• Martin (7/5): - difficult to get hot water in one of the showers. plug got stuck in the washbasin.
• Jan (8/5): - Er is voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Zowel binnen als buiten. Er zitten schimmels op de muren in de slaapkamers en de badkamer.
• Julia (5/5): - Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Betten sind super und es war sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, in zwei Minuten am Stand und in 20 min. Im Zentrum von Port de Pollença. Genial ist der Garten. Hier gibt es einen Pool, im Herbst leider zu kalt, aber richtig genial eine Tischtennis platte und Billard. Hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht hier die Abende zu verbringen. Leider gab es ein paar Probleme. Die Spülmaschine hat der Geschirr nicht gesäubert. Zudem gab es rostige Stellen in der Maschine. Es wurde mehrfach ein Service Mitarbeiter geschickt, leider ohne Erfolg. So mussten wir für 6 Leute eine Woche von Hand waschen. Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption teilweise sehr unfreundlich und wir würden immer nur vertröstet. In einem Schlafzimmer haben wir am letzten Tag eine feuchte Stelle an der Wand mit Verfärbungen wie Schimmel an der Wand entdeckt.

• Paul (9/5): - Great location. Comfortable Villa. 2 shower rooms with toilets and one additional toilet. Four comfortable bedrooms all located in the same part of the villa so really good for family. Lovely private pool that the kids loved. Loads of towels for the rooms and the beach. Fantastic location less than 100m from the beach. There were just some little niggles at the property. The dishwasher didn't work well - we ended up washing up by hand. The fridge seemed to keep everything too cold even though we tried to adjust the temperature - the cucumber and salad froze! In one of the shower rooms the shower temperature was lukewarm at best. There was a drainage issue for one of the showers, but we called reception and this was sorted out within a couple of hours. None of these were big issues, but would stop me rating it at 10/10.

• Kerry (9/5): Overall we all had a fabulous time. Villa great and location good. - Clean, very spacious and comfortable with plenty of outside space. The use of the pool, pool table and table tennis were great. Loads of clean towels… excellent! Staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. A couple of citronella candles would have been great. We all suffered bites on our first night before we had chance to buy some. The pool had some loose tiles and one member of the party cut their toe on the filter in the pool. Wasn’t serious but the pool filter should be made safe.

La cocina no estaba bien equipada: no había tablas para cortar ni cuchillos en buen estado, y en general necesitaba una mejora para estar a la altura del alojamiento. La ubicación es tranquila, cerca de la playa, pero algo alejada del centro de Puerto de Pollensa (unos 20-25 minutos caminando). Lo más complicado fue la falta de agua y la baja presión durante varios días, lo que nos dejó sin agua caliente para ducharnos. Por suerte, nos ofrecieron una habitación en un hotel cercano para poder bañarnos, lo cual fue un buen gesto por parte del anfitrión. A pesar de algunos puntos positivos, como el diseño y la cercanía al mar, no creo que volvería a alojarme en esta propiedad. • Vicky (6/5): We had an enjoyable stay but this was mainly due to the company not the villa. We’ve stayed in other villas and this one - Location was great. The beds were comfortable. Great pool with plenty of seating. It’s not possible to use both showers at the same time which is not ideal with 6 people and often the shower was cold. Kitchen wasn’t very well equipped to prepare a meal. We were expecting the villa to be cleaned during our stay but this didn’t happen. The towels were changed the day before we left which isn’t ideal. On arrival we were charged tourist tax, this was unexpected as there was no mention of this in our booking confirmation.
• Claire (10/5): Very enjoyable! - The location is great, the house is spacious and especially the outside area was a real highlight! The kitchen was not super well equipped considering the houses is set up for 8 people. Bigger pots or pans were missing which made cooking a bit tricky.

• Alix (6/5): A pleasant stay. Has lots of potential but could be better - The space on offer at the property is great. Location is good close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The villa could have been cleaner. Air con was on and off - not consistent No welcome pack - instructions on anything or the area Lots of mosquitoes around the pool area - I have never been bitten so much and we travel a lot! Not sure what the issue was but perhaps some kind of spray / or intervention on this would have helped. We didn’t have the same issue at the hotel pool.

• Bland (7/5): Good - The pool table, living room, bedrooms, clean & fresh great size for families. No domestic cleaning supplies, tea towels or kitchen bins, no welcome book, no calk for pool table, dishwasher was very poor. Pool extremely cold, we did not use it. Steps to the villa were dangerous with no lighting.

• Oliver (4/5): We booked this Villa a year in advance for a family holiday with 3 adults and 3 children aged 6 and 12. The accommodat - Positives - Size - the Villia is very spacious and easily accommodated us. Our group was aged between 6 and 66 years old so we had a wide range of needs and having the personal space is a really beneficial to have a break for the group. Pool - on arrival the pool was clean, warm (no heated) and more than big enough for the kids. Adults can easily stand up in the deep end. Location - close to the beech and a short walk to the restaurants and harbour. Pool shower - the indoor shower on the ground floor was really useful, and the kids preferred using this after being in the pool in the afternoon. Pool table / table tennis - a nice addition to get out the sun for a while and keep the kids entertained. Towels both pool and accommodation - plenty of towels provided. Late check out - we were able to check out at 3pm which gave the kids another morning to use the pool. Washing machine - really useful to have and saved on some washing before we returned home. Negatives We updated the Villa staff via the booking.com app several times with our arrival time but despite this and arriving after well after check in time there was cleaning staff still working when we arrived. Not a major problem but after a fairly long trip with young kids not ideal. Late check out - we were able to have a late check out which ultimately we weren’t charged for. I had emailed several times before arriving to be told they wouldn’t know until we arrived. We ended up speaking to several members of staff over the next three days at the Hobby Club hotel (who manage the Villa) when it was eventually confirmed. Not a major issue but seemed unnecessarily complicated. Layout - There’s no facilities on the ground floor for keeping drinks cold so you have to keep going to kitchen on the first floor, a fridge and power points would be useful on the ground floor to save having to go in and out of the apartment. No cleaning - the apartment is supposed to be cleaned every 3 days. We asked on day 4 and the maid came the following day but only left some clean towels in the entrance that were still bound together. No cleaning took place. No toilet rolls or toiletries restocked (as per the included facilities). Having already been to the Hobby Club 4 times I decided to email and eventually got a reply the day before we were due to leave to say we could come and collect more toilet rolls but nothing about cleaning the apartment. The pool was not attended to at all in our stay and towards the end of the week had begun to go murky from all the sun tan lotion etc. we noticed that as the week went on more mosquitoes were flying about in the garden around the pool and we ended up with more bites than we have had anywhere before. This stopped us using the pool. The aircon on the balcony has a drain that empties straight on the grass next to the pool.
• Jane (6/5): Bit disappointed in the property - It was very spacious - great location for the beach. When we had issues the staff at the nearby hotel were good at sorting them. It hadn’t been cleaned properly; there were no instructions relating to the villa - how ti use equipment, checkout etc; we were missing several items ( glasses, crockery etc ). It felt like a forgotten add on to the Hobby empire. Photos were a bit kind to the property - essentially it was a residential building, overlooked by other properties.
• Hilary (10/5): A fabulous spot for a family holiday - It was really easy to be in; lots of room inside & out. Pleasant views. Pool table , table tennis & lovely smallish pool- perfect for kids. All towels even for pool provided as was shampoo & conditioner. Literally less than 5 minute walk to shop & beach A few things would have improved the kitchen: a salad bowl, a filter coffee maker and a few more cooking spoons.

• David (9/5): All in a very good stay, property was excellent - location was good, close to beach and small supermarket. Center of town a 10 min walk. Pool was great to have. Very spacious villa with a huge outdoor entertaning area also. Hoast were very accomodating Property was ment to be cleaned every third day, but we were only staying 5 nights so the property was not cleaned mid stay. Not a big issue as only staying 5 nights and plenty of towles were supplied.

• Paul (9/5): Spacious villa, ideal location for our family holiday. - Spacious villa, ideal for our family holiday. Good sized pool with excellent shaded seating area adjacent to the pool. Very good quiet location, 5 minutes from the beach and a short walk to nearest supermarket and local restaurants / bars. It was great to have the benefit of the reception at the Hobby Club apartments just over the road from the property for any queries or assistance if needed. All receptionists extremely helpful and friendly. Only minor issue we had was Wifi dropping out for a couple of days. Towels were only changed once during the week, two changes would have been preferable.

• Susan (8/5): Very good - Good location. Property was spacious Beds were poor quality. Kitchen layout awkward, in particular trying to open fridge. A toilet at pool area would have been useful. Property could do with a bit of a makeover. Cleaning service provided only one in the week
• Mary (8/5): had a lovely week with the family and would go there again - lots of space for us all. good swimming and games facilities plenty of bathroom space as well as towels and washing machine very creaky beds in one of the rooms it would have been useful to have some information about local restaurants and facilities
