, ist aber etwas laut.

Mitch (7/5): Relatively good atmosphere, and value for money - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special kudos to lilly and Erica at the restaurant. Free breakfast is always good. The WiFi was our main problem at the hotel.... Sometimes it was shotty, and we couldn't watch movies or play games on the phone. The lack of a pool was also a little concerning, as most hotels offered a pool.

Emily (1/5): Worst hotel stay ever. - Absolutely nothing. This hotel was completely misrepresented online. The staff was a detriment to the experience on more than one time. There was never enough food at breakfast even early in the morning, and the sheets were disgusting and stained. We tried asking for new ones but were never given them.
Thorsten (1/5): Nie wieder!!!!! - Superior bezahlt Standard erhalten, da im Superior um einen ein weitere Bett stand und dazu noch schmutzig. Bezahlt Superior keine kleinen Badtücher, keine Kaffeetabs für die Maschine k,ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer.
