• Alessandra (10/5): Esperienza da 10 e lode - La struttura e la camera sono incantevoli: stile liberty un po’ retrò ma di estrema eleganza, ben curato e accogliente. Un incanto da ammirare. La location è comodissima, proprio di fronte al mare. Stanza con vista mare spaziosa, luminosa e molto pulita. Bigliettino di benvenuto e caramelle omaggio molto apprezzati. Minibar ben fornito. Colazione molto varia e di buona qualità, ce n’è per tutti i gusti. Quello che però per me hanno fatto davvero la differenza sono state la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Ho avuto un’emergenza di salute durante il mio soggiorno e il personale in reception è stato tempestivo e di estremo supporto in un momento molto delicato; ho veramente apprezzato la cura e l’attenzione ricevuta. L’approccio umano e genuino dello staff ha determinato l’esperienza di soggiorno, assolutamente più che positiva. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutto il personale.

• Marta (3/5): - Lage, sehr zentral Service überfordert - beim Frühstück hat fast alles an Essen gefehlt, man musste für alles 5x nachfragen. Man hat uns eine „Suite“ mit Aufpreis von 30€ aufgedrückt, null Mehrwert. Das ganze Hotel ist EXTREM hellhörig, man hört jede Klospülung, jede Tüoroffnung.

• Rosy (6/5): - Staff gentile, posizione comoda e strategica per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. Nota positiva e che quando ci siamo accorti che la camera era duplex (per noi un piccolo problema) ci hanno assegnato una camera con ulteriore bagno al piano di sopra adiacente camera da letto. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e l'esperienza è stata discreta. Tuttavia al momento, giorno prima, della partenza abbiamo chiesto di lasciare la stanza alle 15.00 invece delle 10.30 e ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di 100 euro, a dir poco eccessivo e poco flessibile, visto oltre tutto che l'hotel non era per niente al completo. Questa mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente ci ha rovinato un po' l'impressione finale del soggiorno. Consigliamo di arieggiare maggiormente gli ambienti, in quanto abbiamo percepito odore di chiuso e leggermente di muffa.

• Martin (9/5): Top Strandlage, sehr freundlicher Hotelchef mit persönlichem Shuttle-Service und ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet - „Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer hervorragenden Lage direkt am Strand – besser geht es kaum. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der äußerst freundliche und engagierte Hotelchef, der sich persönlich um die Gäste kümmert und sogar einen Shuttle-Service zum Auto anbietet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, frisch und sehr lecker. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!“

• Anastasia (10/5): - У нас был люкс двухэтажный с видом на море, берег в процессе строительства, поэтому вид был на кучи песка и экскаваторы. Сам отель очень красивый, завтрак был вкусный. В отеле нам посоветовали рестораны куда можно сходить на ужин. Нам понравилось. Своей парковки у отеля нет, но нашу машину отвезли на охраняемую городскую парковку.

• Sølvi (10/5): Et vakkert hotell med perfekt beliggenhet og fantastisk god service 🩷 - Hotellet er vakkert, og har en perfekt beliggenhet midt i sentrum. Stranden ligger rett nedenfor og der kan du både bade og nyte solnedgangen. Det er nydelige restauranter rett utenfor døren. Personalet er utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, og det er en familiær stemning. Du føler deg hjemme og godt ivaretatt. Det er nydelig frokost, og rommene er rene og delikate. Hotellet er en perfekt base for deg som ønsker et godt opphold i Sestri Levante.

• Elif (10/5): Globalement, très belle belle expérience dans cet hôtel. - La chambre sur 2 étages avec vu sur la mer est absolument magnifique et lumineux +++ avec des très grandes fenêtres, c’est très original. Il convient de clarifier les conditions d’utilisation de la plage, nous sommes resté 1 nuit, nous avions le droit d’utiliser la plage le jour de notre arrivée sans frais mais pas le second jour. L’utilisation de la plage est de 40 EUR par personne. Le check out est à 10:30.
• Isabella (6/5): schönes Hotel für einen kurzen, stop jedoch eher unbequem - Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage war gut man hatte auch einen Shuttleservice, der einen zum Hotelparkplatz gebracht hat. Und das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. auch viel Auswahl für Leute mit Laktose und Gluten Intoleranz. es ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen das Bett ist auch sehr hart. Von dem her haben wir nicht so gut geschlafen.

Die Lage ist perfekt direkt am Strand mit hoteleigenen Liegen. Die kleine Snackbar ist super und das Essen ist dort sehr lecker. Man ist auch zu Fuß gleich in der sehr schönen, kleinen Altstadt von Sestri Levante. Nichts

• SOPHIA (10/5): fantastico - Di questo albergo mi è piaciuto tutto, stupenda la posizione, personale super gentile, la colazione buonissima, la pulizia nelle camere eccezionale. nulla
• Madeleine (6/5): Zentral und innen laut - Die zentrale Lage zum Strand oder Stadt sind unschlagbar. Für Reisende ohne Hund ist der Privatstrand super, für uns war der Weg zum Hundestrand in ca 10 min optimal. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend. Unser Gepäck konnten wir zwischenlagern und es wurde uns auch ins Zimmer gebracht sobald es bezugsfertig war. Es gab direkt ein „Hundegeschenk“ und einen (etwas sehr kleinen Klappbaren) Napf im Zimmer. Kosten sind 20,- / Tag. Das Frühstück war schön angerichtet mit ausreichend Auswahl. Es gibt einen privatparkplatz mit Shuttle Service allerdings auch das für 20,-/Tag sehr teuer und etwa 1 km entfernt. Haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Durch die Aufteilung der Suite war das Bett auf einer Galerie, die Fenster allerdings unterhalb davon. Wir mögen lieber mit offenen Fenster schlafen, aber das war vor 1 Uhr nachts aufgrund der angrenzenden Bar und Musik nicht möglich. (Nachteil Lage) Das führte dazu dass wir eben mit geschlossen Fenster schlafen mussten ABER die Klimaanlage war so laut dass selbst mit ohrstöpsel das Brummen zu hören war. Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Es muss nicht modern sein, doch im Bad gab es mehrere Mängel von fehlenden amaturteilen bis zu nicht verstellbaren Duschkopf. Die Dusche ist sehr eng, das sage ich als 1,60 kleine schmale Frau. Es ist ziemlich kühl gehalten, immer läuft eine Klima im Flur und die Einrichtung lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Couchtisch wackelt erheblich. Keine kühlbare minibar. Wir waren nur für wenige Tage da und werden es dabei belassen. Preis Leistung passt nicht.

• Hassan (10/5): - A lovely little hotel near the beach in Sestri Levante. We were there during the week just before Andersen festival so it was quiet. Beautiful suite with views of the beach. I wouldn’t call it a luxury hotel, but it’s extremely charming. Breakfast was included, but beach access wasn’t. The location is very central and great. My one complaint is that the sofa bed wasn’t all that comfortable for a tall person.

Staff very kind and supportive in all requests, including very clear support for activities and villages to visit, searching for the best connection. The possibility to stay and have access to beach even though we were out of season, with facilities available. The common areas are very open, and well furnished with sofas and bright areas. In my room was missing a sofa for reading or watching television. With pets, it is not allowed to reserve the Suite, and I stayed in Junior Suite, that was very comfortable, but missing a great view of the sea.
