- Chavron (9/5): The hotel has everything you need for a lovely stay Agadir. Is it the Ritz? No. But you’ll be comfortable and looked aft - Location: Close to a few nice restaurants (vitamix) and small shops. The hotel next door has a mini mart attached to it so you can buy water and snacks. The big market is about 25min walk and the beach is about 15mins walk. There is also a cash point a few meters from the hotel which was handy for us. Taxis are everywhere so you if you want to venture further you can easily find one. Breakfast: Eggs, pastries, cakes, porridge, bread (which can be toasted), traditional Moroccan flat breads and a couple cereal options. The only fruit was oranges. These were adequate for us. We don’t go to other countries expecting a traditional English fry up. Cleanliness: Our room was spotless and more than adequate for our stay there. Staff were there cleaning the hotel every single day. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Pool: We never swam but the pool area is nice and PEACEFUL. And the WiFi reaches there too. Reception: Plug sockets are there if you need to charge your phone post check out. They’ll look after your luggage for free if you have late flights. The area is large, relaxing and quiet. Room: The beds were comfortable and clean. The balcony had a really nice view from the back of the hotel and the tv was a smart tv so we could log into various platforms and watch what we wanted. (Netflix, Amazon, etc). WiFi was also good. I was able to do a bit of work, FaceTime family etc The kitchen facilities had what we needed. There was a small oven which we used to warm pastries from breakfast which was amazing for us later in the evening. Three points. Towels - The same person that takes dirty towels should replace them at the same time. (There was one time I was without any towels.) Breakfast - More fruit options would be great. Room - Provide something to wash plates. ( liquid soap and sponge)

Le sol n'est pas lavé et tout juste aspiré, les vêtements de bébé sont tous noir et sales... Les fenêtres sont cassées, ne se ferment pas (fissure du verre en bas de la baie, très dangereux pour bebe) Il manquerait quelques équipements en cuisine comme une passoire, des éponges et torchons, liquide vaisselle.

We had a horrific experience at an Airbnb so we quickly booked this hotel for a good comfortable nightl but it had no hand-wash in the room. It was old and moldy. Had a few holes at the top of the shower.

- Mike (1/5): - Kleidung ist verschwunden und keine Hilfe nach Telefonat mit dem Mann an der Rezeption und wenn man nochmal angerufen hat wurde einfach aufgelegt. Wir wollten fragen ob wir den Check out paar Stunden später machen können doch uns wurde gesagt das es 30€ pro Stunde länger kosten würde obwohl das Hotel komplett leer war da wir off season da waren…. Sehr enttäuschend dass ich nach mehrmaligen kontaktieren über mehren Plattformen bis heute keine Antwort bekommen habe.

Les espaces communs sont propres et bien entretenus. L’emplacement est idéal proche des restaurants du centre et du bord de mer. Le petit déjeuné était bon et copieux. Sehr gut auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotelbereich Die Juniorsuite im 4.Stock ist hell,modern,und mit einer vollständig ausgestatteten Küchenzeile.War zum Frühstück an Ramadan praktisch. Wir hatten Stadt-Seeblick von unserem Balkon.Während des Ramadan herrlich ruhig. Im Hotel kann man Ausflüge buchen. Das Hotel liegt etwas weiter vom Strand,aber jede Minute kommen Taxis und Läden,Post und Patesserie fussläufig zu erreichen und an Ramadan geöffnet. Leider wurden Frühstücksoptionen zum Dazubuchen angezeigt Im Hotel hing auch die ganze Zeit ein Zettel mit den Frühstückszeiten es gab aber keins.Frühstück im Nachbarhotel teuer. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich sehr nett für die Information entschuldigt und schien selber überrascht. Bitte am Kinderpool unbedingt die kaputte Fliese auswechseln.Wer mit Kindern reist sollte vielleicht ein Hotel wählen wo mehr los ist hier nur ein kleiner Kinderpool.

We travel a lot around the world, but we haven’t experienced - Comfortable and spacious bed, a large living room with a kitchenette (travelling with a small child, having our own kitchen was an important point), a nice balcony, and daily room cleaning. Phenomenal people at the reception full of warmth, kindness, and always very helpful, just like most of the city’s residents.
