I'm not paying for accommodation for him to renovate while I'm staying there. To sit in the dust, etc. Totally but totally devoid of any hospitality, uneducated. He has no quality to relate to customers. On the first day of accommodation: - lack of water at the coffee machine at the reception - lack of shower gel - the container was empty - lack of soap - the water goes cold There was no one at the location when I arrived at 2:00 p.m., check-in being available from 1:30 p.m.). No information received on how we can enter the stairs so that we don't end up in the street with our luggage and in the heat. When he came after 15-20 minutes (I wrote to him on whats app, he was also indignant that I insisted, we also had tickets to the Vatican; risking losing our tickets bought online). At 13:23 he asked me on whats app if I would arrive at 12, although I selected between 12 and 13 when I made the tentative reservation. The plane being delayed for 6 hours, I didn't have the head to write exactly when we arrive because when I made the reservation and I asked him if I could find someone at the reception to check in, he said yes. So I had nothing to worry about. He didn't bother to call me seeing that I didn't answer the message when I arrived. And he knowing that he is not at the reception from 1:30 p.m. When he arrived, he didn't apologize for staying outside for 15 minutes. And he also told us that check-in starts at 1:30 p.m., arrogantly as if he was not obliged to stay there permanently. Although he had told me that there is always someone at the reception. Arrogant, uneducated. I then stayed to insist with the messages that they send me the invoice for the payment of the accommodation made in cash. I would have stayed to take her for the moment, but because of the delay, we had to leave for the Vatican. And the last problem - when we paid for the accommodation on the first day, he asked us if at 11 tomorrow it was ok for a handyman to come and renovate something in the room. (he didn't ask us beforehand, he didn't ask us if it was possible, he assumed we would say yes?!!).

La ligne de métro est celle pour la grande majorité des attractions donc moins de 20 minutes pour s’y rendre, nous avons acheté la passe pour la durée de notre séjour et c’est très econimique ! Le quartier est vraiment très « romain » la vie familiale est présente. Mon seul « petit » point négatif est au niveau du rangement, il pourrait y avoir un meuble additionnel ou des tablettes, crochets pour y mettre nos effets (article toilette, vêtements etc…) malgré cela je recommande à 100%

• Luigi P (9/5): Ottima posizione e Host molto cordiale e disponibile! - La struttura è in un'ottima posizione, praticamente sopra la fermata della metro Giulio Agricola (Linea A). L'host è molto cordiale e accogliente, assolutamente disponibile per ogni esigenza e nel fornire ogni indicazione necessaria. Sta diventando ormai una rarità trovare un host in carne ed ossa ormai! Anche il quartiere è molto tranquillo, ci sono vari servizi (Farmacie, bar, ecc.) e si respira un po' di romanità! La stanza ha tutto il necessario, letto e cuscini molto comodi, tv a schermo piatto e condizionatore. La stanza in sé non è male, ma meriterebbe qualche piccolo aggiustamento. In primis gli infissi: non isolano perfettamente dai suoni e dalla temperatura esterna. Il bagno è molto essenziale e non pulitissimo (sarà stata una svista, ma c'erano dei residui di dentifricio nel lavandino ancor prima di essere utilizzato). Manca il sistema di areazione (presente ma non funzionante).

• Dóra (8/5): Alapvetően megfelelő pár napra, jó helyen van, nem hangos a környék. :) - Metró közel van, vannak éttermek, tömegközlekedéssel könnyen el lehet érni a belvárost, penny is kb 10 perc sétára volt. Naponta volt takarítás. Fürdőszoba lehetett volna tisztább, főleg a wc, szennyvízszag volt ott. A klíma kint csepegett, ezért ha ment, nem tudtunk kiülni az erkélyre. Nem elég egyértelmű az elhelyezkedés, nagyon van dugva. MediaMarkt-ot kell keresni, ott van a szállás. A hűtő kicsi volt és nem hűtött eléggé. Személyzetet nem lehetett megtalálni csak a becsekkolásnál.

• Tracy (5/5): Clean but tired - Communication with host was good. - The area where the hotel was is good. the metro station is literally across the street which is ideal for getting into the centre as its about 10km away but the metro is so easy. There is a wonderful little cafe straight across the road that does snacks, pastries, coffee and wine. Mr Lillos. Would highly recommend. The photgraphs on booking.com are very deceiving. They make the room look larger than what it is and bright. We booked a room for 3 people which consisted of a double bed and a single bed. We had a small fridge and there is a TV and a wardrobe. The bathroom is adequate and quite modern however the room itself had no colour at all and was nothing like the pictures advertised. We had to ask for Kettle as there wasnt one in the room, along with the kettle we got a knife and corkscrew andd paper cups, no spoon ! and there are no other facilities to get any refreshments other than in the reception area which is locked most of the time. Sadly we didnt have a balcony. The building where the rooms are located is very outdated and tired. Its located on a busy main road which is quite noisy in a morning. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard and the owner was very quick to respond to any of our issues so that was a postive. As we didnt spend much time in the room it was adequate for what we needed however, just some attention to detail and perhaps some decorating in the room could be considered.

• Alessia (5/5): Basic accommodation on the outskirts of Rome - Not much, the room was small and basic. The only good thing is that the guesthouse is close to the metro, but for being in the suburbs of Rome, I found the price quite high, considering that 2 years ago I paid less for a room in the city center (really really close to Piazza Navona) with breakfast included. I didn't like the fact that for the price they ask you to pay, it's not even included a breakfast, a convention with the nearby bar would be appreciated as service, and the fact that in the bathroom every time you took a shower it would leak water everywhere.

The area was great and safe, and literally right next to the Metro stop and bus stops. If we visit Rome again we will 10000% be staying here again! Would recommend to anyone!

Room was cleaned every day, with clean bedding and towels provided every 2nd day. Very close to Metro station, literally right outside the door! Very fast free WiFi as well. Found the door unlocked one day, but nothing missing. Small details could be improved, such as a glass for drinks, and cups, kettle and coffee in the room.

• Nigar (9/5): Enjoyed everything about this hotel. For the next trip we already know where we will stay. - Came to Italy as for my birthday trip 🎂. We stayed 2 nights(16-18 May) in this hotel and enjoyed it. The room is clean and bright. The bed is comfortable. Also there is a wardrobe. I asked for an iron and they put it also. The balcony is also good. There are enough shops, cafes near. There is also a McDonald’s for the late night snack lovers (as we are), enjoying eating burger on that balcony in Rome hits different 😅 The location is absolutely perfect, just 2 steps to the metro station and in 15-20 min you are in the station near the Trevi Fountain. Our flight delayed for 2 hours and we checked in later that we expected. It was a night already when we arrived to the hotel. The administrator Emanuele was very kind by texting and asking if everything is okay and he also activated a self check in key for us. So we didn’t have any issues with getting our room. We had a little problem with the payment via link, because I didn’t activated roaming and didn’t receive a 3D secure code from the bank. Emanuele helped us again by paying via card terminal. We had a small talk during check out and he wished us a good holidays. For the next trip to Rome we already know where we will stay. Ciao and see you next time 🙏🏽🤗

Le siphon est bouché, ce qui rends chaque douche compliqué, de plus, il n’y a aucune pression au pommeau de douche et celui du dessus ne marche juste pas. Advertise as two beds but was a bed and cot that would fall apart during the night. Nothing but basics in the room. Manager was very helpful and kind but would not recommend
• Saule (10/5): Exceptional - Check in went smoothly. I arrived after 8 pm and easily opened the door with online link and instructions sent by reception. The property is clean and cosy, it was quiet. The room was spacious enough for single occupancy. The location was convenient for me, and property is located on red line, straight to Termini station (however always check if there any strikes so the metro is available to be used). There are lots of bars for morning coffee and evening drinks, and shops, including supermarkets in the area. Thank you to Emanuele (and his colleagues) who made my staying comfortable.
• Diana (8/5): A good place to stay for a visit to Rome. - The check-in was fast and the service very welcoming. After a long trip this is really appreciated. The room was a good size for 2. The bed was comfortable for a 9 night stay. The bathroom and toilet were quite good, despite the ventilation noise when turning on the light. The location is great as entrance to metro station is right outside. Metro line A good to reach all major places. Check-out was easy. Overall this is a good option to stay, good price for the service. Despite the room facing a busy street the noice outside was not a problem for sleeping. Unfortunately, the walls between the rooms are thin, and during the stay we were woken up some nights (past midnight and 4 or 5 am) by our next door neighbours. We saw there were accomodation rules for quiet times, but these were not respected by all guests. Maybe it is important to remind about this. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

The room and bathroom were superb - well decorated and perfectly functional. The bed is extremely comfortable and the cleanliness was top-notch. Emanuele, the owner, is more than helpful and always makes sure you’re having a good time, were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Also at the time of my visit, metro A works on limited hours (until 9 pm) and we had to take replacement bus which was not comfortable but to be honest, it is not property's problem.

When you check in, you pay extra city tax, which is not included in the main price of the hotel to make it seem cheaper on the website. The rooms are in a plain, old, unmaintained apartment building. It is impossible to sleep, the hotel is on a crossroads, cars are driving around the clock, very noisy. At 5am there are cars with sirens and motorcycles already going by, it's so noisy as if you're sleeping on the street. The owners, knowing this problem, could at least provide earplugs to guests. Because the hotel is needed first and foremost to sleep. The room is uncomfortable, the floor is bare. You do not have a door in the shower room, even if you wash yourself very carefully the water flows out of the shower room. The extractor sounds like a helicopter. The walls between the rooms are very thin, you could hear the neighbors. Do not recommend it. I have seen better options for this price.
