• Diana Yamilet (10/5): - Excepcional, de verdad super genial, la limpieza, las camas super super cómodas, el baño muy limpio, el tamaño de la habitación perfecto, nos gustó mucho la estancia, el desayuno muy rico, el personal del área de desayuno super amable y atentos, todo muy bien, lo recomiendo muchísimo, sin duda el mejor lugar que pude elegir. Nos encantó todo y no tenemos nada que no nos gustara

El personal es muy amable y el desayuno muy rico; cuentan con unas cinco opciones diferentes por día que se pueden combinar más la fruta y el café. Siendo vegetariana me hubiera gustado encontrar más opciones que no necesariamente tuvieran queso.

• Christina (9/5): - Great, 4-star hotel near the ADO bus station. I had a morning bus at 5 o'clock and felt comfortable walking alone the two-minute walk to the bus station in the early hours. Staff was super nice and helped me arrange a day trip to the biosphere with a great tour guide. Near the Zocalo (main square). No complaints.

• Francesca (9/5): A very comfortable and quiet stay in the perfect location! - Hotel Zenith has a perfect location right near the big bus interchange as well as the main square with all the shops and restaurants. It was also very quiet and we slept well. The staff were lovely, and the service very professional as well as kind. It was spotlessly clean and felt very new, with everything working. The large bed with comfortable sheets and quilt, and tasteful decor made it feel very up-market. The coffee provisions in the room were appreciated. Breakfast was great with many different western and local choices each day alongside the cereals, fruit, fresh juice, yoghurt and bottomless coffee. No negatives! But we would have liked the inclusion of tea, milk and sugar with the coffee maker, and a small fridge to keep drinks cold.

• Marianne (10/5): Un hotel que cumple con lo prometido - El hotel cumple con lo que promete y las valoraciones positivas ayudan. Es limpio, el desayuno incluido en la tarifa es bueno. Es muy fácil registrarse y el check out también. Algo que no es del hotel, había verbena en las calles del centro y la música y el ruido terminaron como a la 1 de la mañana. Desconozco si en otro hotel se pueda evitar pero no le baja la calificación al hotel.

The service was good at all aspects (front desk, parking, breakfast). The room was comfortable and plenty spacious. Not a very interesting neighborhood but we just needed and easy, safe and comfortable place to spend the night and this met those needs.

Ya es la segunda vez que vamos y el mesero es una persona amable, eficiente y con un servicio impecable. Tambien nos ayudaron a un frigobar para guardar comida que llevábamos en la carretera. Las camas muy comoda. Presion del agua buena y caliente rápido. Todo muy agusto. Tienen su propio estacionamiento dentro del hotel, lo cual es un plus para nosotros.
