• Tereza (8/5): good overnight stay - Great locality. Its a large flat with more rooms and common bathrooms. Equipped with common coffee machine, kettle, fridge. Room was very large. The room was quite cold from the floor. You can hear whats going on in the flat.

• Daniela (10/5): Excelente elección - Fácil y cómodo el check-in y las instalaciones muy ordenadas y limpias. Nos permitieron incluso dejar las mochilas allí unas horas después del check-out. La.habitación enorme y con unas vistas increíbles. La cama súper cómoda y las toallas muy buenas. La ubicación del alojamiento para nosotros fue perfecta. La zona tiene varias opciones gastronómicas a pocos metros. Los mensajes e instrucciones desde que contraté el alojamiento fueron siempre claras y precisas. Clean and well organised. Good bed, closet w hangers and shelves, desi and chair and bed side tables wit lamps. Everything one needs. The bathrooms were soacey and clean. Friendly and good service. -

• Andrzej (10/5): An incredible place with every detail reminding you that you are in this unique country and city. - I did not expect such a well-organized place. Check-in and check-out were exceptionally efficient. It is clear that the guest is the center of attention and that all their needs are taken care of at a high level, considering the competitive price of this accommodation. A truly exceptional feature is the coffee machine with a variety of high-quality refills, juice and water in the room, and personal care products in the bathroom. The place is close to the bustling center of Pisa, with countless places to eat in various price ranges. Right downstairs is a typical Italian restaurant. And the room was quiet. Since my bathroom was across the corridor, I was worried about any noise, but it was quiet because I do not think anyone else used the bathroom except me. All worked perfectly and there is nothing I could criticise.

• DINGDING (10/5): - 本来以为只会得到一张床，结果是一个房间，非常整洁和赶紧，配套的东西很完善，绝对超过期待，很可惜比萨是一个小的旅游城市，只为了旅游住一晚不是必须的。但是以后只要需要住宿，我仍会选择you & me.

Owner is direct in a corporate way when in direct co - The location was excellent, near the river and amenities nearby. Rooms were dated but clean. The fact that it was sold as a hotel and only in small letters it told it was a shared bathroom and the fact that it was dated. Tips: - Amenities in room were low, maybe a minibar or some drinks/coffee machine would be nice. - Host was direct in a corporate way, not something one would expect in the hotel industry. - The floor was clean, but made the property look bad. Break out the tiles and put some laminate or something in, makes it look so much better (and then one can also charge more). I know hotels in Holland which offer better service for the price, so thats something to facilitate. From an hotel appraiser.

• Kseniya (7/5): Good quality-price ratio in April, but not for those people who like silence - The position is very good. So is the value for money (it didn’t cost much in April). Not for people for whom silence is very important. The acoustics in the flat is very loud as it’s an old-style apartment with old doors. Some of the rooms are just opposite the entrance door or the bathroom (like it was in my case). I heard every single person as if they were in my room. Moreover, during the night I was woken up several times by some man’s crazy loud shoutings that came from the apartment above my room (it was really scary…). So, basically, I didn’t have a rest at night :(

• Jana (9/5): Sauber und komfortabel, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Autonomer CheckIn, Anweisungen erfolgen zuvor über Email, Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Preis enthalten, für 6 Zimmer gibt es 2 Badezimmer mit WC + Dusche und ein weiteres WC. Shampoo, Duschgel und ein Fön sind in den Bädern zu finden, zudem waren sie sehr sauber. Wasser im Zimmer, auf dem Flur Kaffee- und Teeauswahl. CheckOut ebenfalls sehr einfach Die Ecken des Zimmers hätten sauberer sein können, Ausblick von unserem Zimmer war auf den Hinterhof. Aber Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist kaum zu toppen.
