- Shanna (3/5): Staff were friendly, but wouldn’t book a room there again. - Location was nice The hot tub didn’t work( it was cold) and the chlorine was way to high in the pool area. This was for my daughter’s 16th birthday so the hot tub was the reason I booked this hotel so we were sadly disappointed that our girls trip couldn’t end with relaxing in the hot tub.

- Eary (7/5): We enjoyed the room otherwise, only slept there. - Location and cleanliness Pool wasn’t operational even though it was advertised on booking. Breakfast was also consistently empty and the attendant said “there’s too many people so I’m not refilling it until they clear out!” So we had to leave and get breakfast at a Dunkin. I chose this hotel because of free breakfast and the pool. The beds are also full size, NOT Queen.

The pull out sofa was horrible and I thought sheets and blankets would be kept in the room for the bed. The toilet was very wobbly . The refrigerator kept nothing cold and was leaking on the floor. The bathroom sink filled with water Everytime you ran it.

- Alexandre (4/5): - We arrived me my wife and 4 kids to a 2 beds and one sofa bed and realised the A/C isn't working but most of all now realizing the couch bed we need smells like a strong odor of urine to the point we will have to share 2 beds for all 6 of us because we have all our belongings already here in the room and is late enough for my kids to go to bed at this very moment, this is very deceiving

You freeze to death just to turn it on bc both doors don’t open so you have to stand under the shower head to turn it on. Otherwise, top notch! Definitely recommend
- Jennifer (6/5): - We booked a deluxe king suite , when got in the room we found that we were in a handicap accessible room.There was no room divider for living room , and the tub was in the living room next to couch.The bathroom had 2 drains in the floor for the shower because it being handicapped accessible made the water run all over bathroom floor .The carpet was dirty and it looked as if the only cleaning that was done was changing bed.And quick wipe down of countertop in bathroom.The front desk staff and the women who made breakfast were wonderful though.

- Megan (1/5): Will no longer stay at comfort inn - Room size and rates. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par. When we first arrived we was put in a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. Second room wasn’t cleaned and third room was finally it. Had 9 month old babies with us and no more than 20 mins of play socks was black from the floor. Clock didn’t work, shower wasn’t very hot and pool was green and hot tub not up and running. I didn't let my oldest swim because of it and told them about the color of the pool. Very next day the whole area was closed down. Elevator was slow and just overall did not enjoy our stay. I’m pretty sure for a 4 story hotel there was just one elevator.

Looked at online booking and there was still 1 room left. Tried to get moved by she wouldn't so I had to book another room dor the next night. We stayed at that hotel specifically for that type of room.

- George (2/5): TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! - Worst stay in a Hotel in 20 years! Room did not have blackout drapes. Parking Lot lighting shined thru our window all night! It was like 2pm in the afternoon at 1AM! They didn't clean our room after the first night. When I went to ask why, the nasty-attitude lady at the Front Desk said I had to request it! Never heard of such a thing. And she smart-face replied, "Well now you know." When they DID clean it, they did not vacuum! They didn't empty the trash! The toilet wasn't cleaned properly! The TV had TWO BRIGHT LIGHTS on the screen! The remote didn't work half the time! The "complimentary breakfast" was horrible! One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL HOTELS EVER!

When we arrived back at 1 am, five hours later, our room was even hotter at 80+ degrees. We packed our three kids up and checked out. The hotel staff said we’d have to contact hotels.com for a refund and called another hotel for us to stay at and said the bill would be covered. When we checked out today, the bill had not been paid by the other hotel. We are still awaiting them to pay the bill on our behalf.

- brittany (8/5): Ended better than it started - Upon checking in, there was a sign on the desk that said the receptionist had to step away from the desk. After waiting a few min a DoorDash person came in w a drink and the receptionist came right out front. One of the keys we were given didn’t work. Then when we got to the room it was disgusting. We immediately requested a room change, and the second room was 100% cleaner than the first one. I took my kids to the pool and it was very cloudy, so I didn’t let them put their heads under. We slept fine and the breakfast was also fine. Glad we were able to switch w no problems.

- Stephen (10/5): Great Place To Stay - We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites, Bridgeport, West Virginia, We were very impressed at how clean the facility was and the spaciousness of our room. Also, the breakfast was more than adequate with many hot and cold choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

Room/ suite very nice had a kitchenette nice size fridge, 2 burners, microwave and small sick. Fully stocked with utensils, plates cups bowls and pots and pans. Also had a nice couch and ottoman’s. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom nice walk in shower only downfall in bathroom is you have to be in shower to reach the faucet hard to regulate water temp at first. Needs some updates room walls had some knicks. Tv mounted on wall. Wish it pulled out for better viewing in both areas. Overall wonderful experience

- Katrina (2/5): - My biggest issue with the property was the mattress on the pull out couch-that evening when we went to make our kids bed the mattress was so bad that we wouldn’t let them sleep on it. So many brown stains and just looked all around awful. I went to desk to ask if any chance for a different room-I know it was a just weekend in the area but didn’t get any type of oh I’m sorry or nothing from the front desk staff it that they’d make a note for the mattress to be changed. That didn’t help my family that booked the suite for 4. The next morning I went to the desk again to make sure the night person passed along that the mattress needed to be changed and she had no idea but when showed picture said oh yes that’s bad.

Kids that we're staying at the hotel we're running up and down the hallway banging on doors of the hotel. Woke me up and couldn't sleep in before checking out. (Better off just sleeping on couch) Bathroom smelt like dirty mop water was so bad my 4 year old refused to take a bath because of smell ..people in room above us were so loud couldn't sleep until noise stopped which wasn't until 12:30am had to be up by 5 am next morning when reported to front desk on 2 separate occasions they seemed to care less. No blankets for sleeper sofa ) when asked for some front desk acted like it was a huge both . Pool had no towels once again went to front desk and asked for towels and it also was a big deal ...we travel all over and this is by far the worst customer service/ dirtiest hotel we have stayed at and for a comfort inn I would of expected better !
