• Patricia (10/5): Hotel impecable en primera línea de playa. - Hemos pasado una estancia fantástica en este hotel de La Herradura. La ubicación es inmejorable, en primera línea de playa, lo que lo hace perfecto para disfrutar del entorno sin necesidad de desplazamientos. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir realmente cómodos. Pero si hay algo que destacaría por encima de todo es lo nuevo que está el hotel y su limpieza impecable: todo estaba súper cuidado, como recién estrenado. Además, tanto la habitación como la cama eran muy cómodas, lo que ha hecho que el descanso haya sido perfecto. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.

• Victor (9/5): Localización inmejorable. - La localización es inmejorable. Justo en la playa y rodeado de bares y chiringuitos. Buena atención por parte de los recepcionistas. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. Fuimos con un perrito, ya que había que reservar suite por este motivo y te cobran 30€ por noche como suplemento, que menos que un bebedero y una cama para el perro. No habría estado mal ese detalle. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas. No apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

La habitacion muy pequeña pero con todo el confort que puedes buscar. La sorpresa fue que en el mini bar nos estaban esperando 2 cervezas, 2 botellas de agua y 2 latas de pepsi sin pago :). Un poco de ruido por la discoteca que hay abajo del hotel y la habitacion que se podria escuchar todo de la habitacion de a lado

Breakfast was not included and the price was high, normally we stay at another hotel down the beach which has breakfast included for a lower price and also has a lift. My husband is waiting for a knee replacement. So he found the stairs challenging.

We had a ground-floor room; although I expected it to be noisy, it was not noisy at all. The room had its own terrace, which was a great advantage for us. Housekeeping was carried out daily, and the towels were changed every day. The location is directly on the beach. A well-deserved 10/10. There was nothing we did not like.

• Antonia Galindo (9/5): Great location, clean and very helpful staff! - The highlight was being attended to by Miguel at reception. He was extremely helpful during check in and also in supporting me in getting my special meal prepared (which I brought with me). Additionally, the location, the view and the cleanliness were noteworthy. The room could have used a full length mirror. There were only two small mirrors which were both for taller people. Also, a little more to work with in the kitchenette area would have been ideal, considering it was a Junior Suite.
