Guest Reviews
- Timothy (10/5): It was excellent value. Was here on work assignment. Thought at first it was going be a dump. Was pleasantly surprised i - Friendly staff and great value A little bit dated.

- Jeremiah (7/5): It's cheap but it's clean and they have soft sheets. - It’s easily the cheapest hotel in town, so you would assume it would be pretty bad, especially at $40 a night. I could have stayed at the Holiday Inn and paid $140, and if I had my family or wife with me, I would have. But I was in town for work and only needed a place to sleep for a couple of nights. I did not need anything fancy, just a comfortable bed and a clean space, and it met those expectations.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the rooms were well kept. The sheets were extremely soft, the bedding was fresh, the towels were clean, and the floors were free of dirt. Yes, it is dated inside, but it felt safe. It is the perfect spot for someone passing through town for work, or if you simply need an affordable place to stay. Honestly, if I am back in town again, I will probably stay there again. Very affordable price
Comfortable bed and soft sheets
Clean room, towels, and floors
Helpful front desk staff
Felt safe despite being dated
Good option for a short work stay
Would stay there again
- Steven (8/5): A bit out of date but very low key and comfortable - Friendly staff clean rooms Very old and outdated

- Tana (2/5): - I booked this room for my niece and grand nephew and paid the full asking price upfront so they wouldn't have to pay anything at the property but when they arrived they were turned away because she didn't have $50 to leave as a deposit. Turned away with no other option but to drive the remaining 4 hours to my house exhausted and lucky not to be a statistic the response from the management of the hotel was that the $50 would have been refunded and there would be no refund for the room rental. So yes I give this operation 1 star and warn others to be ready for hidden cost.
- Daniel (10/5): Best spot in ok - Always friendly, clean and non judgmental whether I’m greasy or on the bike or with family it’s always a pleasure doing business here!
- Jerry (8/5): Very good - The breakfast was excellent with super service. The rooms were lacking chairs to sit, missing clocks and radio for time and alarms setting. The middle curtain was not workable in room 230 and the room was not handicap accessible as the charge was indicated. The staff was your best foot forward on this trip.
- Betty (2/5): - No amenities of any kind. No shampoo, soap, coffee pot, no hot water for the shower definitely not worth the price for the room. Even motel 6 gives you some amenities
- Verrill (4/5): Very disappointed - Quiet It was supposed to be $155 and my fiance was charged 180 when she paid cash for when he got there and then that owner turned around and tried to charge my card through booking.com at 11:46 the next day for $155
- Mary (1/5): I left after seeing the room. It was too dirty to stay. Very bad experience. - Nothing. The Hotel was dirty, bathtub was extremely dirty. I would not stay there.
- Melissa (2/5): - Very run down property and room smelled like mold and mildew. Ended up just checking out and going to another hotel. Didn’t even try to get a refund. Yeah, that bad
- Dorothy (1/5): Bad - Nothing…..worse place I’ve ever seen…..we did not stay it was so dirty and smelly and dead bugs all over on the floors. we did not feel safe as it was completely dark and isolated with questionable people wandering around the place! Told them we were not staying and asked for a refund….was told they would let the owner know but have heard nothing yet!
- Shunray (10/5): - Great stay
- Eric (7/5): Good -
- Charles (4/5): Not pleased - The people that ran the place were very friendly. I don't know if having my Service Dog was any influence on the room I got or not. In their defense I didn't tell them that my pet was a Service Animal as I was willing to play their game as long as he could stay with me. The room was really run down, the floor was a cold ceramic tile, the tub needed to be replaced and the room had an awful smell. I don't know why there is a charge for a pet. There was no carpet so no matter what mess your pet might make it could be easily cleaned up, so my guess is that they are charging for pets just to make some extra money. I just will not be staying there again.
- Christopher (6/5): - Actually really clean and cozy, but the bed was about as comfortable as the floor. For $40-45, can’t complain too much.
- Whittany (1/5): Bad -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joyce (10/5): Wonderful night - The people were especially helpful place is clean and the service was exceptional
- Alexis (7/5): Good - Wonderful water pressure for showers. No access to morning coffee when I checked out, or left early for the day. Dated establishment, which is alright, however, the deadbolt that was part of the electronic doorknob worked, but none of the other locks worked.
- Deborah (4/5): Disappointing - The towels was really nice.
- Truett (5/5): Meh - It is a sketchy little old cheap motel. I honestly thought I was purchasing a room at Holiday Inn (next door) and felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch. I would never have purchased the room had I been onsite. Old, a bit dilapidated, broken outdated furniture, old bathroom facilities, pink tub with holes. Sketchy guests that look like they might live there.
- Wolfe (5/5): Passable -
- Cynthia (2/5): - There was a dirt dobber (wasp) nest on the INSIDE above the door. The tape was coming off and there were spider eggs
- Mccorkle (9/5): It's ok - The ppl were nice the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The toilet kept clogging up and the ac was cold but didn't blow very hard. Also booking.com tries to charge you for ac in your room. Don't fall for that bs
- Joel (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Sivil (7/5): Good - Big rooms clean front desk was helpful Booking the room for $50 then having to pay another $20 for early check-in so i could go to work
- Connie (8/5): Very good -
- Devan (2/5): - This place was awful! The staff was nice enough, no problems there, but we asked for a non smoking room, and we walked into the room, we immediately smelled heavy lingering smoke in the room… then we walked into the bathroom, and there was a fist sized hole in the tub! To top it off, when we went to get a refund, we were denied… will NEVER go there again.
- Good (7/5): Good - Location do crowded Nothing
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- L7496STsanjaym (10/5): Passing through - It’s a really nice spacious room. Looks like they have Newley renovated room with new flooring, big tv and fresh painted. Staff is really helpful. Nice and quiet away from hiway noise. Chillis bar and grill is just walking distance from hotel. When ever we coming back to town, we will definitely stay here again. Room was nicely cleaned. They have really bright parking lot during night time.
- Misty (9/5): Superb -
- Virginia (2/5): Hotel hell - We did not stay in that dirty filth of a hotel it was a dump I am not happy need to be remembered
- Misty (8/5): Very good -
- Polk (10/5): Exceptional - It was a good deal for the two days we stayed. The housekeeper made our room look the same as when we first arrived. The man at the front desk was very nice. The bathroom is very small. The bathtub was dated and needed to be replaced. The bathtub faucet leaked.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - I've stayed there before and that's why I returned to this Hotel. Very happy and pleased and will stay there when I travel there again. nothing
- Porter (8/5): Very good -
- Johnson (2/5): Very poor - It was cold as can be and fridge wasn't hooked up. Stayed old all night eve after I turned heater on. Beware!!! Freezing. And dirty
- Misty (3/5): Poor -
- Larry (3/5): Poor -
- Ronald (8/5): Very good -

- Shaniqua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (5/5): Passable -
- James (7/5): Good - Clean spacious room up to date The wi-fi is so slow its awful needed it for work .had to use my phone carriers wifi and burnt up all my data
- Lynnette (1/5): Basic. - No breakfast since covid. Shower drain was filthy. Nasty. Place hadn't been swept.
- Lynnette (8/5): Basic services. - Great location. Lot of places to eat. Faces away fro the highway so it's quiet. They're remodeling. Tv viewing restricted with no instructions anywhere. Crummy, barely working remote. No internet with no notice at check in.
- James (10/5): - Good stay
- James (10/5): - Good experience.
- Melissa (10/5): - We stopped to get out of a bad storm, room was very clean and smelled great.
- Erica (10/5): - Good
- fondac75 (2/5): pissy service - the staff was rude to say the least!! my mattress was SOAKED in urine! I actually laid in that mess for a good hour before I realized where the smell was coming from, I called the office, got no answer so I slept in the floor but the following morning the manager refused even a partial refund and basically called me a liar. rent with caution, especially room 211
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This what's the absolute nastiest place I've ever slept in or should I say nastiest room I've ever booked.. I wasn't even able to sleep at it and after cleaning for a while I decided I would use the shower but that was about all I did there and it was not by choice if I would have had any other option I would have went with it. There was literally food and trash etc...everywhere I do use a tale of my own because the linens smell like they were soured I'm being put up wet and had a sewage type smell to them as well. I found, what appeared to be a extremely old banana, in a drawer . If it's real close to the size of a banana but had shrank and traveled app and was extremely rotten . It was a brownish black color
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It is an old hotel which was kinda nostalgic. NO bed bugs, The tub , sheets, towels and pillow cases were clean, the floor needed vacuuming and 4 light bulbs were missing. And I'm assuming it was mattress rotation time since it's a pillow top Matt but it was flipped upside down. It was nice and quiet, all in all for the price not bad.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Price from Orbit was not honored. Smelled if urine, dirty in general.
- Rose (2/5): Never again - Staff was rude .room dirty holes in walls nasty curtains holes in carpet gum in bathroom floor went to check in and was told i would have to put a 100.00 deposit up or i could not stay even though i already paid for the room which was non refundable.
- Lorrie (10/5): - Clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Priced right.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The facility is old and run down. But it is back from the highway and quiet. Would've liked to see some fruit and oatmeal at the breakfast bar. But it was the cheapest place we found in town.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - First room smelled like smoke. Had to get another room. Not much better. Curtains were falling down. Breakfast was awful. Went to McDonald’s.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was nice and cozy but under construction so very noisy
- Keerthi (2/5): - Cleanliness was very bad. Received a smoking room in spite of booking a non smoking
- Sarah (6/5): Room wasn't bad, office personal was. - The stay it's self was fine. It was a cheaper hotel I didn't expect anything fancy. The room was clean, had wifi, and we rested peacefully. However, the gentleman working the front desk was rude and shouldn't be working in a setting where he has to deal with the public. Our was distroyed by a tornado 12 hours prior to us checking in. All we wanted to do was shower And rest. Not have to deal with a rude hotel office staff.
- J (6/5): - Lady at service desk wasnt very pleasant at all. She was hateful and rude. The general manager on the other hand was very nice.
Microwave did not work.,no phone in the room .asked couple of times if i could get my bedding changed and new towles . Ive been here 3 days and still nothing.
- Jerry (8/5): - It was okay no frills but nice and quiet would stay there again
- Michelle (2/5): Not Holiday Inn! - The room was shabby with rotting curtains, stained bed spread, worn couch and bathroom in sorry shape. The area was poorly lit and isolated. Didn’t feel safe
- Otto (10/5): Spacious & quiet - Always greeted in a happy professional manner. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, great television channels selection, nice continental breakfast offered. All rooms are far enough off the main hwy to offer a quiet nights sleep.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room terribally cold. Took forever to heat up. Had cigerette burns on comforter.
- Alec (6/5): Cheap layover - Place needs some love and care.door frame / entry way door needed repair over a half inch gap on the lock side.electrical work needed on light fixtures.bathroom had unfinished work behind toilet.drapes where coming down.heater had to work overtime to keep the place warm, used the towels to block the door frame.bed was firm and lots of pillows that was a plus. Hard to get about on the street,as everything was one way.the for sale sign was knocked down.not an exclusive motel but a good clean dive roadie.the price was ok,but sure needs a lotta love.best of luck to future buyer
- Verified traveler (6/5): - They charge $5 extra dollars for any extra people if there is any extra people. If you tell them its just you and they find out later there were more the guy said they would charge you $25 extra. They had plumbing problems in quite a few of the rooms so i wasnt able to get the room i reserved which is fine. The beds were hard and there was a hole in the wall that a chair was hiding. All the rooms are on the backside of the building which is kinda creepy and the driveway dont go all the way around. It's one way in and one way out.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Had roaches in room and smelled like smoke in the no smoking room
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The worst hotel stay of our life. No other rooms available in town on a long trip. Beds had been sleep in, dirty sheets, and pillow cases, safety locks non-functioning. Bed cover visibly soiled. Horrible motel, do not stay
- Barry (8/5): - Everything was nice. nothing special but nice. Everything worked and was operable. easy parking just like i like.
- Kevin (8/5): - Place is well used and it shows, but was clean and comfortable. The tub was an issue because the drain valve was broken. Front desk person was very nice, good food nearby.
- Joe (6/5): So so - The room wasn't ready.
- Jessica (6/5): - nice place for the price took care of my fmily and i
- kmolmen (10/5): Spacious & Comfortable - 10 STARS!! The room opens up nice and wide as you walk in. Every room has an outside door. Ample parking space for
Semi-trucks, too. Walking distance to restaurants, icecream parlor, 1 mile away from the theater. Generous sized refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of lighting. Darkened drapes for blocking the sun. $47 a night, we'll be staying here from now on.
- John (6/5): - Easy check in, clean room, comfortable bed, small bathroom, bathtub very small, and easy parking
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I'd stay elsewhere if i could afford it. On the plus side it's quiet & within yards of restaurants.
- Sharon (8/5): - Beautifully furnished except for worn carpet, exterior was a bit shabby.
- CDF (2/5): - The room looks nothing like the pictures online. The carpet was unraveled and old, the room had a bad smell. It did not look clean. I asked to look at room before I checked in and I did not even stay the night, the motel would not refund my money. It’s cheap for a reason.
- Jimmy (8/5): Good place - Good place to stay for the money and quite place but close to reasraunts
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad - Blood on one mattress and holes in another. Room stunk, it was horrible!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I found nothing wrong. A bit old building so there was some things wrong
- angela (8/5): clean and comfy - The staff was great. Its easy to locate. The tub coulda used a little tlc. The lever for the drain looked like someone tried to pull it out. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a lil firm. However for the price I'd definately stay again.
