- Karel (1/5): Het verblijf voelt onveilig en vies aan. - Locatie was top Het lijkt wel dat de kamers worden gebruikt als een verblijfplaats voor mensen die geen kans hebben op de huurmarkt. Er wordt geleefd op de gangen en de douches zijn smerig. Het toilet was beschadigd en er is drugs te vinden op de toiletten. Tijdens ons verblijf had een ontevreden klant een barkruk door het raam gegooid. De sleutel werkte niet en de muren zijn filterdun. Echt een afrader, best dat je iets anders zoekt want dit is een onveilig en smerig verblijf.

- Afropacific (1/5): I recently stayed at this hostel in the Netherlands and unfortunately had a very disappointing stay. - Nothing with the exception of the location. I recently stayed at this hostel in the Netherlands and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The overall condition of the hostel was extremely poor. The property felt dirty and disorganised, and basic hygiene standards were not maintained. The shared bathroom facilities, particularly the WC, were in an unacceptable state and clearly not cleaned regularly. Safety was also a major concern during my stay. Many of the guests appeared to be long-term occupants with concerning behaviour, including heavy alcohol and possible drug use. There was even a violent incident in our 10-person room around 12:45 am, which made the environment feel unsafe and unsettling. Security within the hostel is seriously lacking. The lockers provided by the hostel were either broken or tampered with, leaving guests with no reliable way to secure their belongings. I had to consider finding external storage for my backpack due to the high risk of theft. In addition, the noise levels throughout the night made it very difficult to rest, and several facilities in the hostel were not functioning properly. Overall, I cannot recommend this hostel. It does not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or security, and significant improvements are urgently needed.

- Laura (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Nothing, the place is a total dump. Unclean and unhygienic. The police were outside questioning guests about illegal activity when I arrived, need I say more. The property refuses to refund me and booking.com has been no help at all. not good enough!

If you want to stay 9 homeless man that’s your hostel. Room was poor ventilation and smells like someone who doesn’t shower in their life. I felt danger when I stayed because expect people who are travelling city but those people are drug addicts. There are no soap and toilet papers in the toilets. Each floor 20-30 people using 2 toilets and 2 showers, there is no place to secure your belongings. Also I am the only woman I saw during my stay.

La première nuit, comme nous sommes arrivés le soir, nous n'avons trouvé personne pour nous accueillir. Du coup, nous avons dû dormir dehors, sans notre voiture, car il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible à cette heure-là. De plus, nous avons décidé de quitter cet endroit pour aller dans un autre hôtel. J’ai parlé avec la personne concernée pour obtenir un remboursement, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de leur part. Du jamais vu : 1 300 euros à la poubelle pour avoir réservé avec le groupe pour rester dans cet endroit.

- Marcelo (1/5): Es la Hostal del terror, la peor del mundo. Olia a gato muerto, estaba con basura por todos lados. - solo la ubicacion, lo demas es como un lugar del terror. Es realmente Fatal estaba todo sucio, no habia seguridad de nada, vagabundos y drogadictos se meten a tu habitacion. Y en mi caso, habia alguien que olia horrible durmiendo en mi cama. Realmente me lo tome con calma, porque todo parecia muy peligroso. Por suerte Booking intento ayudarme, y finalmente la hostal no hizo nada. El lugar es realmente peligroso. Hay gente muy muy rara, y que no tienen nada el perfil de ser turistas o de andar viajando para conocer. Tambien llego la policia a media noche, porque habia alguien robando cosas. Tuve que dormir en otra cama esperando que no viniera ningun delincuente y abrazado a mi mochila. Una experiencia horrible.

- Raquel (1/5): Do not fully recommend - Close to the center No WiFi in the room; There is no one to support/help/open the door until 12 PM; they also do not pick up the phone; Lookers were broken (except 3 that were being used) - which means I had to spend money to save my luggage in the Rotterdam central station Smelly sheets (although clean from a visual point of view); Some bathrooms were not working; Not warm water (only one bottom, no regulation of temperature); Entrance looks extremely sketchy; I payed 2 nights, could not stay more than 1 and I usually stay in hostels across Europe and outside the Euroregion. Most of them are quite nice, but this one was not at all what I was expecting.

The staff was friendly The cleanliness of the hostel wasn the greatest, I thought I saw bed bugs but can't be sure. There wasn't any curtains for the windows so if you stayed out late and wanted to sleep through the morning you'd be blinded by sunlight.

- Lizi (4/5): - Location is great walkable from the city center and station also We were in a room with no conditioning and one window only for 8 people.in the room there was cleaner lady living and other girl just living there it was very smelly at first then we demanding opening one tiny window.bedsheets were already on and you dont have option to take new ones and make bed on your own.cleaner lady demanded sheets were clean although they had stains on them.bunk bed first floor is very low basically you sleep on the floor.in the shower hot water is a problem we could not shower.our room was in female dorm and it was all the way up the last floor.stairs are veeery steep so consider that also if you are traveling with suitcase it would be quite challenging.wi-fi is only available on first and second floor.there is even no connection on the last floor so we had to just sit on tge stairs downstairs for wifi.only good thing about the facility is location thats all.would not recommend the particular one we took which was 8 bed female dorm

Muy sucio, olía fatal en todos lados, las duchas no funcionaban en la primera planta y en el resto salía agua muy fría, la que se alojaba era rara y la gran mayoría tampoco tenía una higiene mínima. El baño de la primera planta muy sucio, en peores condiciones por la mañana, tras la madrugada (vómitos). Teníamos dos noches reservadas ver Rotterdam y luego irnos a Ámsterdam y decidimos irnos una noche antes a pesar de perder el dinero. Daba miedo.

Le rapport qualité/prix. Cette chambre pour 2 était plus chère que celles que j'ai réservées avec Booking.com à Madrid (février 2026) et Rome (avril 2025), et le standing est nettement moindre. Le rapport qualité/prix est très mauvais.
