- Roland (7/5): One if my best stays in Japan. - Location is fine, walkable from the train station and close to bus and city. Their free offers of all sorts of coffee and tea is exceptional, compared to all other hotels I stayed in Japan. Rooms are big enough to spend a rainy day. Plus they got the lovliest staff you can imagine. Didn't had breakfast, but it looked good. Depending on the neighbours behaviour you might hear them: I would suggest felt-gliders for the chairs, because the actual hardplastics make annoying sounds on the relief ground when they move chairs in the night. What they always do. And maybe a paintjob to the walls, they're a bit dated. But I get picky now :)
- Ai Jasmine (9/5): Nice Quiet Hotel - The spa shower and tab with the squishy pillow were both very nice. They have spacious twin rooms and we get to really relaxed at the end of the day. Also, walk distance to all convenience stores, bakery and restaurants as well. There's a riverside walkway to take a walk in the morning as well. very nice envoirement. It's a bit far from the Fujisawa Station, especially with heavy luggages. That's about it. but over all it was very convenient. There's a few way to reach to the hotel as well.

- Dz (4/5): - There was free coffee and tea available at all times. Also, fresh towels were provided regularly even though I didn't leave my room key behind. The bed was too hard, and the room was too dark and small, even though I booked the largest room size available. Furthermore, the breakfast information was highly misleading; it was listed as an option on Booking.com, but it actually wasn't available at all, causing a lot of confusion during booking. However, one downside was that the room didn't have a heater ready/turned on.

- Izyan (8/5): - I like it is very close to Fujisawa station. The room is small but nice. Small bed. I know I choose a small bed..but not expecting it is a super single size. Maybe mentioned the size of the bed is better as reference when customer make the choices.

- Djie Kian (10/5): Surprisingly Excellent Nice Hotel - Almost everything. The full amenities including those we can borrow (ironing, charger for japan etc), toiletries incl towels, fridge, hair dryer, bed comfort. Especially is the free choices of many tea selections (more than 20) and options of coffee (choco, black, cappuccino, latte, etc). Their cleanness is superb and the stff are very helpful especially tje female one from Nepal (?) with mask. The location a bit far from Fujisawa St but very quiet in residential area. Many shops and eateries along the way incl Donki and OK. A bit far (10-15 min) but still managable.

Would defini - 9 minutes from the Enoshima Aquarium and the beach, 15-20 minutes from Kamakura Komachi Dori Street, the bathroom was gorgeous, the room was very spacious, and breakfast was amazing! You can really roll up the blinds in the room and there is no free parking available at the hotel.

Great hospitality! - Great location, around 7-8 minutes walk from Fujisawa station. - Good sunlight in the room. - Hi Speed WiFi, comfortable bed, immaculately clean & spacious rooms. - The aircon cannot be adjusted in the room. It gets warm in the night. The hotel staff informed about the non availability of airconditioning controls in the room. Hence we were advised to open the window for some fresh air. It is suggested to have aircon in the room as we were unable to sleep well for 2 nights due to humid / warm room.

- Junichi (2/5): お薦めできない宿泊施設 - 特になし 施設の老朽化で空調設備が壊れていました。 問題なのは壊れているのが分かっていて、チェックイン時にそれを知らせること。何らかの事前通知があっても良かったと思います。 そして、どうしようもないかも知れませんが、暑かったら窓を開けて自身で調整しろと言われました。寝る時は暑く、窓を開けて就寝したものの、春の季節は明け方はまだ寒い時期。寒さで目を覚まし、そのまま寝れず寝不足な1日を過ごす羽目になりました。

- Spatz (9/5): Hôtel agréable, à recommander. - Le personnel était très professionnel et nous a bien reçus, avec les informations nécessaires. Hôtel confortable, propre, très bien équipé et bien situé. Je le recommanderai. Seul élément à revoir au niveau de la climatisation. Il faisait trop chaud pour nous dans la chambre et je n'ai pas trouvé comment la rafraîchir. Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles mais la place est restreinte pour les bagages qui restent au niveau de l'entrée. Pas trop gênant pour une nuit. Pour un séjour, c'est plus compliqué.

- Murielle (10/5): Excellent séjour. - L’hôtel est très bien placé. Moins de 10 minutes de marche de la gare. Notre chambre était très grande et très bien équipée. Douche et baignoire. Toilettes séparées. Double vasque. Petit salon dans la chambre. Tout était calme. Le personnel était adorable. On m’a rempli les papiers pour le takkyubin. Je recommande.

- Anjo (9/5): Overall a nice place to stay - A good base for someone who has things to do in the Kanagawa region. Quiet location and just outside the busy parts of the Fujisawa city center. If you don't have a vehicle, then access requires you to walk to the hotel since public transpo doesn't pass by the hotel.

- Misa (7/5): お風呂で疲れを癒せる - 部屋のレイアウトが良かった。お風呂別のお部屋にしたので毎日湯船に浸かれて疲れがとれました。また、バスルームにシンクが2つあったのも良かった。お部屋の掃除が1日おきなのですが、掃除がない日はタオルとお水の配達があったのとゴミ袋の回収もしてくれたので助かりました。スタッフの方も親切で、荷物の宅急便などもテキパキ対応してくださいました。ホテルから5分くらい歩いたところにドンキ、OK、セブンイレブンなどがあり不便は感じませんでした。 ホテルのお部屋がとても乾燥していて、喉が痛くなってしまいました。ホテルの情報には洗濯機があると書いてあったのですが、地下の外(というか駐車場？作業所？)にあり、ちょっと洗濯を躊躇する感じでした。あと地味に不便だったのは駅から徒歩10分ぐらいで、藤沢の他のホテルに比べたら若干駅から遠かったことです。

- mikako (4/5): 良い経験でした。 - 駐車場はなかったが、近くに安い駐車場があり良かった。近くにも飲食店があり、ロケーションは良かった。 写真の部屋と実際の部屋はかなり違いがありました。冷蔵庫は全く冷えなく、浴室には髪の毛や赤カビがかなり目立っていました。受付の方は笑顔を見せないのに徹底しているのか、他のホテルとは一味違う感じの対応でした。
