- Traci (3/5): Not worth what myself and fiance payed - The room layout Dirty mattress cover
- Sharon (9/5): Superb - Front desk attendant very courteous and polite Seen a few trash bags of garbage on the property
- Sharon (9/5): Superb - The convenience location
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property is full of sketchy people. Very dangerous for family stay
- Teresa (2/5): Do not stay just keep driving - Worst place I have ever stayed in. We needed a place to rest and this was the only place available. It was dirty and filled with flies, absolutely disgusting. It also cost more than all other places for the night. It was a terrible experience.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - We didn’t stay at the suburban only next door in their other hotel econo lodge. The clerk informed us that if we weren’t going to use the kitchenette at the suburban we could get a first floor room at the Econolodge next-door which is what we preferred after a 14 Hour Drive. The room was very outdated the carpets had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was very old no water pressure the corners of the room were very dingy. The bed was very soft where we both had back aches but they weren’t really beds they looked like opened up cots. Needless to say we were just very tired woke up early the next morning to leave right away we don’t think we will be staying here again. It was also a last min find due to finding it difficult in getting a pet friendly hotel we had one very small dog.
- Joseph (2/5): Dirty - The lobby was in ill repair, wallpaper was taped up, front desk clerk was not clean. She remarked in front of us that dhe didn't know if there were any clean rooms and that there might not be housekeeping staff even working. My husband did not even check in. He told her that we weren't staying there. I called hotels. Com and reported it. They assured me that we wouldn't be charged and that I would get a confirmation email as such. I have not been credited yet, nor have I gotten an email.
- Evike world traveler (6/5): Stop over - We got in late so we just wanted to sleep. The inn is on a dark unlighted section of the Econo lodge. We asked to switch to the Econo lodge which was well lit so we never slept at the suburban. Room was clean and staff accomdated our request.
- Yesenia (2/5): DIY gone wrong - This is a DIY gone wrong. They tried to renovate old rooms but was poorly done. Our rooms still smelled old and the shower head was coming out of the wall. The AC worked in one room but not the other. The wires were hanging from the tv connected to the cable box it was just dangling. The wireless internet was not available. Do yourself a favor and Stay away!!!!
- Trip (6/5): Great design, poor exacution - The room is beautifully designed but the floor was missing boards and there were wires hanging from the wall in my room. The staff was nice but they had no record of my being there when I checked out in the morning.
- Gary (4/5): Not many options available - Travelling up 95 we had few, if any, options. Had to settle for this place. This place had me sleeping with one eye open. We had no problems, it was just not the most family friendly atmosphere, in my opinion.
- Rosalinda G. (6/5): Business Trip - The majority of the staff were caring and made every effort to make my husband and I feel welcomed. The room was clean but smelled of smoke even though we had a nonsmoking room. The room had several issues with the door key not functioning properly, but the staff made every attempt to fix which eventually it was. The door also needed to be closed with force in order to close properly. It is a old motel that needs a lot of work.
- Jack (6/5): Passing Thru. - Just stopped for one night passing thru to Savannah Ga.
The hotel was right off the interstate which was nice for
travelers. The room was clean and fresh linens. The hotel
is undergoing renovation and will be nice overall when
completed. I would recommend for extended stays as the facilities are there.
