Jacky (10/5): A hidden gem - This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel (previously called Moon Dreams). The hotel is in a great location - two streets back from the beach being 50 metres away in a location called Carihuela. Lots of fab restaurants on the doorstep and a fantastic beach too. Although the hotel has a lovely small pool area, we prefer to go to the beach, but the pool area is lovely. We stayed in a superior room overlooking the pool which was great - very comfortable and clean with good AC. The staff in the hotel are amazing - very friendly and will do anything to help you. We will definitely be returning as this hotel is a little hidden gem. Thanks to all the hotel staff x
Valentina (5/5): De passage car j avais un avion tôt le lendemain - L emplacement Les équipements sont vieillots, la porte fenêtre se fermait mal et vent, bruits, heureusement qu on m a changé de chambre. De plus, certains clients sont irrespectueux ils ont passé la soirée à boire et à écouter de la musique en chantant sans respecter la tranquillité des autres clients. L établissement devrait s assurer de ce respect. Pour moi ce n est pas un 4 étoiles

Dall'accoglienza alla pulizia, dalla posizione (ottima) alla cortesia del personale... Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno, e lo consigliamo a chi vuole passare qualche giorno in relax a due passi dalla spiaggia della Carihuela.

I had a problem with a loose door handle on my balcony door and by the time i got back to my hotel froom that day, it was fixed! The place was also extremely clean. It was only 3 mins to the beach, bars and restaurants! Brilliant place to stay and I will definitely be staying here again!

There were no complimentary tea or coffee refills, even though a coffee maker was available in the room. Having to pay €10 per day for the safe made the overall cost less affordable, especially with these additional daily charges.

Paula (8/5): Helpful friendly staff, in a quiet location. We would stay here again. - The room was quiet and overlooked the pool. A good variety at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was in a quiet area with a short walk to the seafront. Bar area is lovely and pool area was also clean. Breakfast wasn’t replenished frequently. The pool was much smaller than it looked in the photos, only one small lift, meaning that you could wait quite a while to use it. Low lighting made it difficult to see to apply make up etc.

Alyona (7/5): Nice for a short stay, cleaning service is not up to standards compared to other hotels in the same range - The location is great and the swimming pool is a plus, would be lovely if it was heated. The coffee pods were provided only for the first night and the coffee at breakfast wasn’t good. Food choice is limited too. Room was left not cleaned in more than one occasion, had to ask at reception specifically to clean it.

Warren (7/5): A nice stay for a short getaway at a good price and excellent location - Excellent location and a value for money hotel with polite and professional staff We requested a room with a bath weeks before we arrived but were told as we didn’t check in until late evening all of the rooms had already been allocated and a room with the bath wasn’t available. The room we were given was very nice but faced onto the road and was noisy with early morning traffic such as rubbish collection. We asked to move to a quieter room but again none were available

Jason (10/5): Sauber, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr liebes Personal - Das Personal war stets sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Lage des Hotels fand ich perfekt, höchstens 2min und man ist am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, Cafés usw sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Die Bahnhaltestelle Montemar Alto ist auch nur etwa 15min zu Fuß entfernt (Achtung es geht bergauf😁). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Einen Kühlschrank gab es auch. Den Pool sowie den Jacuzzi habe ich nicht genutzt, sahen aber beide gut bzw sauber aus! Die Zimmermädchen haben wirklich einen fantastischen Job gemacht! Mir hat es hier sehr sehr gut gefallen und ich möchte gerne wiederkommen ☺️ P.S. zum Frühstück kann ich keine Aussage treffen, da ich es nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten drum herum etwas essen zu gehen. Ein kleiner „Minuspunkt“ könnte sein, dass das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze besitzt. Ich konnte meinen Motoroller aber in der Straße direkt gegenüber vom Hotel parken und auch mit dem Auto findet man hier sicherlich einen Platz in der Nähe. Von daher war es nicht schlimm und das Hotel kann auch keinen eigenen Parkplatz herzaubern 😅

Omid (10/5): A very good hotel with the best staff and location. - I love how the hotel is located literally less than 2 minutes walk from the beach and the whole shopping street. Also 6 minutes with uber to the center and Torremolinos train/underground. The workers are so nice, they helped me a lot through out my stay. One of the staff even told me we’re in Malaga/ Torremolinos I could find the nicest and good clubs, bars and rooftop bars.
